The room was great. Breakfast a bit bland but ok. The gym underwhelmed me and one of the treadmills didn’t work.

Pool was close most of the time we were there.

Everything is good especially the front desk is nice. One thing I hate about the people fix the ice machine across from my door at 5:05 am in the early morning. Everybody open the door and yell to the workers. They make such a big noise at 5 o’clock when everyone still sleeping

Soft beds and good breakfast. Doesn’t have an elevator but it’s only 2 floors so it was fine .

The hotel was pleasing. The phones in the room didn’t work. The pool needed cleaning. The staff was really nice. This was my second time staying here.

Poorly maintained with carpet missing pieces, holes in walls, dirty splaters all over, water damaged, pulled out couch that had food all in it, springs popping out of bed, stains all over bed, very noisey between unit with no proper noise barrier, chair was very dirty with stains and cigarette burns, very dirty on walls and appliances, table in rooms and living room not properly cleaned (Chunky resedue) couch had stains all over it, room smelt of stale smell, someone was smoking cannabis in next door unit all week, tried calling down to front desk late at nights with no answer, breakfast was good, staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful, outside of building in great condition, pool was closed for maintenance, and very difficult for parking in late evenings.

CONS: If you are looking for a overpriced motel this is it. My stay was 4 days in the suite. From Day 1 until the morning hours of Day 3, the building was without Cable because a homeless man destroyed the satellite. During this same time, the pool was also down due to over usage of chemicals. So there was nothing to do at the hotel for a while. Overnight representatives even told me that they only had board games to offer. On Day 3 ,around 10am, the cable and the pool finally opened at 11:00 am. The pool ,at the time, was mucky looking so we made the best of it until it got uncomfortable. By 10 pm that night, the homeless man blew the cable again. So of course, we were without cable the duration of the trip. Which in turn we got a FIRESTICK in order to get by. The general manager was suppose compensate us for the inconvenience and I have YET to see any effort's. I have called several times in the last week and nothing. ***Also, the breakfast is ok, nothing fancy. They were real stingy with servings.Even another guest laughed at the portions that were there. I just went out to enjoy the brunches elsewhere. ** Also, the rooms smell a little funny, so bring some air freshener PROS: **The front desk representatives were very nice and as understanding as they could’ve been. **The location of the MOTEL is nice despite the confusion of the entrance and the exit and the homeless **The rooms looked really nice and beddings were cared for.

My first time staying at this property and will definitely stay here again. I was greeted by a friendly Front Desk Agent who was able to check me in two hours earlier than the standard check in time. I had a standard king room with kitchenette, which was definitely very nice and thoroughly enjoyed staying in the room that I had. Though I only used the refrigerator the kitchenette was nice to have and came with all necessary items supplied. Also, the free breakfast was absolutely excellent. Definitely the hot food was the best I’ve in a long time at a hotel like this. The location is good as well as it’s located next to a freeway but wasn’t noisy. My only minor complaint was that I saw several cars parked in the handicapped parking with no tags and my 2nd night I had to park rather far from the entrance but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, a great property with a great price and you can’t go wrong with staying here..

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very well maintained, and the room was great. There was plenty of parking and it was conveniently located near a couple of restaurants and the places I needed to go. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would recommend it to a friend.

We booked a 2 rooms suite but were informed at the last minute that they don't have a 2 rooms suite. They gave us 2 king rooms next to each other. It is a little inconvenience but it is not a big deal. The property is very close to Bellaire area with a lot of food. There are a lot of parking spaces. The pillows are kind of too soft.

The room was so small and only had one mirror in the bathroom. It was stains on the wall the bathroom was dirty. Good thing it was a one night trip. Francisco was great though

Breakfast is good- front deak staff are proactive and helpful. only issues I have is when we got to our room, there were some dried blood stain in the sheets and blanket.

Happy with the comfortable bed and breakfast which is included. Plenty of parking and friendly staff. Not happy with a smell of really old carpet, mould in the bathroom, air conditioners have a huge lag time making the room either too hot or too cold.

This hotel is perfect for me. I love the little kitchen, the rooms are clean and modern, bed and pillows are super comfortable. It’s a pretty busy hotel but my room was very quiet.

Old place. Kitchen is not fully stocked even with basics: one spoon in “sleeps 6” room. Unkept carpets.

The room was very loud, I could here every door open and close in the hallway and people walking on the floor above.

This was a great little suite, with a comfy bed great little kitchen, great AC and everything I needed. I will be back.

Free WiFi is not easy to get connected

Didn't like the road noise. Pretty loud in the rooms we got. Definitely needs updates to carpets and furniture, pretty worn out.

Was fine. Service was good, room was clean. Only gripes were the Internet, which was very complicated to hook up to and took several attempts, and the room being a bit on the small side.

The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything, even your neighbor snoring or flushing the toilet. Our fridge did not work but the freezer would freeze things after a while. The faucet was broken and mostly would only produce hot water. It was either hot water or boiling hot. The hallways were a little beat up.

I can’t thank Jade, Maveley, Irish’s, and Marina enough for their excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure my family’s needs were all taken care of while we stayed here. I recommend anyone that stays here to ask one of these four to assist you during your stay because they will make sure you have an amazing experience.

Staff was very accommodating! We had a leaking AC unit and it was promptly addressed and resolved by switching rooms. Thank you!

Everyone was super friendly and helpful and professional

Access card reader on my door stopped working and manager did not have repaired during my two day stay. Had to have front desk staff open my room door every time for duration of my stay. which required me to wait over 30 minutes multiple times per day upon returning to hotel until attendant finished checking in long lines of guests. TV did not work. Would not comp my room for the horrible hassle I was put through. Terrible management.

The frontdesk was not very accommodating, A change from the reserved room with king size bed and sleeper sofa to two queen beds would be am extra charge of 180 USD per night because the receptionist said "you booking is non refundable, so we have to charge you the other room for the full price and the booked room will not be refunded. What a stupid policy.

The manager Deanna was extremely rude. When i checked in they didnt have 2 room suite i booked. They split us up and when i asked the next day about it i was treated very disrespectful

Why would the guest next door create such a ruckus, bang on the walls, try yelling things, etc. Am I mistaken in thinking that the Marriot brand does not allow such disturbances. The first time I informed the manager, this should have been flagged, I should have been offered to switch rooms, and given a sincere apology. Instead, upon telling the manager, they did nothing.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Check-in was painless - Just gave the clerk my ID and she gave me the key cards. Breakfast the next day was nothing too terribly special, but was decent - a refreshing change from a lot of places, which at best just have some microwave biscuits in bags.
