Hotel MIDO Myeongdong

スタッフの方がとても親切でとても気持ちよく過ごせました。駅にもコンビニにも近く便利でした。ただ、外出する時に電源用のルームキーカードを抜くと冷蔵庫まで電源が切れるのはとても困りました。 でも、又、機会があれば宿泊したいと思うホテルでした。

Room had poor ventilation, stains on bed sheets and walls, and dust everywhere. No elevator to the top floor. The only good thing about this place is its location. I would not stay here again.

Great location near to Hoehyeon station, and lots of dining / café options nearby. Just beware if you’re visiting with babies in strollers, there’s no ramp access to the lobby, just a minor inconvenience.

駅徒歩1分、隣にコンビニ、コーヒーショップ 立地は最高です。 ただ部屋はいくつか惜しい点がありました。 まずユニットバスで、シャワーとトイレの間にカーテンはありません。一般のユニットバスより広かったのでそこまでトイレは濡れませんでしたが、少し気になりました。 次に、コンセントを挿す場所が鏡台にしか付いていない点です。 枕元に付いていないのは少し不便に感じました。 良かった点は、テレビでネトフリとYouTubeが見れることです。 部屋にいる時間はそんなになかったし、寝泊まりするだけくらいなら全然綺麗だし問題ないです。 立地も良いので十分楽しめました。

Staff are very nice and helpful, Front desk has a small cafe, provide good cappuccino and sitting area. Close to many bus lines, not super close to subway station but still walkable, many good choices of restaurant and two large department stores (Lotte and Shisegar) near by for easy shopping/food court. Wet bathroom may be the only downside but no biggie.

Great location where subway was easy to get to. Nicest staff and yummy free cappuccinos in reception area. Occasional food or sewar smell drifted into our room but was able to use air cleaner to clear.

The room was way too small for two people, we could barely move around with our bags on the floor. The air conditioner and WiFi turned off in the middle of the night, so the room was really hot the next morning. The wet room didn’t even have a real door it was a glass pane with a gap on the bottom. We were on the fifth floor but the elevator only went to the third. We ended up checking out after the first night. You get what you pay for but still, I don’t think we would have been comfortable in our room. Staff seemed nice but I would not stay here again.

Mido hotel is situation in the station right between Myeong-dong, I would say it's a prime location. There're also a few restaurants and a convenient store outside of the hotel. I must also reveal there's a lift to the level to the subway station!! Of course you still need to carry your luggage, walk the stairs to the track but using the lift will enable you to walk much less staircase :) If you are taking the bus from the airport, the stop to get we off is Namdaemun Market street. There was no hot water supply on the last day of my stay. I used cold water to shower (just half shower, can't be whole body). My flight is 4hrs flight time so I can wait until I get home. But I know it could be hard if it happens during a vacation especially in December. One thing I have to especially point out and compliment the front desk staff, the morning shift one in particular, they helped me to contact the airport bus operator and locate the luggage I left on the bus. The extra effort and attention is something I highly appreciated. To be honest, because of the hospitality and helpfulness of the hotel staff, even if there's no hot water, I would still recommend tourists to stay and I, myself, would like to stay there again. Because, as a solo traveller and in a foreign country, their great attitude to look after you certainly is a tremendous asset.

立地、設備、対応は良かったが、コンセントが壊れていて使用出来なかった。 駅から近く、ソウル観光には最高の場所。

We stayed 6 nights and enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day and the location was close to everything we wanted to do.

방에 들어가자 마자 화장실 하수도 냄새가 너무 심했고 바닥구석에서 머리카락이 널려있어 매우 불편했음. 직원응대는 매우 좋고 1층카페도 좋았음

Not clean, black mould in the shower and a bad mould smell. Good location though.

Hotel was very central. Close to most things. The hotel was a bit dirty. Under our bed had not been cleaned for months, we asked to have it cleaned and it was done. The carpets in the hallways were really dirty, made the hotel feel unclean. The room was very small. Had a large ramp to get up to the elevator hard to climb and dangerous to come down.

Pros: It was very convenient to go here, line 4. very close to myeongdong market. Cons: The room didn't feel clean, dusty and it took 3 hours of AC for the air to become breathable.

