Novotel Nanjing Central Suning

The first room we checked in had very strong chemical smell and even the electrician who came to fix the bathroom room power noticed the smell. We changed to another room but the bathroom had faucet leaking. The room was in poor condition. Breakfast quality was not good and the staffs not well trained. This hotel is lack of management. the only reason I gave it 2 stars is the great location.

Room is very clean & neat, quiet, comfortable and provide more than the number of bottles daily.

주변 식당가나 몰이 있어 편하고, 룸 청소를 깔끔하게 해주었습니다.
