Cancellation fees: 50% from 3 days prior to the day before, 100% on the day of stay. ・The front desk is open from 8am to 10pm and from 4pm to 10pm. (phone will also be answered during these times) ・Masuya is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any troubles arising from theft or lost property. ・Lights are turned off just before 11:00 PM. As this is an old building, noise easily echoes, so even guests staying in private rooms are asked to keep their voices quiet from late at night to early in the morning. ・We can keep your luggage before check-in and after check-out.
