Wiebe Motel

This is an older motel that has been freshened up. Room carpet has been replaced with vinyl, new tile in the bathrooms. It is a very basic facility with nothing in the immediate vicinity. The office staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Overall, it was perfect for my one night stop as I was just passing through.

Super friendly staff.. room really clean, bed comfortable No pool or coffeemaker, no tray in microwave. Could pretty it up with wine barrels of flowers on porches or little chairs, get old pool area nicer with grass, flowers.

The owner was rude. Also there is no pool at this hotel. they still advertise a pool but no pool. it is filled in.

Nice stay. Motel rooms have been upgraded with new flooring and blinds and tv. Service was fast and friendly. Good rates

Perfect if all you need is a room and a shower. Bring your own shampoo, etc. Shower towel was very small and thin but it worked. There is a small fridge, a microwave, a TV. Parking is free. You can extend the stay hourly if needed. Manager and his wife are friendly and helpful.

This motel was a real mixed bag. I was in a room that looked partially updated, but unfinished. The room was clean except for the sink was dirty. The linens were clean, but the bed was so uncomfortable I could feel all the springs and couldn't get to sleep until I put a pillow between me and the bed. There wasn't a nightstand so I had to put my phone on the floor to charge and it was either all lights on or move around in the dark. There was a fridge and microwave, no coffee, not that I care about that. There were two bath towels, no other towels or bath mat and no soap. I feel like the property owners are headed in the right direction but just missing the mark for what you'd expect even at a basic property. If I were the property owner, I wouldn't worry about a fridge or microwave until I had a nightstand and light in every room because someone could fall trying to get to bed in the dark. I'd also add in at least a bathmat and soap. Most people don't expect to have to bring their own soap to a hotel and I ended up tracking water all over the floor, since I didn’t want to throw the nice towels on the floor. This is also a slip and trip hazard. A mattress topper would make the mattress sleepable.

I like the older feel of this locally run motel. They are always nice to me. The wifi is good, cable is good, water pressure and temperature are nice. Bed is comfy memory foam type. Tiled bathroom. mini fridge and microwave. plenty of room for clothes and stuff. Friendly tenants can be found sitting and chatting in the evening. beautiful views of the California agricultural belt.

A basic motel but with friendly professional service, clean spacious rooms, great bathroom. It was quiet at night, the other guests were all friendly as well. No further amenities but very peaceful. We did get a restful sleep. It is the perfect stopover on a long drive. I would stay there again.

Worth the value $62. But looks like has not been cleaned. Overall ok.

Clean, older property that has been slightly updated in the rooms. Located in a random area but good for a place to crash for a night. My band played a late show in Hollister and I didn't want to drive back to the East Bay late at night. Good enough for overnight.

Bed was extremely comfortable, everything else was bad - No soap cleaning supplies in the room, fridge was not wiped out, floors had dust and dirt from outside on them, bed comforter had burn marks in it. I did not stay there the second night, I went to a Hotel 45 Minutes away it was that bad

It has a really bad smell, toilet was dirty, no toilet paper over all disgusting place i don't recommended this place at all.

The bathroom need better cleanliness and bedside table was not available The bedsheets and floor were in good standing.

This was a very cute quaint place. Yes a bit outdated, but it was very clean. The mattresses were new. The office staff was very kind and super friendly. The area was clean and safe.

It was very quiet was able to relax no problem didn't like that we couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi and there was no bathtub just a shower the air conditioner didn't really work but it wasn't all that bad either the price for the room was reasonable so can't complain

It was a small room bed was comfy ya it might not have all the amenities of bigger places but but was a nice place to sleep

AC worked but old with limited options. The TV had lots of channels and the bed was very comfortable memory foam. The pillows were ‘ flat as a pancake’. It was ok for one night stay.

Safe, quiet, comfortable, lovely couple managers. To use the toilet, my knees were under the sink. The heating/airconditioning unit was at floor level In the closet.

They did not let me stay. Management was very rude.

No Phone, No towels, no coffee machine. Man at the desk was terribly rude. We were one of two guests in the entire motel and we were placed in the room next to them. When I asked for privacy of at least one room - I was told "Go".

Manager was very helpful

The hotel was closed w a closed sign. No personnel on site. We slept in their driveway because there was no other room available & I am disabled.

The managers of this property are AMAZING. Our car broke down and they let us check in even though it was extremely late. They were friendly and kind.

Great location friendly people easily accessible from highway 156 bedding needs improvement and the room condition could be improved

Was what I expected cool place guy woke up to check me In and was nice as I didn’t get there till 1am close to Bolado park and all other stuff.

It was a nice place to stay very quiet. The gentleman in the counter was great super helpful and polite. When I’m back to Hollister will be staying at wibei motel.

Under Tolet seat it was dirty, only given one towel each no small wash cloth, no coffee or water very old hotel and it looked it.
