We adored this quirky and beautiful suite! It was conveniently located, on the "other" side of the Arno, which was quieter and had more dining options that seemed less touristy. The bed was enormous and comfortable, the bathroom lovely, and there was a huge closet for your suitcases and clothes, plus a lovely outdoor terrace. The breakfast was very good and of course included delicious coffee.

Soprano is a wonderful property and is located in the heart of Oltrarno. The rooms are great and there are some nice social areas to relax and enjoy a coffee or a glass of red. The staff are extremely friendly and belpful. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, just away from the hustle and bustle. Had a boutique feel. Loved the decor of the rooms and reception. Super friendly and helpful reception staff. Nice touch with leftover breakfast food and coffee in community area. Would return and highly recommended. 10/10

The hotel is clean and well maintained in an area with a neighborhood feel with lots of local dining and shopping options, but still within walking to all of the main attractions. Loved the eclectic, and artistic decor of the property and my suite. I opted to include breakfast for my stay and it included a nice variety of options - everything was fresh and the cafe staff/barista was super nice.

Maravilhoso o hotel, me senti em casa! Café da manhã gostoso, localização perfeita, consegui fazer muita coisa de pé. Mimos como bolsa, garrafa de vinho, etc.. Único ponto negativo foi o elevador que é bem velho e constantemente parava de funcionar.

Excellent location and overall very friendly staff. A bit disappointed that our terrace was not available due to safety reasons and we were only advised 2nights before. They did give us a small discount in lieu but would have preferred the terrace as planned. Staff at desk were really nice and the breakfast was good. Room was big and full of quirky vintage finds. Bathroom lights were limited but great amenities. Would highly recommend if you want a great location.

We had a good stay. The location was great. Just outside the city center but an easy close walk. The rooms are comfortable but we had no view. The windows are very tall and it would be hard to see out if there was a view. Also be aware there are a lot of steps. There is an elevator but it is pretty small and slow so we opted for the stairs most of the time. The breakfast was nice and we appreciated the leftover snacks in the afternoon.

Soprarnos is an excellent place to enjoy Florence from! It is very clean, great suites, friendly staff and awesome breakfast! It is located close to Ponte Vechio and other attractions! Definitely a gem of Florence!

Kan varmt rekommendera vistelse här. Rummet var som en svit. Bekväma sängar. Rent och fräscht. Snygg personlig inredning med känsla för design. Lite som att få komma till någons hem. Bra frukost och utomordentlig service.

Wenn ihr nach einer besonderen und aussergewöhnlichen Unterkunft mit Flair nahe der Innenstand und doch Abseits des Touristentroubels sucht, seid ihr im SoprArno Suits genau richtig! Super sauber, jedes Zimmer ein Kunstwerk für sich, gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal… Ein Boutique Hotel dass sich nicht wie ein Hotel anfühlt aber alle Annehmlichkeiten bietet!

Comfortable bed and large room. Staff was very helpful and nice. We liked the location also which was outside the main tourist area but we were very close and able to easily walk to everything. Pitti Palace was right around the corner and there was a row of restaurants across from the Palace which had good food. The only thing we didn't like was coming back one night to a sewer smell in the room. Apparently many of the bathrooms in Florence do not have P-traps which inhibit sewer gas from backing up into the room. We were advised to run the shower and bath sink faucets and that would make the smell go away in 10 minutes or so. It worked and we were able to enjoy the room with no further smell. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Out of all my stays in Italy, this place was by far the best. Firstly, Viviana was amazingly friendly, responsive and helpful. Secondly, the room was spacious, had great character and had so many unexpected amenities and gifts. Breakfast was solid, and yeah - I'd stay here again next time I'm in Firenze for sure!

Unique and wonderful place to stay. Feels more like you are living in Florence than a visiting tourist! Super comfortable beds, great shower and plenty of space, which is always very welcome when travelling. Location is fantastic with amazing restaurants and bars nearby and the Ponte Vecchio only a 5 minute walk. Lovely and very helpful staff.Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Ideal location for walking to seemingly all major tourist sites, restaurants and shopping. Nice, comfortable bedroom with high ceiling and tasteful nude paintings. Very helpful desk concierge. Careful scheduling airport pickup as scheduling seemed to triple price of simply calling a cab for a 15 minute wait.

We had a lovely 3 night stay. The property is very well located near the Pitti palace. The room was cavernous and eclectically decorated. Perhaps most importantly for a heat wave the air conditioning worked brilliantly. Would definitely stay here again.

Very well located property. Nice big room. Good breakfast. Great customer service and support. Quite area. The only issue is not very functional room furniture. No space for clothing storage. And unfortunately bidet wasn’t working.

Brunella, whom helped us check in, and handled all the front desk help, was very welcoming, pleasant, respectful, friendly, and accommodating. There is some noise between the rooms as the house building is a bit old, but it's not a big issue at night as it's very quiet.

