Bar ved poolen hvor folk drikker og larmer og musik til sent om natten….svært at åbne vindue i den larm og støj…. Man ringer til reception men de tager ikke telefonen. Og man kommer får man ingen service ligesom personalet ikke gider at være der…. 😡

Hotel vétuste, a besoin d un serieux rafraîchissement...lunette des wc dans un etat déplorable ,baie vitrée impossible à ouvrir.. A la piscine,a 17h,pas de personnel et impossible d'avoir une serviette et concernant les repas le buffet n est pas rechargé...di vous arrivez au bout d une heure,il en reste la moitié. 2 points positifs: le petsonnel tres serviable et souriant...et le quartier avec plein de commerces a proximité..

Je ne sais pas comment on peux donner 4 étoiles à un hôtel comme celui ci, la salle de bain est salle et pas entretenue, la piscine on a pas l’envie d’attraper des mycose tellement l’eau est trouble. À éviter

L’hôtel est vétuste, une seule prise dans la chambre. Il faut réclamer les serviettes qui sont données au compte goutte. L’eau de la piscine n’était pas clair. J’ai signalé que la douche était bouchée mais personne n’est passé.

Hôtel vraiment degeulasse piscine eau trouble. Le ménage dans la chambre à revoir. Pas de parking obligé de se garée dans des parkings payant. La femme de ménage qui regarde de travers. Vraiment hotel lamentable. Musique à fond jusqu’à très tard dans la nuit impossible de dormir. Literie pas confortable. Vraiment degeulasse cet hotel.

Hvis jeg kunne give minus stjerner havde de fået det. Det mest forfærdelige hotel jeg har været på. Toiletbrættet var brunt, badeværelset var beskidt, og fyldt med kalk/mug. Bruseren virkede ikke. Ærgelig over vi ikke fik taget billede af det. Derudover en masse støv og snavs på vægge og fliser. Airconditionanlæg virkede ikke optimalt. Det var også helt snavset. Da vi tændte for det, fløj det ud med støv. Senge betrækket var ikke rent. Derudover tog de røven på en i baren. De tog 6 euro for en is. Kiosken 2 meter væk var det bedste, for der kostede en is 1 euro. Præcis samme is. Prisen er alt for høj i forhold til standarden. Det ligner heller ikke det samme hotel, som på billederne. Servicen var heller ikke den bedste. Vi skulle selv finde vores værelse, og også selv bære kufferter. Receptionisten havde meget travlt, og gav os ikke muligheden for at stille spørgsmål. Kvinde receptionisten var ok. Poolen var ikke ren. Placeringen var ok.

Room was dirty, the "gym" was a tiny box room with barely anything in and not even included in the price of the stay. Pool looked grim. Avoid.

The stuff was lovely. The hotel need be clean. My room was dirty the restaurant and pool was worse don’t ask about food wasn’t like was expected.

The receptionist is always smiling and happy to help as is the dining manager and staff. Room is clean which is most important.

The bathroom wasnt cleaned properly, there was rust on the taps, old and stained toilet seats, The rooms no no way soundproof at all, the balcony door didn't close properly. The seating in the restaurant had paint and tears on them, very dated. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and i was very satisfied with them.

La habitación estaba sucia. Dudosa renovación de las sábanas del cliente anterior. El cuarto de baño necesita mayor limpieza. Toallas de mala calidad y pequeñas.

Hôtel médiocre et sale beaucoup de bruit Côté rue Petit déjeuner moyen

Hôtel sale vraiment vieux . État de la chambre sale, cheveux et poils dans les draps, placards pour ranger les affaires sales, prises de courants cassés, sols tout déformé . Salle de bain c’est l’horreur : sol entièrement taché de je ne sais pas quoi, robinetterie du moyen Âge complètement entartrée, entourage de la baignoire au sol noir de crasse, porte savon vide à jeter directement (pas osé prendre de douche) . Climatisation complètement démonté. Terrasse sale sans chaise ni petite table. Le pire est la piscine qui est complètement à refaire avec plein de morceaux de carrelage qui manque et d’autres qui sont là à stagner dans la piscine donc impossible de se baigner sans se couper les pieds . Propreté de l’eau douteuse en plus . Le petit déjeuner on en parle même pas. Nous sommes arrivées le 18 février à 23h . Nous avons quand même dormi là mais sans défaire les valises . Pas possible de rester là . J’avais pris cet hôtel qui me semblait correct sur le site mais la c’est une déception complète . Le lendemain j’ai pris contact avec Expedia pour me changer d’hôtel. Le problème c’est qu’il fallait que l’hôtel soit d’accord pour me rembourser mon séjour de 350€ pour 4 jours et évidemment malgré l’intervention d’expedia il n’a rien voulu savoir . Le directeur de l’hôtel a été désagréable avec nous quand on a rendu la clé de la chambre . Il savait que j’avais appelé Expedia suite à un mail reçu . Nous sommes reparties dans un autre hôtel superbe et moitié prix. Hôtel à bannir 😡