シャワーとトイレが一緒だったので、スリッパをはいてのシャワーだった。また、換気が悪く浴室のタイル目地の部分にカビ発生していた。 石鹸がなかったのが残念でした。（ボディーソープで手を洗いました） スリッパも抗菌されているか不明でした。 ホテルを出たらとなりがCUでした。また50ｍもしないところにもCUがありました。

地下鉄もコンビニなどもすぐ近くにあり、観光にとても便利な立地でお手頃価格で宿泊させてもらいました。 深夜と早朝はフロントが閉まっているので、事前に深夜到着を連絡すると、チェックイン方法を案内してくれました。 残念だった点としては、以下の通りです。 ○トイレとシャワールームが小さなboxルームみたいな場所で、シャワーを浴びると床全体がびしょ濡れになる。 ○朝起きてトイレに行ったら、謎の黒い虫が歩いていた（たぶん排水溝から出てきたのかも） ○シャワールームの床のカビが目立つ

3泊4日しました。 浴室にバスタブがあるタイプだと思っていたのですが、実際に宿泊したお部屋はシャワーのみ… チェックインしてすぐにスタッフに聞いてみましたが、バスタブ付きのお部屋は事前に希望をお伝えしておかないといけなかったそうです… 仕方なくシャワーのみのお部屋に宿泊しました… 案の定トイレがシャワーでビシヨビショでした… そして9月半ばに宿泊しましたが、まだ暑くてエアコンをつけましたが、エアコンの冷房が殆ど効かずに暑かったです… タオル交換、お部屋のお掃除、無料のお水は毎日ありました。 地下鉄の会賢駅からすぐなので迷うことなく辿り着けました。 ホテルの横には小さなコンビニがあり便利です。 全室禁煙でホテル内に喫煙所は無く、ホテルの外で吸う事になります。 ホテルの玄関は24時に閉まりますが、裏口は24時間出入りできます。 私が滞在していた時は日本語が話せるスタッフが居なくて、全て翻訳アプリを使ってやり取りしました。 アメニティは歯ブラシが何故か大量にあり、歯磨き粉は使いかけのが置いてありました。 あとはシャンプー、リンス、ボディソープのみです。

Thank you Hotel Mido fir having us. The hotel catered to my basic needs as a first time tourist in Seoul - the room was always clean and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. They responded quickly as well to my questions whether online or face to face, and the location is accessible via public transit. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to install a shower curtain and to put a non slip rug in the bathroom. One could easily slip and get hurt as water gets everywhere each time the shower is used.

会賢駅から徒歩3分くらいの立地がいいホテルでした。 南大門市場へも徒歩10分くらい。明洞へも徒歩圏内の便利なところでした。 ただ部屋が狭いのとバスタブはありますがトイレがガラス張りなので透けて見えるのが難点でした。家族で寝るだけならリピありです。

If the facility can add extra information of no window and with window of the room on the advertisement, it would be very helpful for room reservations.

窓がないのが残念

明洞からは凄く良い立地で遅くまで明洞での買い物などは心配なく、会賢駅からも直ぐなので色んな移動が便利です。部屋自体は清潔感ありますが、窓なく、日差しもなく、空気の流通も悪かったです。また、写真を見て、バスタブがある部屋が欲しくてデラックスダブルを予約しましたが、実際に案内された部屋は違いました。毎日はシャワーしたら浴室全体濡れてしまい、とてもストレスです。フロントで確認したら、そのような部屋が欲しいなら事前にリクエストが必要だと言われました。ひとり旅で部屋の大きさはどうでもいいです。最初からバスタブの部屋の保証が無ければスタンダードダブルをすればよかったです。 また、ホテルの防音はよくないです。最終日の夜は隣の日本人の声が漏れてうるさかったです。 交通の便なら満点で、スタッフも親切でしたが、他は極普通でした。

エアコンはあるが窓のない部屋だったので、湿度が高かった。

We stayed 6 nights and enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day and the location was close to everything we wanted to do.

