Good breakfast options. The staff was amazing! Everything was as expected except that the pool was closed the entire stay. We weren’t told this when we checked in and were looking forward to a swim. Also, the pillows were stuffed with something so soft they basically deflate. All in all, not a game changer. We’d definitely stay here again.

Really great front staff. Easy to use laundry services and i appreciated the designated areas for the dogs. Additionally, the fitness area is probably the best we have seen since the beginning of our travels.

The toilet didn’t flush and was dirty upon arrival. A front desk person plunged the toilet, then used a snake to clear it. Nothing worked. The coffee pot didn’t work. I was moved to another room. In doing so I left behind some things in the refrigerator. It was hard to relax after the chaos.

This was such a hidden gem and probably one of the nicer hotels I have stayed in for awhile. It was quiet (despite being relatively full), clean, comfortable and I was able to utilize the Hilton app to choose my own room and use the digital check in so that I skipped the front desk entirely. I always appreciate when the soap, shampoo, etc. is in the eco-friendly containers and not in the one-time use bottles. The breakfast was great. I usually skip it but they had plenty of healthy options and the breakfast was set up in such a way that there weren't any "traffic jams". There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance and it was very convenient to the highway. Overall this is a place I will say at again.

Nice rooms, clean, great breakfast and hours are great for those that like to sleep in a little longer. The one thing I wish they would change is the coffee maker in the room. Put a Keurig in and take out the cheap coffee maker. Only fitting to have a quality coffee maker in a quality hotel and room.

People at desk were nice. There was no hair conditioner in the bathroom so I told the desk when I checked out. They were out of scrambled eggs when I went to breakfast so I had a boiled egg instead. The banana was just right and the coffee was excellent.

I always appreciate when the soap, shampoo, etc. is in the eco-friendly containers and not in the one-time use bottles. The breakfast was great. I usually skip it but they had plenty of healthy options and the breakfast was set up in such a way that there weren't any "traffic jams". There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance and it was very convenient to the highway. Overall this is a place I will say at again.

Overall Experience: Property & Maintenance The property itself deserves recognition—it was clean, well-maintained, and presented a professional appearance throughout our stay. Areas of Concern Breakfast Service - The breakfast offerings were delicious and appreciated - However: Breakfast potatoes were overcooked on two consecutive days Staff Interactions Two team members fell short of hospitality standards: 1. Breakfast Area Staff — The lady maintaining the breakfast area was unwelcoming. She gave our family an unpleasant stare while we were eating and conversing, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. 2. Front Desk (Day Shift) — A female daytime front desk staff member was neither friendly nor welcoming during interactions. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name. I know she worked the desk from morning until evening and she wore long straight hair.
