The bathroom was dirty and the bed was in poor condition. The noises…… between the running toilet, ac unit, and the light above the sink I couldn’t get enough rest! The tv was small on the back it read Hilton Loaner….not worth the money! I was messaging the hotel about the condition of the room asking if I could switch the following day and they stop texting back! I was extremely excited to stay but ended up extremely disappointed!

Condo was clean and roomy. Very comfortable. Loved it. The only negative would be instructions on how to work all the remotes and not have to pay for parking.

First of all this was our first time in Myrtle. We chose the location because it was on the beach and near shopping and dinning. The facade of the building was nice. First thing that bothered me was the fact that we had to pay to park. Maybe that’s a thing, anywhere I’ve stayed before I didn’t pay to park. Second, once we went up to the room, the halls were nicely done. When we opened the door to our room it was like being thrown back to the 90’s. There was a fake plant in the corner that had SO much dust on it. Then as you do, I took off my shoes and socks, the floor was covered in sand. I get that I’m at the beach, but I would think you would sweep/vacuum before another guest comes. Then when I called housekeeping about this, they said they won’t clean the room during our stay and offered to bring us a broom to clean it ourselves. They also stated that if they do it they would charge us! That’s when my husband lost it. The did come and sweep the room and not charge us. I would not go back to this hotel. Sorry

II have stayed here before in the two bedroom condo and this time I was not allowed to have this room, I noticed in the room I did have that beside me and under me no one was in those rooms but I was not allowed to book one of those. I had to get the ocean view guest room and it was not the same experience. The television was small, the balcony didn’t lock and the handle came off so maintenance had to come, there was a dripping or tapping noise in the fan in the bathroom so we had to close the door. The fan tapped loud if you had it on high, the light from the hall shown under the door. It just didn’t feel like I stayed in the same place. I will come back again only if I had the two bedroom oceanfront because it was outstanding and that’s why we came back. The view was supposed to be ocean view but we was on the 19th floor with a small ocean view and the rest was the top of buildings and the parking lot area. I did like how the balcony was not small but this visit was mid. The staff was good and the room was clean but I would prefer a better room. Also this time the parking situation, last time we was given something to hang, now we had to scan something and it was $40. Didn’t like that.

The resort itself is beautiful. If you’re going to charge $1600 for a condo, I would think it would be a lot cleaner. We found dirty panties right next to the bed, the refrigerator had old food all over it, pots and pans were dirty, no extra towels, no pillows for the pull out couch; just wished the room was a little cleaner. Besides that the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with what they could offer. Bar good drinks , nice prices and the entertainment by the pool was fun.
