I booked the room on Hotels.com at 1040pm and then called the front desk to inform them of a late arrival. They told me the lobby closed at 10pm and it was my fault for booking the room and hung up on me. No refund, no working with me on options. The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

, I have stayed there in the past and was OK. New ownership has not updated and is looking rundown. All the bedding was extremely smelly. With way too much detergent. Smell in the bedding website says Coffey available 24 seven, that’s a Keurig machine.

The room is ok. It is quiet and the beds are ok. One of the lamps was flashing like a strobe light. The public areas need some upkeep. There is no breakfast, just coffee.
