This is a modern high tech villa where the orientation of each floor is designed to capture the beautiful views out over the Saronic Gulf. A lift connects the floors except for 17 steps to the top terrace which we saved each day for late afternoon to sunset. Stairs also connect each floor but there is no handrail. The pool is lovely but quite deep so for swimmers only. The side terrace is larger than it appears in the photos and is usefully connected to the kitchen. Take care not to lock yourself out as the front door only opens with a key! Everything was comfortable and well-appointed. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Susan & Keith Cowell

Property is clean and smartly furnished with all necessary facilities with good communal areas internally, outside around pool and on the roof. Great views of coast. About 15 minute walk to nice beach; hill climb to get back to property. Great bakery by main road on walk to beach. Good location for travellng in and out of Athens (abot 1hr) and to Sounion (temple of Poseidon in south). Would highly recommend

The location of Stefano’s Villa was ideal to airport, the sea, good dining and shopping. The pool was wonderful and the views breathtaking. While the unit was nicely appointed, it lacked a crisp, cleanliness. Corners and drawers were not fresh. The third bedroom (on the ground level) was dark and well described. A 2nd bath or half bath on the 2nd floor for the 2nd bedroom would have been helpful. Navigating the stairwells without railing was treacherous( although the elevator helped). A bit disappointing and tied but suitable for our trip.
