綺麗でした。部屋も広く水回りも綺麗で居心地は良かったです。上の部屋の音が少し気になるのと、食器用洗剤がないのが残念でした。 アパートメントの前は車が入れない道なのでタクシーなどの利用はしづらいです。

What an absolutely amazing stay. We were in Seville for 5 days and the Puerta Catedral and the views for our apartment made our stay one to remember. The 6th floor apartment and the terrace on the roof are directly across the street from the Catedral and the views are AMAZING! Communication with the office and their response time was great! My daughter dropped her phone in a crevice behind the counter and they got it back for us while we were out and even sent us a pic of it “safe and sound.”

Absolutely stunning! Dream come true location. This was our best stay of our entire trip around Spain. Very modern rooms but with the history and culture surrounding the hotel. The views of the cathedral were unreal and the terrace was incredible! It couldn’t get better than this, we will definitely be back.

Absolutely loved our stay! My family of 4 had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment, with a ton of space. The view of the cathedral is absolutely insane - make sure to check out the rooftop at night for an extra special view. The communication for check in and checkout was perfect. We would definitely return.

최고 최고 최고 무조건 가세요. 스페인에서 10일동안 여러 도시에서 숙박을 했지만 여기가 최고였습니다. 위치가 환상적이고 방에서 바로 성당을 볼수 있습니다. 안방은 매우 조용합니다. 거실은 위치상 약간의 소음이 있지만 안방에서 잠을잔다면 아무런 소리는들리지 앟을 거예요. 세비야에서 숙박한다면 여기 가세요. 렌트카일경우 주차장은 없지만 그래 10분 내외의 거리에 공영주차장 주차하고 걸어 오면 됩니다.

Excellent communication throughout the booking. Easy to get to by taxi from the airport. The accommodation was beautiful with amazing views of the cathedral. As far as I can see, all the apartments have a perfect view. A great place for taking in the sites and sounds of the street below and good people (and parrot) watching. The interior felt luxurious with some special touches. The roof top was stunning. Highly recommended and we’re looking to book again soon.

The room itself was great. You need to be aware that there are multiple properties with the same name, and two of them are right across the street from the cathedral. I chose the first Puerta Catedral that showed up on Google Maps which turned out to be the wrong one. I called the number (there is nobody there to help you after 5:30PM) and the person was not helpful. If she had just said, "We have two properties within 150M of each other, it\'s possible you are at the wrong location" we could have solved the issue in seconds. Instead there was about 5 minutes of her asking irrelevant questions. Good hotel, bad customer service. Definitely verify which location you are booked into. Also, parking is public parking far from the hotel.

Accommodation itself was good. And the location was great. Electronic key was cumbersome to set up and then the actual use on phone was not reliable and others had the same issue. Thank goodness for the key card. There needs to be available 24 x 7. Emergency number was a recording. The safe instructions were in there, however you had to be tall to see them. Then the instructions themselves were difficult to follow. We never had that problem in any of the locations we stayed at.

El lugar muy comodo y en una zona excelente, pero el proceso de que te den ls llaves via una app, no me funciono, me ayudaron porque me pude comunicar con ellos via whatsaap y correo, pero eso fue suerte, sino hubieran tenido whatsapp me hubiera quedado en la calle, por lo cual para mi fue un punto importante y por ello los tengo que calificar como muy malos en el punto de la llave

Property was managed very well, with great amenities and efficient use of space. Excellent location with the best view of the cathedral. The only problem we had was with one of the showers getting clogged, which we were told would be taken care of during cleaning, but was a recurring issue.

The shower drain was clogged and despite having people come in to fix it, it was still quite clogged and congested, causing flooding whenever we showered. As such i had to avoid showering as much as possible due to the flooding

First time in Sevilla, absolutely loved this apartment, the view from my unit was stunning best view of the cathedral, modern style, clean, and staff friendly and fast to answer. Shops, restaurants, tours are all walking distance. Looking forward to coming back in the future!!! 💯 recommend!

