Hotel Isla de Flores

Ich habe ein Upgrade bekommen von meinem normalen Doppelzimmer zu einer Suite, die aber leider im 1.Stock war, genau über der Küche. Die Suite hatte einen Balkon aber keine sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Bäckerei gleich im Hotel war mega süss. Die etwas grössere Verkäuferin hat sich sehr bemüht uns alles auf englisch zu erklären. Das Hotel ansich ist super süss und toll.

It was disappointing that the room was not ready at check in time but otherwise we had a good stay. The room was a little noisy from the rooftop bar and people coming and going from there and for the sunrise tours at Tikal but the a/c removed most of the noise! Comfy beds, good food in the restaurant, and a great bar!

Lovely hotel, great restaurants and food. Friendly, helpful staff but struggled a bit with providing information to us as non Spanish speakers.

Room was spotless, comfortable and good size. Hotel is beautiful, loved small pool area too. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Food at restaurants and bakery was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented . Best iced coffee Ever in bakery Delirio. Roof is perfect place to watch sunset and food and drinks very good. All together a wonderful stay.

Staff was kind, clean, safe, great location, cute on-property restaurants, & free airport shuttle!