This is my second time at this property and I don’t have enough nice things to say. First, the interior decor is absolutely stunning. I love the eclectic choices and beautiful pieces chosen, which was only highlighted by frescoed ceilings and free standing lion clawed bath tubs. The breakfast is quite nice with both an Italian sensibility and continental flair. Brunella at front desk (I hope that’s her name!) is so kind and helpful. This palazzo is literally 5 minutes from the Pitti Palace and Boboli gardens. If you prefer the more artsy neighborhood this is for you. I will be back. 😊

We had a lovely stay at Soprarno suites. The location is perfect, the room was authentic and the staff are very helpful. They made reservations for us and also gave us some tips to make the most of our trip. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting.

Out of all my stays in Italy, this place was by far the best. Firstly, Viviana was amazingly friendly, responsive and helpful. Secondly, the room was spacious, had great character and had so many unexpected amenities and gifts. Breakfast was solid, and yeah - I'd stay here again next time I'm in Firenze for sure!

Ideal location for walking to seemingly all major tourist sites, restaurants and shopping. Nice, comfortable bedroom with high ceiling and tasteful nude paintings. Very helpful desk concierge. Careful scheduling airport pickup as scheduling seemed to triple price of simply calling a cab for a 15 minute wait.

We adored this quirky and beautiful suite! It was conveniently located, on the "other" side of the Arno, which was quieter and had more dining options that seemed less touristy. The bed was enormous and comfortable, the bathroom lovely, and there was a huge closet for your suitcases and clothes, plus a lovely outdoor terrace. The breakfast was very good and of course included delicious coffee.

Soprano is a wonderful property and is located in the heart of Oltrarno. The rooms are great and there are some nice social areas to relax and enjoy a coffee or a glass of red. The staff are extremely friendly and belpful. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay at Soprano Suites. The entire staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel is clean and well maintained in an area with a neighborhood feel with lots of local dining and shopping options, but still within walking to all of the main attractions. Loved the eclectic, and artistic decor of the property and my suite. I opted to include breakfast for my stay and it included a nice variety of options - everything was fresh and the cafe staff/barista was super nice.

We had a lovely 3 night stay. The property is very well located near the Pitti palace. The room was cavernous and eclectically decorated. Perhaps most importantly for a heat wave the air conditioning worked brilliantly. Would definitely stay here again.

A perfect place to stay in Florence. On the more local side of the river, close to plenty of neighborhood bars and restaurants and an easy 10 min walk across the bridge to the city center. The property and the room were exceptional, and have a very cool vibe.

Hotel is in a very convenient and central to shopping, sites to see and many restaurants and bars. The hotel is pricey for what is on offer at the hotel. Breakfast is on a very small range of choices of items to pick from to eat. Beds are comfortable but very noisy when you turn in bed. The large shower head didn’t work and the switch came off when I tried to turn the button on.

Excellent location, just away from the hustle and bustle. Had a boutique feel. Loved the decor of the rooms and reception. Super friendly and helpful reception staff. Nice touch with leftover breakfast food and coffee in community area. Would return and highly recommended. 10/10

Spacious rooms and a warm welcome from the hotel. Breakfast was amazing with multiple choices and the area was quiet with great restauarants arround without ha ong to deal with the tourists on the other sode of the bridge

Excellent location and overall very friendly staff. A bit disappointed that our terrace was not available due to safety reasons and we were only advised 2nights before. They did give us a small discount in lieu but would have preferred the terrace as planned. Staff at desk were really nice and the breakfast was good. Room was big and full of quirky vintage finds. Bathroom lights were limited but great amenities. Would highly recommend if you want a great location.

La struttura è situata in un'ottima posizione, comoda per visitare la città ma appena fuori dalle rotte più turistiche. Ho apprezzato la camera, arredata con gusto e con letto king molto comodo, il personale , molto gentile e disponibile. Buona la colazione, semplice ma con diversa scelta sia dolce che salato

Look no further, this is the place to stay. Very large, accommodating rooms. Great Bathroom, air-conditioning, amenities, and breakfast. Rooms cleaned spotless every day. There was even a lovely bottle of Chianti wafting in our room for us. The rooms are very fun and eclectic, and the owners have obviously decorated by hand, shopping many antique markets and spent a lot of time doing it. Everyone was so helpful throughout our entire stay. Ther location was great. Very close to the Ponte Vecchio without being right in the middle of the touristy area. We would definitely stay here again.

Little to no cell or internet service. Had to go to the third floor to get any reception. Greta reception the rest of the city. Bathroom layout strange and difficult.

The location was ideal HOWEVER do not drive!!! The hotel was amazing and the staff was extremely helpful to oblivious travelers from the US. Lived the fact that there were common areas and breakfast was really delicious. Would recommend but you will pay city prices (to be expected).

What a lovely place, with a great room, and overall vibe that matches Florence!! Very spacious and clean. The breakfast was very convenient and delicious! We loved staying here and would come back any time we are in Florence!