Nous avons pris une chambre de 4 personnes, le lit pas confortable du tout , les toilettes salubres et la douche vraiment dégoûtante les pieds dans l’eau et moisissures . Le personnel a l’écoute et très sympathique.

l'entretien de l'hôtel a beaucoup changé les chambres ne sont pas bien nettoyées la poussière par tous , des cheveux , les serviettes grises et non pas blanches, déchirées on dirait des un torchon , les produits dans la salle de bains (un champoing et un gel douche pour 3 personnes)

Exceeded my expectations. I don't understand the poor reviews, this is not the Four Seasons Hotel? From my arrival to departure, staff were consistently helpful and professional. My room was beautiful and very clean. The bathroom was immaculately clean with a powerful shower. Breakfast was adequate, dinner was more than I could eat, the buffet night was amazingly delicious. I enjoyed my time relaxing by the spacious pool area. Overall, I'm completely satisfied. Special thanks to Hassan and Aziz at reception. My cleaning lady too.

Upon arriving at our room, we immediately noticed that the lamps were not functioning. We promptly contacted reception, and they relocated us to another room on the same floor. Later that evening, around 11:00 PM, we discovered that the window could not be closed, resulting in excessive noise from the street. Once again, we had to contact reception. However, instead of providing proper assistance, the staff repeatedly lied to us. One particular receptionist, a lady, displayed a complete lack of professionalism, lying without hesitation. Additionally, the room was only stocked with towels and toilet paper for two guests, despite our reservation being for four. When we requested the necessary supplies, the same receptionist responded with yet another blatant lie, showing no regard for honesty or guest satisfaction. This level of service is entirely unacceptable. We expect a hotel to provide basic functionality, honesty, and proper accommodations. I urge management to address these issues and ensure that future guests do not encounter the same unacceptable treatment.

Etape de 2 nuits entre aéroport et Essaouira, l'essentiel est présent, deco un peu vieillotte mais ce n est pas le principal. Bon WiFi, bon emplacement, bruyant mais les boules quues ont résolu le problème ! Petit déjeuner buffet varié, bonnes crêpes

Not a 4 star it is more like a 2 star. Poorly cleaned and looked after. Air con did not work, swapped rooms and also did not work. Checked out after 2 days and found altrrnative accommodation.

A hotel should provide functional amenities, proper accommodations, and reliable customer service. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements for future guests.

Hôtel was pleasant. Air conditioning did not work. Balcony patio door would not open. No tv remote. Problems reported to reception and not addressed at all! Breakfast was lovely. Location decent.

During check in I waited for about 12 minutes at the reception desk. I looked around and I saw a guy eating his dinner then made a hand gesture that he would assist me in a minute. Obviously that he saw me first when I arrived and he didn’t even approach me until I saw him. Breakfast buffet was good for for about $9.00. Locations is close to everything and plenty of restaurants around the area. Bed was comfortable and they cleaned it everyday except for the wall outside the bathroom is moldy and the bathroom has no shampoos and lotion available. Also, when I ordered the beer at the restaurant, the front desk guy charged me extra 10 dirham per bottle. The second night I ordered beer again I asked the waiter and told me the prices is always the same or 10 Dirham lesser than the first time I ordered it.

My stay was amazing, from the check in desk to the sat I left, Yassin at the reception was polite, well spoken and made sure my stay is enjoyable

Je suis déjà venu à l’hôtel Imperial Holidays à quatre reprises et je retrouve toujours ce qui me plaît : un excellent rapport qualité/prix et un personnel au top, toujours aussi gentil et accueillant. L’hôtel est un peu vieillissant, et cette fois la climatisation fuyait, mais malgré ces petits défauts, l’ambiance et le service me donnent toujours envie de revenir.

Localizado em um bairro muito agradável , com bons e variados restaurantes na região. Ótima localização também para quem chega de trem , a 5 minutos de caminhada da estação central . Para ir à Medina e outros pontos turísticos é necessário tomar um táxi.