It was my first family trip for 3 nights and 4 days. "Before leaving Japan, there was a member who couldn't go because of an accident, and I asked them to change the number of guests, but they were willing to listen." They also explained the hotel's system appropriately. Later, my husband dropped his cell phone at Incheon International Airport and couldn't contact me, but the hotel staff found it and arrived safely. Hotel staff members SUNNAT and YUNA are really wonderful people and I've never seen such a kind person. This hotel has a convenience store next to it and the station is close. You can walk enough to Myeongdong Station and Namsan Tower. Seoul Station is also located in one station from Hoehyeon Station, and the hotel's facilities and staff are very good. You can talk and communicate with customers at night.I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

It is a reasonably priced hotel in a very convenient area. Most staff speak fluent English. We were impressed with the efficiency and responsiveness when we called about the clogged toilet. The only concern is the setup of the bath tub/shower which can pose a safety hazard - a hand rail on the wall is recommended to avoid possible legal liability. The overall customer service is very good. The employees were very helpful and attentive.

Check in demorou demais, não tinha ninguém na recepção e eram apenas 16:00 de um dia de semana, havia um senhor esperando atendimento e desistiu porque não havia ninguém. O recepcionista só veio porque tocamos o sino da recepção.

お店の方のホスピタリティ、駅や繁華街からの近接性とても良いホテルでした。 出発日にもソウル市内を動き回る予定があったのですが、キャリーバッグも置かせてくれてありがたかったです。

Great location, around the corner from the Metro. Lots of food options around the hotel Check in person, so kind.

在會賢站1號出口行2分鐘便到酒店，而去南大門或明洞只需數分鐘便到，十分方便，附近亦很多不同食市選擇，非常讃👍

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral zur Mall und den beiden Strassenmärkten in Meydong. Rundherum hat es diverse gute Restarants und direkt neben dem Hotel einen 24-Stunden-Laden mit dem notwendigsten. Die Subway ist eine Minute zu Fuss erreichbar. Vis a vis hat es eine Karaokebar. Starbucks und Twossome Place sind innert drei Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber, wurde jeden Tag gemacht, die Betten sind bequem. Wir können es sehr empfehlen!

We had a good stay at Hotel Mido.The hotel is conveniently located near the subway. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and if you like to shop, Namdaemun and Myeongdong night market/streetfood is about 10-15 mins walk.i will definitely recommend to friends and family.

位置在地鐵4號會賢站1號出口cu右轉巷子50公尺，一進巷子有炸雞店，非常好吃，飯店隔壁有cu便利性非常高，櫃檯中文能力很好，再次入住還是首選

Nossa estadia foi excelente. O atendimento é impecável e eles tentam te ajudar em tudo. O hotel fica próximo ao metrô, ônibus do aeroporto e bairros turísticos. O quarto tem tudo que precisamos. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente.

just 3 minutes away from Hoehyeon(会賢) station. cafe at the entrance was nice. the room was not wide but enough for single or couple. shower and toilet are in the same area so inconvenient after taking shower. all the staff was kind.

It’s an average rate, I’m disappointed with their advertisement at Expedia that there will be a free breakfast and that’s one of the reasons why I chose this hotel over other hotels But when I asked the receptionist, he told me that they don’t provide breakfast. The bathroom was kind of disappointed too because when we took shower, all the bathroom floor was wet, no separation between shower room and toilet bowl.

I really enjoyed my stay! I love the cafe on the first floor. I was able to talk with the staff and guests a bit my first night. The coffee and interior was good too. The location was very convenient for my plans. Overall, I had a good experience and I would stay here again if my plans are in the same area again. Only thing was that one of the lights in my room I think died during my stay? Not a big deal. Its possible I didn't locate the correct light switch.

Walkable to places of interest, clean, cafe downstairs, restaurants arounds plus out favorite , convenient stores and money changer nearby, staff are very nice and helpful

You get what you pay for. Very walkable distance from everything. Room was falling apart. Calking around the tub was peeling and molding. Hair from previous guest on counters. No ventilation in bathroom and mini fridge was not working. The description of the hotel says restaurant, breakfat and room service. None of these are available. They should update the info so at least guests know what they're getting.

必要最低限のものは、すべてそろっています。 何より、交通の便がいいし、南大門市場もすぐ近くです。豪華さはないけど、アパートの1部屋みたいで落ち着きます。フロントはカフェと併設です。ここのコーヒーは、私には薄いと感じました。でも近くにスタバがありました。リーズナブルな価格でまた利用しようと思います。
