I reserved a room with a king size bed; upon checking in we were informed that the king rooms weren't cleaned so they were putting us in a queen/queen room....not what I wanted and reserved. Their idea of making it right was by giving on $10 credit for breakfast or dinner. We didn't eat either there so that didn't benefit us whatsoever. They also don't do daily housekeeping so keep your towels hung up! The television needs replacement; it had strange lights all over the screen. The room smelled musty. The vent in the bathroom was called in dust. The bathroom walls need cleaning. I don't think these are housekeeping issues; I think it's management not making sure the property is kept up. I love how the lobby smelled lovely but the room floors are musty. Move that scent upstairs! We unfortunately had a neighbor who talked LOUD on her phone all night so the walls are paper thin. It wasn't the worst experience but not the best either.
