Convenient to get to. Spacious clean room. Easy access to park at your room. Needs updating in the bathroom plumbing in shower area. Outside definitely needs updating as it could be a really cute quaint place. But our stay was pleasant and a good value.

Very quaint and quiet! Staff is awesome and very quick with check in. Plenty of parking space! Clean room and bathroom. Tons of options on the tv for kids, small through teenagers.

Friendy personnel but building in poor shape. The wall in our room was taped and you were able to se right through it. The rooms are not very freash. It says daily housekeeping, not true. There's a room with ice machine, washer, drier and a soda vending machine. All of which are broken and can't be used. OK place for one night, and in not picky.

The place is being painted. Starting to look really good. Parking lot could use paving as it is a dirt lot. Overall its a nice place. Will definitely come back.

Outside was very questionable but inside was very clean!! Beds were very comfortable with comfy linens. Bathroom was clean and shower worked good. Outdated exterior and basic interior but surprisingly comfortable and quiet. Would stay here again.

This is an older property and for the price it's a comfortable place to stay. The front office has a live in attendant who was friendly and welcoming for our stay. This is a no frills motel and simply provides a clean bed, a warm shower and place to rest while on our road trip. I'd stay here again knowing it's as is and will provide a comfortable place to sleep.

Casper is being rebuilt, slowly, and Sage and Sand is on the edge of the rebuild. Easy access to downtown but also on the edge of industrial development. It's an older motel but the room was clean and well-kept, and the place was quiet and peaceful on the Memorial Day weekend.

Room 122: The bathroom door would not close and one of the beds had been short-sheeted. Room 110: The floor was filthy (didn't dare walk on it bare-footed). The dinette sink had food in it. The bathroom sink leaked (where the water lines attached to the faucet) and flooded the floor. (After the first use--and clean-up--we used the filthy dinette sink to wash hands.)

It was a midpoint in a long drive for me. When I was looking for was something inexpensive and easy and convenient and clean. This little motel fit the bill. It is aged in a little worn, but the room was clean, actually cleaner than many larger hotels that would’ve cost twice as much. I know that because I bring a UV light whenever I travel to look at the sheets and whatever might be left on the walls. Everything was clean. Free of any bed bugs or other critters that might’ve made my night uncomfortable. The bed was comfortable and it was simple to get in and get out. In terms of value for money, it was a great place to stay

The bed was the only thing that looked clean. I used just water and one of their face cloths, to wipe the sink and counter! The cloth was black when I was done! Just think what would come up if it was sanitized!

Floors had not been vacuumed, mirrors not cleaned, countertops were dirty, drain in sink screen was packed with hair, room full of flies we went to the front for a fly swatter but she didn't have one but did give us a spray. Thank you. ROOM SMELlED OF SMOKE and had burns in the caroet

The exterior of the property seemed somewhat rundown, but it was very acceptable on the inside. The room was clean and fresh, and the AC/heater worked fine. The staff was pleasant. The best part was the proximity to several excellent restaurants and brew houses.

Old building old everything but room was enormous. I spent two days working digitally and for that it was perfect. Large desk and fast (enough) internet. Room was surface clean but frankly it needs carpet deep cleaning or replacement. It's just so old that you can't help but think of the thousands who preceded you. Vaguely smelling of when it was a smoking room many years ago. But staff super friendly. Located on edge of downtown...the streets under construction so it wasn't quite complete. But recommended for the price!

The owner was very rude, and disrespectful. He refused to check me in kicked me off the property, threatened to call the cops on me. Not really sure why he instantly got mad at mr when i tried to explain my situation and i will never return to this property. I just really hope i get refunded.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was renovated and great for the price. The outside looks a bit rundown, but they are working on fixing it up. We enjoyed our no frills stay and would recommend. Weve stayed in much worse for a lot more money.

This is way off of the interstate; the area is sketchy and doesnt feel safe. The door's safety latch was broken. I didnt stay even though i knew i wasnt going to get a refund. It just wasnt worth it.

Safe quiet old fashioned motel near surprisingly bustling area for weekdays, lots of good folks, I did this review to help get their average up, it is fine for a dad and two boys on a road trip, probably good for you too.

There were stains all over the sheets and the sheets had holes in them the bathroom had bugs crawling all over, the bathroom floor was sticky. I would not stay at this place again. I would have changed hotels but we just got done with a 9 hour drive and it was late. We both just slept with our cloths on and got up and left early morning.

I would have changed hotels but we just got done with a 9 hour drive and it was late. We both just slept with our cloths on and got up and left early morning.

The woman who works the front desk here is absolutely delightful. I his Olaf smolder but you can tell they work hard to keep it super clean. There was ice and laundry on-site both of which delighted me and this was in a very quiet neighborhood convenient to downtown.
