No elevator, so keep some strength to lift up your luggage. The luggage room/ store room located in the top floor.

We enjoyed the apartment as it was spacious and the kitchen was equiped. The only caution to older travellers is the stone stairs with no elevator. Challenging for suitcases. Location is great, close to walk to most sites.

We had a wonderful 1 bedroom apartment for a week in July 2025. It was very clean and had everything we needed except for filters for the coffee maker (store was a 5 minute walk away…no big deal). Great location. You walk out the door and are right in the thick of it. Cafes, restaurants and pubs all along the surrounding streets. Quick walk to the train or water taxis. Building is older which adds to the charm with old floors and windows. It can be noisy as you are the middle of the touristy part of the city. Do not recommend if you have problems with stairs as there are no elevators.

Det var ett jättebra boende med bra utrymme för en tvåbarnsfamilj. Tillgång till eget kök, diskmaskin och tvättmaskin var av toppklass. Kändes som man var hemma. Smidigt med låssystemet, att slippa ha med nycklar dit man ska. Lägenheten var belägen på ett bekvämt avstånd till sevärdigheter samt förbindelser till transportmedel. Att tänka på om man har egen bil bör man planera i tid för vart man ska parkera. Läget gör det svårt att få en vid lägenheten. Men det finns parkering i närområden.

Great kitchen which was very well equipped. The flat is large and spacious and we had a very comfortable stay.

We stayed here with our family of 6. Worked out well for us. Our kids enjoyed each having their own little space (2 in the little bedrooms, one on the sofa bed), and baby slept in bed w/ us (no infant crib on site). Separate toilet room from shower room is convenient for a larger family (or other groups of people). The location is excellent - right in the heart of the old city and easy to walk to everything. Kitchen was well equipped. Washing machine dials are all in Swedish - we had to ask a Swedish friend to help! (maybe provide English translation/instruction near the washer).

Very pleasant stay. Spacious apartment near everything. One large bedroom and two small bedrooms with twin mattresses. One pull out sofa. Shower, washing machine, and separate toilet. Full kitchen with washing machine. Would definitely stay again.

the location of this apartment was excellent, my only concern was there is no lift we have to carry our check in luggage to the 2nd floor on our own after walking from the central station while it was raining. But so far we had all our needs, bed is comfy and cozy, it is clean.

Apartment smelled old and smoky. Some of the dishes weren’t clean. Not well insulated so very very noisy. Place is old and needs some work.

Rent och fint rum. Köket var välutrustat. Sängarna (både den vanliga och bäddsoffan) var ok att sova i. Främsta fördelen är dock det centrala läget. Lite oväsen på kväll/natt dock.

Superb location in Gamala Stan, very close to the metro. We stayed on the top floor and while there was a little noise from the pub, it wasn't too bad. Steps were great for cardio and your step count! The pub was super cosy and did great beer. It would be good if the wifi password could be left in a prominent place, but a quick email sorted that out. Very good service. The ability to book any early/late check in is very useful. Overall great stay, thank you.

A walk along the alleys and streets late in the evening (when tourists are gone) is highly recommended. Nice, clean and well-equipped apartments. While the location is fantastic be advised that noise at night from the street below is very loud till almost 2 am. Not an issue if you can close the windows but it was in the summer and we had to leave them all open. One of the bedrooms is also only accessible through another. Not stocked with coffee or any other staples. Early morning noise was also bad from store deliveries and garbage pick up. No one really slept well.

If you’re one of this people who like to sleep at some point of the night, this place might not be for you. It’s located over a pub with live music until midnight. The whole floor vibrates with the music. Then at 6am, they dispose all the bottles from the previous day waking up every living soul within a mile radius. I’m surprised a place like this is even at Hotels.com / This place doesn’t have the minimum standards to be considered a hotel. It’s just an old building with a keypad and worn down floors.

Large, clean easy property on the top floor. No elevator, so a lot of stairs everyday but we knew that when we booked. Views only of rooftops and courtyards but also not something we minded. The second 'bedroom' was the living room, the sofa pulled out so it would have been nice to have the second bedroom seperate from the living room but for the size, price and location, again it was fine. The main bed was a bit cheap and moved away from the wall a lot. The bathroom was nice, hot water could have been a bit hotter, the hooks were just fancy stick ons so no heavy hanging toiletry bags can be hung. The apartment was well equipped. Coffee percolator, iron, ironing board, toaster, pots pans, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer and extra toilet rolls in the medicine cabinet. The location was fantastic in Stockholm old town, metres away from everything you need. A 7-eleven and a metro supermarket nearby, and lots of tourist shops, cafes and restaurants. The train station and ferry station very close by. The pictures of the building entrance and the contactless instuctions of how to get into the building/apartment even for late arrivals was super easy. Some complaints were that it was noisy. Perhaps that is only in the Summers when you have the windows open or if you are on the first floors. We stayed for a week over new years and the only time we heard anything was on New Years Eve which is to be expected! Overall very pleased. Location really is fantastic.

The property is above a pub with live music until 1.30am or beyond. The used glass ware is collected before 8am for large bins It is entirely unsuitable for a peaceful trip to Stockholm and entirely unsuitable for a work trip. I would say it is completely unacceptable to rent this out at all - other than to kids partying until 2am.

Great kitchen which was very well equipped. The flat is large and spacious and we had a very comfortable stay.

Well appointed and comfortable. Pull out sofa is perfect and there was also an extra rollaway bed which we did not need. We were in unit 4 (1st floor) facing street. This is located above 2 bars and it it’s good to know that you will hear noise without ear plugs. Weekends it goes til 4am but it didn’t bother us. Building slopes a bit and I could feel it which some people are mired sensitive to than others so be aware. Very convenient location. Water taxi is accessible from Gamla Stan or walking to mainland is easy too. Lots of restaurants and shops and historical areas within walking distance. Weekend guided tours of Gamla Stan is common and a good idea since the buildings have so much history.

Overall a clean, large space located conveniently in Old Town. Cons - right above a tavern that has live music every night from 8-11pm, and trucks arriving every morning around 5-6am. There are lots of little steps up and down to trip over if you're not careful. My husband unfortunately hit his head almost every time leaving the bathroom as there's a step down out of the bathroom and a low threshold. Beds were comfortable and the space was clean and well equipped. There's old stone stairs and no elevator so be prepared.

Okay if there is no mention of an elevator there isn’t one. So four stories of cruel, curving, stone steps. But unit itself well kept, basic but will all needed in superb location. Manager also extremely helpful, timely and professional.

Lovely apartment in the old village of Stockholm. Near to shops, restaurants, and the metro for Gamla Stan. Plenty of space for a family of 5 and had everything we needed in the kitchen.

The apartment right in the historical centre was amazing and stylish. We enjoyed a lot staying there. Only parking was challenging and some instructions on the congestion charge system and on how to find well suited Park&Ride options would have been helpful (we found a good and cheap one in Enskedehallen at the Gullmarsplan station). And one more chair at the kitchen table would have been beneficial. We also did not manage to switch on the TV, but WLAN was working perfectly.

Great location, easy to get to, walkable and no issues.
