A lovely room to come back to after long walks along The Cleveland Way. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choices. Perfect location, right on the coastal bus route. Julie was a very attentive and most welcoming host. Highly recommended.

We had a really enjoyable stay at Townend Farm and Julie was extremely helpful booking a meal at the Tiger Inn and also giving us information about local bus services The breakfast was a really good standard and cooked perfectly . Our only concern was that the rooms were on the second floor with steep staircases which made it difficult to carry suitcases and to access the rooms.Perhaps it might be worth pointing out on the website Thankyou Julie for a lovely stay
