Ein Kasten im Zimmer sowie etwas Abwechslung beim Morgenbuffet hätten wir begrüsst. Die Möglichkeit von Getränke inkl. Kaffee über den Tag zu konsumieren haben wir sehr begrüsst. Das Personal ist ausnehmend zuvorkommend, sympathisch und nett.

Sehr „digital“ unterwegs, was aber leider nicht richtig klappt (OnlineCheckin war unmöglich, Digitaler Code als Zimmerschlüssel, funktionierte nicht) Sehr gute Infrastruktur mit grossem Ski- Bikeraum und direktem Zugang zur Parkgarage. Tolle Gesamteinrichtung. Schöne moderne Zimmer. (Leider etwas wenig Stauraum für Kleider) Tolle Aussicht! Leider etwas sehr überteuertes Frühstück.

Schöne moderne Unterkunft in der Nachhaltigkeit gross geschrieben wird. Grosszügige Einrichtung, ausser etwas sehr wenig Ablageflächen. Superzentral gelegen und einmalig herrliche Aussicht. Toller Ski- und Bikeraum. Was uns gestört hat, ist die etwas sehr „kühle“ Atmosphäre. Wir verbinden die Berge mit Gemütlichkeit und erwarten etwas mehr „Persönlichkeit“. Das Hotelambiente erinnert mehr an „Grossstadtfeeling“ mit viel Anonymität, als an Berg- und Hüttenzauber. Aber sonst ok. Die digitalen Ein- bzw. Outchecking Tools, lassen defiitiv zu wünschen übrig, es klappte nichts.

Das Hotel liegt super am See. Die Zimmer sind genau nach meinem Geschmack. Modern, minimalistisch, aber alles, wirklich alles ist da. Die Betten waren bequem. Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen und beraten. Die Lobi ist fresh und fancy. Von jungen Leuten für junge Leute. Eine Getränkebar bei der man sich kostenlos bedienen darf. Das ultimative war die Bike Garage. Nur Zutritt im Gebäude und mit der Hotelkarte. Eine mittelgrosse Werkbank. Separater Fahrradserviceständer und die gängigsten Werkzeuge von Parktool! Als Biker, wie mich, ein Traumaufenthaltsort. Ich komme wieder.

Mikrowelle aber kein Backofen, welche Kaffeemaschine wegen der Kapseln). Das Ausziehsofa war leider uneben, und wir konnten nicht gut darauf schlafen.

Arosa is a quaint town and beautiful. Nestled in the mountains. The views are stunning and the weather and temperature very comfortable however higher elevation = greater UV and greater chances of sunburn. The Aves Arosa home base is ver clean and walkable from the train station and bus station. Note that the bus is actually a van and therefore limited in passenger and luggage capacity. The staff are phenomenal and are very friendly and kind. The restaurant in the hotel is very welcoming. The entire property is very quiet and relaxing however it is probably bustling and the exact opp in the skiing months.

Tolle, moderne Atmosphäre. Sehr freundlicher Und aufmerksamer Service. Optimale Lage am See, fussläufig zu Sessellift, Gondel, Skiverleih und Restaurants. Das hat uns nicht gefallen: Zimmerservice inkl. frische Handtücher wird täglich mit 20 CHF berechnet und muss extra bestellt werden.

O hotel é novíssimo e muito bem localizado. O quarto é muito confortável, com belas vistas para Arosa. Tem boa estrutura para pessoas que vão esquiar e um lobby integrado ao restaurante que é gostoso de ficar. O staff é simpático e prestativo. Serviço de quarto é cobrado à parte, caso solicitado, mas a diária com preço competitivo compensa. O app é prático, mas só funciona bem em alemão..

Schöne moderne Unterkunft in der Nachhaltigkeit gross geschrieben wird. Grosszügige Einrichtung, ausser etwas sehr wenig Ablageflächen. Superzentral gelegen und einmalig herrliche Aussicht. Toller Ski- und Bikeraum. Was uns gestört hat, ist die etwas sehr „kühle“ Atmosphäre. Wir verbinden die Berge mit Gemütlichkeit und erwarten etwas mehr „Persönlichkeit“. Das Hotelambiente erinnert mehr an „Grossstadtfeeling“ mit viel Anonymität, als an Berg- und Hüttenzauber. Aber sonst ok. Die digitalen Ein- bzw. Outchecking Tools, lassen defiitiv zu wünschen übrig, es klappte nichts.

Arosa is a quaint town and beautiful. Nestled in the mountains. The views are stunning and the weather and temperature very comfortable however higher elevation = greater UV and greater chances of sunburn. The Aves Arosa home base is ver clean and walkable from the train station and bus station. Note that the bus is actually a van and therefore limited in passenger and luggage capacity. The staff are phenomenal and are very friendly and kind. The restaurant in the hotel is very welcoming. The entire property is very quiet and relaxing however it is probably bustling and the exact opp in the skiing months.

Hotel fungerer fantastisk og personalet er utrolig opmærksomme og service mindede. Vi boede 2 voksne og 2 børn i en lille lejlighed med den smukkeste udsigt over søen. Lejligheden var super indrettet - med kaffemaskine, opvaskemaskine osv-alt inkl. taps. Hotelt ligger et par minutter fra lift, skiudlejning , bager og supermarked-for de meget dovne går skibussen lige ud foran hotelet. Det er perfekt-vi kommer helt sikkert gerne igen!

Sehr „digital“ unterwegs, was aber leider nicht richtig klappt (OnlineCheckin war unmöglich, Digitaler Code als Zimmerschlüssel, funktionierte nicht) Sehr gute Infrastruktur mit grossem Ski- Bikeraum und direktem Zugang zur Parkgarage. A hotel should offer a free parking for guest. The Aves Hotel has it’s own parking garage which was nearly empty. This is a perfect place to stay despite that the restaurant was not open during our stay.

Had an enjoyable stay here. Can't beat the location. Loved the view of the lake and the mountains from the balcony. Modern room. Really comfortable bed. Nice co-working space, bar and restaurant. Liked the concept of using the app....could probably be improved a bit to make it seamless but the host at reception was really helpful. Would definitely stay again.
