Great property within walking distance to everything. The pool area was a lovely surprise with it's bar and restaurant. Spacious rooms. Helpful front reception.

The property doesn’t have an elevator in 4 floors. Not far from action…

Otelin sadece konumu ve kahvaltısı güzel,onun dışında odaa temizliği ve diğer hizmetler vasat.Havuz akşam 6 da kapanıyor.Restaurant 00:00 da kapanıyor.00:25 gibi arkadaşımla birlikte yavuz kenarındaki şezlongda uzanmak istedik aşağıdaki görevli yasak olduğunu söyledi,müzik dahi yoktu.Kendimi f tipi ceza evinde gibi hissettim ödemeyi geri alamadığımız için sabırla kalmak zorunda kaldık.Yani otel sadece uyumak için kullanılabilir ki kaldıki uyumak için çok daha uygun fiyatlara otel var.

Otelin konumu güzel olmasına rağmen cadde üstü olması ve otoparkı bulunmaması nedeniyle aracıyla gelecekler için zorlayıcı bir unsur olacaktır. Onun haricinde otelin asansörünün bulunmaması bir diğer handikabı. Zira valizleri yüklenmeniz gerekiyor. Aile odalarının en üst katta olduğunu düşünürseniz yorucu gerçekten. Onun haricinde genel itibariyle konforlu ve temizdi odaları. Merkeze yürüme mesafesinde oluşu da gayet iyi. Kahvaltısı da yeterliydi bence.

Club Sema is ideally located. Near Dancing Fountains, short walk from beach, supermarket & restaurants and içmeler water taxi. Dolmus station practically next door. Easy walk to bar street. Nice swimming pool, pool bar ( lovely staff ) WiFi & breakfast was good. Some building work outside my room and a set of party going rooms adjoining spoilt my stay but the hotel itself is very good.

Ocak yo, tabak canak yok,,sadece kattle var,,temizlik idare eder yastiklarda leke vardi ama temiz di genel olarak,,bekledigim görünen gbindegildi resimlere gore az eski kaldi..havuz iyi,,gorevli arkadaslar guler yuzlü,,sorun yasamadik genel olarak.Park geri parali var otel karşısinda, kendi yeri yok yollar dolu.

The pool closes early at 9 pm when it is very hot and guests want to enjoy and relax by the pool. The margarita cocktail is extremely bad. The bartender does not know how to mix cocktail at all.

There is no elevator, which is not easy for a suite that is usually occupied by families with luggage and strollers, it has 4 floors. It is not soundproof, so technically you can sleep when your noisy neighbour decides to go to bed. The location is perfect and you can easily walk around.

Das Personal war freundlich, und wir erhielten ein kostenfreies Upgrade – was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Leider entsprach die Sauberkeit des Zimmers nicht unseren Erwartungen (u. a. Boden und Duschkabine nicht gründlich gereinigt, Gardinen und Handtücher in eher schlechtem Zustand, vereinzelte Rückstände vom Vorgänger). Die Anlage war insgesamt sehr laut – sowohl durch Musik vom Pool als auch durch die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer. Für eine kurze Übernachtung noch vertretbar, für einen längeren Aufenthalt eher nicht geeignet.

3 akşam konakladık İlk akşam odamız yanlışlıkla birisine verilmiş sorunu hemen çözdüler ancak verdikleri yeni oda temizliği tam tamamlanmamış bi odaydı lavaboda jilet ve kullanılmış havlular vardı bunu bildirdim ancak gece 24.00 civarında odada olduğumuzdan ötürü temizlik personelinin çıktığını ifade ettiler ilk gün deneyimimiz iyi değildi ancak diğer 2 gün gayet iyiydi iyi niyetli ve güler yüzlü çözüm odaklı bi personelle beraber gayet f/p olduğunu söyleyebilirim

Номера не убирают совсем. Постельное белье грязное, рваное (по просьбе конечно заменили). Слышимость через номера адская, если кто то не спит, вы тоже. Завтраков в целом вообще нет, всю еду которою приносят кушать невозможно. В общем больше в этот отель ни ногой, за насколько лет сильно испортился, были в нем неоднократно.

This is a simple, well run hotel in the middle of town. Its clean, friendly reception and (I found) very comfortable beds.

