Superhögsäsong så mycket folk men ändå väldigt trevligt. Nästa gång tar vi barnbarn med oss då det är ett paradis för de unga. Med mycket människor på samma ställe så det är bra att vara förberedd på stökig frukost särskilt och att saker kan ta lite tid. Jättefint med hotellets egen strandbar där man kan låna! solstolar och handdukar - verkligen tummen upp för det!!! Ett ställe att längta tillbaka till!

Every thing is clean. The staff and personnel are professional. This Hotel deserves its high rating. Most of visitors of this hotel are from Poland so they found that any one not blond is strange to come 5 Stars hotel, the hotel does not blame about this behaviour that is why I give full marks.

The stay at the Grand Lubicz was wonderful. We had two rooms; one for my 97 year old uncle and one for me and a friend. The service was above and beyond. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. I enjoyed the med spa and pool. It is a very easy walk to the Baltic and the town was very special. I would like to commend the hotel restaurant for its expansive selection and excellent service.

Cały pobyt był bez zarzutu. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z poziomu obsługi. Jeśli miałbym wskazać cokolwiek, co nie do końca sie podobało, to okropny zapach pojawiajacy sie nagle w pokoju. Po wyłaczeniu klimatyzacji problem zniknał.

Cały pobyt był bez zarzutu. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z poziomu obsługi. Jeśli miałbym wskazać cokolwiek, co nie do końca sie podobało, to okropny zapach pojawiajacy sie nagle w pokoju. Po wyłaczeniu klimatyzacji problem zniknał.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Sehr gutes Essen, freundliches, aufmerksames Personal ,besonders auch im Medical Spa Bereich. Nicht gut fand ich die Wellnes Spa Abteilung. So konnte z.B.keine Maniküre und Pediküre angeboten werden, weil es keine Mitarbeiter gab, die das machen konnten. Aber es war viel Personal da.

bardzo miła obsługa. Masie super ratowników na basenie. Sam jestem ratownikiem i potrafię docenić ich profesjonalizm. Miła obsługa recepcji oraz ekipa sprzątająca. A tak w ogóle, to wszyscy bardzo mili i uśmiechnięci :)

The stay at the Grand Lubicz was wonderful. We had two rooms; one for my 97 year old uncle and one for me and a friend. The service was above and beyond. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. I enjoyed the med spa and pool. It is a very easy walk to the Baltic and the town was very special. I would like to commend the hotel restaurant for its expansive selection and excellent service.

Superhögsäsong så mycket folk men ändå väldigt trevligt. Nästa gång tar vi barnbarn med oss då det är ett paradis för de unga. Med mycket människor på samma ställe så det är bra att vara förberedd på stökig frukost särskilt och att saker kan ta lite tid. Jättefint med hotellets egen strandbar där man kan låna! solstolar och handdukar - verkligen tummen upp för det!!! Ett ställe att längta tillbaka till!

Beautiful property and superior staff. My only complaints are the rooms were too hot and I thought the buffet was expensive, especially since they ran out of their main course before we arrived. Would still return.

There's a lot of maintenance works going on in the hotel, and the work starts very early, sometimes around 6am. When there, there was an event on which was not communicated prior, which changes food times, which again when entering the buffet was not communicated. Entering a buffet without being told it closes in 15 minutes, is not great. Also parking was affected, which made it very difficult, the air conditioning did not work in the room, and not replacing shower gel and toilet rolls when empty seemed a regular occurrence. It may be partially my fault as I did not communicate these grievances at the time, but also some of them should not be expected of a 5 star hotel. But the facilities are fantastic, staff seemed very friendly, and the food was not terrible.

I enjoyed my stay and plan to go again soon. I do recommend a breakfast not concentrating on pork. Maybe turkey bacon or sausage could be added to satisfy guest who do not eat pork.
