Hôtel de charme de style très espagnol, bien situé à proximité de la place centrale, de rue commerçantes, de restaurants. Accueil très agréable, chambre correctement équipée, très propre. Petit déjeuner très correct. Entrée pas très visible quand on arrive en voiture mais c'est vraiment un détail. Parking couvert (payant) juste à côté.

Great location half a block from the square. Well appointed, spacious rooms with mini- bar/fridge, heat/ac, and modern bathrooms. Beds a bit firm, but thats a personal preference. Lovely breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel doesn't provide parking but 24 hr garage is right next door with reasonable prices - (14000 ARS / $15 USD in June 2024 overnight). There are many hotels in the area but we will definitely choose Balcón de la Plaza when we come back thrugh Salta next time!

Balcon de la Plaza is a very clean and comfortable hotel less that one block from the main plaza. The front desk staff were very helpful with everything from restaurant recommendations to changing money. Our room was very comfortable, the breakfast fine but unremarkable. As we were traveling by car, it was very convenient to have a car park right next to the hotel. We found the hotel to be a calm oasis from the bustle of the city around us. Although we read that Salta was the best preserved colonial city in Argenting we were not too impressed. However, the scenery up the Quebrada de Humahuaca and the road to San Antonio de los Cobres were about as impressive as any we have seen anywhere.

O hotel fica numa ótima localização, muito próximo a praça. O quarto tem um tamanho bom. O banheiro molha todo e fica úmido o tempo todo. O café da manhã muito simples. The manager Lito went out of his way to accommodate our every need. Our rooms were quiet, comfy, with AC. We loved the smaller historic hotel feel. Nice breakfast each AM. We stayed 4 nights total and felt at home.We were steps from Plaza 9 de Julio, the perfect location! Near outdoor/indoor cafes, amazing churches and the MAAM Museum. Also enjoyed spending time in the square with the locals. A fantastic stay!! We fell in love with Salta!

This is a lovely, small boutique hotel just half a block from the main square. Lots of dining options within 2-3 blocks and very safe to walk around. Great shopping as well as things to do. Staff is very friendly and so helpful! We would definitely stay again.

Probably the best boutique hotel you will ever stay at in Salta. Excellent staff and front desk. Extremely competent and knowledgeable. Excellent location just off the square. Excellent breakfast, eggs made to order. Very nice room and comfortable bed.