Just average, small balcony

Çalışanlar otel ve kurallar hakkında verilmesi gereken bilgileri verdi oda genel olarak temiz ve tüm imkanlara sahipti fakat dışarıdaki gürültü olduğu gibi içerideydi, misafirler odalarına giriş yaparkenki ayak sesleri ve konuşmaları çok net duyuluyor maalesef uyuyamadım onun dışında hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık

Decent property, it’s older and more worn than the advertised photos. Bathrooms are old with our sink hanging off the wall and rusty shower head. But overall a nice stay.

the staff were nice but nothig worked in hotel, i booked for the kitchenette but nothing worked

Early season, so pool wasnt in use, but knew in advance. 1 of the rooms had next to zero wifi. Rooms were spacious and everything worked fine otherwise. Noise could be an issue as with most places without carpet. Well situated, close to town near the burger king. Not the best views to the front rooms, opposite a busy car park/wash

A 2 night stay to visit family. Very good location. Ideal for what we needed. Very comfortable bed in a studio apartment.

Hotel location is great and facilities are clean enough for the low price. My main disappointment was some of the staff. Me and my friend are two girls travelling alone and whilst at first we thought the staff were friendly, it became clearer each day that they were being inappropriate with us, only approaching us and asking about boyfriends/commenting on how we looked/ my friends tattoo when she was sunbathing. One of the staff members did say he was trying to learn English but singling us out amongst the other guests made us feel quite targeted as two young women. If you are spending most of the time out of the hotel then you will be fine, I just hope staff understand they can make solo females feel uncomfortable when they’re relaxing around the pool.

The staff were outstanding and helpful and welcoming they always greeted with a smile and were happy to answer any questions..i don't know where the bad reviews came from but I loved staying here the rooms were so modern and clean..i fully recommend this hotel thanks you so much

I honestly can't recall ever being made feel more welcome or wanted in a different country or hotel than i did at Club Sema. The hotel was lovely and catered for my late arrival with no issues. Room was massive compared to other hotels in same location. The room was very clean on arrival and also cleaned/freshened up every day. I stayed half board which entitled me to buffet breakfast and and evening meal which was cooked as requested from a set menu and served to me at my table. The breakfast was very nice and there was an ample amount for everyone. The evening meals were delicious and again a large portion was provided and are 2 courses. There is 1 point to note which never really bothered me but, there is no elevator although the staff are very accommodating and will allocate you a ground floor room with enough notice provided. The best thing about the hotel is the people. Every member of staff and others connected with the hotel done everything in their power to make sure that I had the best possible experience.I honestly can't praise them highly enough. I moved on to another hotel from here and didn't have anywhere near the same level of customer service I did at Club Sema. I did return to Club Sema during my stay at the other (all inclusive) hotel and was equally as delighted when i went back for dinner and drinks. I would never hesitate to return to Club Sema and 100% would recommend it. I left feeling like I was part of the Club Sema family. Thankyou all.

Hôtel bien situé, proche du centre d’activité commerces et restaurants. Pas trop loin de la marina non plus. Voyage en février, peu de touristes et faible affluence en ville. Shopping intéressant avec les soldes. Chambre confortable et pour l’été piscine …. À tester cet été

Marmaris merkezde, plaja yürüyerek 8-10 dk mesafede sessiz, temiz bir otel. Bulunduğu bölgede çok sayıda restoran ve market bulunması konaklamayı kolaylaştırıyor. Personeli kibar ve yardımcı. Mutfağı güçlendirilebilir. Kahvaltı en basitinden otel kahvaltısı, gün içinde sundukları yemekler de vasat.

This property is right in the middle of the city. very convenient and around it’s a lot of dining option transportation and in the same time, you can enjoy the pool.

Emplacement idéal pour cet hôtel en plein centre-ville, proche de toutes commodités. Un excellent choix pour se déplacer à pied. Le personnel est très sympathique et disponible. Je recommande fortement

Eşim ve çocuğumla gittim. Çok güzeldi temizliği ile ilgileri ile hersey iyiydi,sadece kahvaltıda sıcak bir şey bekledim biraz yetersiz gibiydi. Genel Olarak çok memnun kaldım.