Location in the heart of Seville, but with this being said there is a lot of noise! If you are a light sleeper you will not get a good night sleep. You’ll hear people singing in the middle of night especially in a bedroom with two single beds! Bathrooms are very small. Light sensor at the hallway should be adjusted because it’s not turning on when you step out from the elevator or apartment. We stayed for 6 nights and only one cleaning was provided in the middle of our stay, and it was not superb! TV channels not working properly. Looks like channels are streamed from internet.

Overall, it was a great stay. We were on a Main Street across from the cathedral with access to everything we needed. However, despite being on a busy street, things calmed down at night, so there was no disruption while we slept. The property managers were very responsive and kind. They were there to assist us with any questions or accommodations needed in a timely manner. We would come there again if we were back in Seville.

You can’t beat this amazing location and head on view of the Cathedral! The stay was perfect for our group of 5 and the beds were comfortable with quality bedding. Bathrooms were basic but modern and spotless. Highly recommend this lovely place which also has a wonderful rooftop where we did our own yoga in the sunrise looking over the cathedral!

Accommodation itself was good. And the location was great. Electronic key was cumbersome to set up and then the actual use on phone was not reliable and others had the same issue. Thank goodness for the key card. There needs to be available 24 x 7. Emergency number was a recording. The safe instructions were in there, however you had to be tall to see them. Then the instructions themselves were difficult to follow. We never had that problem in any of the locations we stayed at.

El lugar muy comodo y en una zona excelente, pero el proceso de que te den ls llaves via una app, no me funciono, me ayudaron porque me pude comunicar con ellos via whatsaap y correo, pero eso fue suerte, sino hubieran tenido whatsapp me hubiera quedado en la calle, por lo cual para mi fue un punto importante y por ello los tengo que calificar como muy malos en el punto de la llave

I’ve stayed here twice and the location, apartment, amenities, and staff are wonderful. It’s a beautiful apartment and Puerta Catedral operates like a 5-star hotel. The slippers, robe, and tea/coffee set up is a lovely touch of hospitality. I give it my highest recommendation.

綺麗でした。部屋も広く水回りも綺麗で居心地は良かったです。上の部屋の音が少し気になるのと、食器用洗剤がないのが残念でした。 アパートメントの前は車が入れない道なのでタクシーなどの利用はしづらいです。

Right across from Sevilla Cathedral with nice view. Perfect location to stay in old town with so many restaurants and stores nearby. We stayed at 2 bdrm 2 bath superior suite for our family of 4. The unit is spacious and clean.

My family and I had a great stay here. The location is excellent. Right in the heart of the hustle and bustle. Perfect for a city break. Nice and quiet when you are in your apartment though. Surrounded by cafes and restaurants made life easy. Communication was also spot on. I would definitely recommend.

Location in the heart of Seville, but with this being said there is a lot of noise! If you are a light sleeper you will not get a good night sleep. You’ll hear people singing in the middle of night especially in a bedroom with two single beds! Bathrooms are very small. Light sensor at the hallway should be adjusted because it’s not turning on when you step out from the elevator or apartment. We stayed for 6 nights and only one cleaning was provided in the middle of our stay, and it was not superb! TV channels not working properly. Looks like channels are streamed from internet.

Along with our 7-year-old child, this was the best place to stay in Seville. First of all, the location was unbelievable—right outside our window, we had a stunning view of the Seville Cathedral at all times. All major attractions and historic monuments were within walking distance, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The cleanliness, room condition, and amenities were all perfect. Highly recommended for families visiting Seville!

Location! Location! Location! This is right in front of the Sevilla Cathedral with the best view and great ambiance, right in the middle of everything and close to most of the tourist spots! Such amazing balcony and rooftop views! We had the best time and experience staying here and would love to stay here again in a heartbeat! We were a family of 5 and it was perfect! Staff was very easy to work with and quick to response during their office hours (9:30am-5:30pm) and was very accommodating to let us check in early due to our train schedule. Train station was about 15-20 min away. Food (including Starbucks) and markets right outside or a quick walk away, so convenient! Thank you so much, we've truly enjoyed our stay!
