Was put in the noisiest room on the first floor next to the exit. Constantly heard doors slamming from people coming and going. Draft from outside moved my door so it sounded like someone was breaking in. The front desk staff weren’t very friendly. Subpar breakfast restocking. Super super small gym.

Tv didn’t work. Elevator didn’t work.faucets loose etc. Overall run down condition and hotel not maintained well. Night staff was friendly and tried replacing batteries in tv remote but didn’t fix the problem.

We were traveling with the largest size U-Haul truck and pulling a car behind with a tow dolly. We picked this hotel because on the website it stated there was bus parking. When we pulled in… We drove into the back of the hotel looking for the bus parking and got cornered in a small parking lot with no way to turn around and get back out due to the size of the U-Haul with the car on the back. We ended up having to take the car off of the tow dolly and get both vehicles turned around to get out… And then had to put the car back on the tow dolly. So we spent an hour parking before we could even go check into the hotel. Very disappointed that this information was listed on the website but did not actually have designated bus or trailer parking and the inconvenience that it caused us 👎 😠

We arrived to be told hotel was under renovation so the elevator was no accessible to us. Traveling with my elderly mother now meant tracking up and down stairs with multiple bags. We were not offered anything expect for the option the cancel our room and not stay. Glad to hear they are renovating bc the room was old and dingy, couch had literal holes in it. Bright light shining through the window and bc the shades were so old, they would not stay shut. Do NOT recommend.

This hotel is safe and clean place to stop on a trip with a reasonable breakfast. The staff are nice and helpful. The lift was out when we stayed so not pleased to carry cases up stairs but they did find a second floor room to replace our third floor one.

Family stay with kids. Very comfortable & convenient. Only issue was treadmill didn’t work but apparently there was a trick to it. Breakfast had something for everyone. All in all, no issues & would stay again, thanks!

Pool pump wasn't working, elevator sounded like it could break down any day, gazebo was falling apart and our hideaway bed/couch was destroyed overall not worth the money I spent

I was really surprised, the rating on Expedia for this room was exceptional, but that was from from it. Front desk was very kind, and super helpful. But the room; beds were somewhat clean but the floors and walls..... I'm not even going to describe. I'm thankful I was only there for a night. I would have left, but my entire family was with me and we checked in at 11:30 at night. We were exhausted and tired from a trip, so packing back up and going to a different hotel was just not an option.

I understand some things may be out of the control of the property manager, such as updates and new pillows, utensils, carpet, filters, policies, etc.. so I will review the controllables. The lobby, halls, and elevators were kept very clean. Provided breakfast had your standard options which were fine, excluding the empty coffee both times I tried to get some. Breakfast is 3hrs long so that’s a plus! The room we booked was not available so we were upgraded before arriving, which was kind of the team. However, the filters on the A/C unit were very dirty and even set to 67, the room would barely cool down. The dishes in the upgraded room were dirty with crusted food from a previous guest, ice trays still filled in the freezer, and ice bucket filled with water still. The door to the room would fling open and bang the wall super loud, I know the neighbors heard it. I’m genuinely surprised it didn’t damage the wall, most doors have a soft open/close mechanism. Our room key would not unlock the side door of the hotel even though there was a place to scan a key. Our room keys were also shut off more than 30 minutes prior to checkout, making the multiple trips to load the car difficult. $30/night for a pet fee would be fine had we received daily housekeeping…but we didn’t. Ice machine on 3rd floor was completely out of ice the whole time. The staff was efficient, which I appreciate. You get what you pay for. Would not choose to stay again but it was okay for a last minute booking.

Friendly staff and fast checkin. Great that they welcome pets but the room was carpeted…looked like original carpet. It retained the smell of the previous pet guests who either had accidents or didn’t have the manners to wait until they got outside to do their business. Or maybe the smell was just that the carpet is old. There was a wet wash cloth in the tub left by the cleaning staff, along with three (3) used soap bars in the shower. The bed was clean but you could tell the sheets were worn. Pet hair in the sofa fabric. Even with all of that, I had a decent night’s sleep.

Not kept up well. Had to ask for coffee for breakfast. Had to go to front desk and ask. Shower curtain didn’t reach the tub so water went on floor. Cracks in tile in shot. Spots on carpet. Definitely needs some work

When we arrived we was informed that they had a broken pipe and the elevator was broken. They did offer to change our room from the 3rd to 2nd floor. They said they were going to refund the difference of the 2 rooms. I never received the credit. The rooms were nice. Breakfast wasn't early enough for us to get because of our conference

The night check in clerk was not very nice. I had an issue with the pet pricing and they were matter of fact at they couldn’t do a thing about it. Hotels.com took care of it and told the to change there information on your site. When I acquired about the back door not working with the key his response was something it works sometimes it doesn’t. RUDE the clerk in the morning at least explained that the part was ordered and it would be taken care of ASAP. The night clerk needs a course in customer service. I did not feel very safe there.

Front desk person tried to scam me I previously worked in Hospitality so I’m aware how the system works. BEWARE make sure your card is locked please!!! The rooms didn’t have any towels, water pressure was super low, & the guy at the front desk had a nasty attitude literally yelled at me!!

I thought I had paid for the hotel in advance, but it wasn’t showing up. Checking my records, I see that it was reserved to pay at the hotels. But the check-in clerk handled it masterfully and sent us to our room while he checked it out. Really helpful clerk. Hotel is fine. A bit dark with few streetlights in the neighborhood, but no problems. Clean, bed was a wonderful king-sized.

The provided address within the GPS data base of my vehicle (Mercedes w/current update)—this facility was very difficult to locate. It is my considered opinion that during darkness, difficult would become nearly impossible.

I am very sensitive to light. The light from the widows was not blocked well with the curtains. When traveling you aren't familiar with strange cities. There was nothing that told us we were booking in the industrial part of town.

Although it's close to the highway, you can't really hear the road noise. There is a little bit of construction around the hotel's area but not bad. The staff were nice, and the breakfast had a decent selection. The room was nice. There was one little section of the ceiling that had plaster damage but not in any way that affected our stay. I do wish all the doors were quieter when they are left to close; they all slam. I also wish the fan stayed on consistently. But I would stay again.

The overall stay, which was a bed and shower was fine. Room clean but shower had little pressure so tedious. Breakfast was mediocre but sufficient. Selection the same as all other Comfort Inns so expected.

The room was clean, the heater worked great- it got nice and toasty real quick, the water in the shower was super hot and with great pressure..loved that! We stayed for 2 days and both days were great. Breakfast was very satisfying, with lots of options to choose from. The staff was super friendly and receptive. There is even an affordable snacks available downstairs which was very convenient. Overall our experience was awesome..for the price.. we will definitely be staying here again!

Nice handicap-accessible room with walk-in shower. Bed comfy but a little too soft for us. Very quiet. Nice staff. GREAT full breakfast! Would highly recommend!
