Literally the scariest place I’ve ever stayed. All the hotels were booked in the Bay Area for a convention and somehow my hotel room at another hotel was not available. Booked here on hotels.com. It had eight out of 10 review. I got there and was absolutely appalled. I barely slept a wink. I had to put my bag in the bathroom because the room stank of cigarette smoke. There were people outside of my door, talking loudly all through the night. I felt very unsafe and put a chair under the door.
