Tout s'est bien passé. Y avait des travaux à Um Qurah Road du coup c'était un peu compliqué avec les valises. La télé pour voir Al Masjid live était verrouillée et le réceptionniste ne m'a envoyé personne pour la réparer comme promis.

Room was ok but there is no drinking water bottles no tea bags coffee and no sugar for well come We stayed for a week no house keeping at all We asked for clean towels and toilet roll during stay Nobody came to change bedsheets and emptying bins Flush water tank keep leaking and making too noise They gave only one card for room to enter as soon we left room all lights Ac everything turned off and when we returned back to room too hot and muggy Tv remote batteries need to change Fridge door need to be fixed Anyway close to haram but bit sloppy street to go haram Very busy road and loads of shops restaurants around

Rien que la proximité avec le Haram, un service client médiocre, il faut insister pour que ta chambre soit nettoyé. L'hôtel a besoin de rénovation. J'ai traîné mes valises à l'arrivée comme au départ aucune aide des agents de chambre. Je ne recommande pas L'hôtel.

Hotel was clean and location was great due to the bus stop outside the hotel. Staff was very helpful and provided extra towels when needed. Room come with fridge and comfortable bed and pillows. Working air con, Clean toilet with warm shower.Overall great experience.Thanks

very small room for 3 beds , small beds (shorted than y height).FRIENDLY STAFF. POOR facility in the room(rusty fridge-no microwave. tiny window which you can not open. would suggest staying somewhere else

I am giving five star grade as the bathroom was good, beds are clean, its close to the holy masjid and its very cheap. The service was good. They didnt appear to have hoovered the room, the tv snd fridge dont work and in general it's in a poor state of repair. This is a value hotel for you and your boys. Most wives living in the West would complain about the standards and the immediate surroundings. But like i said for the location its great value for 5 stars as you get what you pay for

The rooms were mostly clean but this is the best you can get for budget friendly stay. Average 20 minutes Walk to Masjid al Haram The staff and reception was open 24/7, and behavior of the staff was excellent. But the carpets were a little bit dirty. Hot water was available always I was a little bit late to check out but they were lenient with me.

This place should not be inhabited by humans. There is roaches all over the place. It’s not clean the air condition does not work properly. Just FYI I didn’t stay at this place because of it bad condition .

Worse place to stay as very old furnitures. Beds are very uncomfortable. Carpets are dirty and very very old fashioned. Rooms are dusty, and toilet is so tiny that you can’t even sit properly. Staff are not welcoming and not helpful. Will be wasted the money even though it is a budget hotel. There is not a single positive things that I can mention about this hotel apart from amenities around.

Room was clean. Towels and toiletries were available in room and whenever we needed more we asked reception who then got the workers to drop off to our room. Very nice staff on reception and the cleaners.

Rapport Qualité prix exceptionnel. Vous ne trouverez pas mieux ailleurs. 20 euros la nuit, a 15 minutes du Masjid, et avec des chambres propres, c'est le Top.

Aside from the staff being friendly and welcoming, they were not much of help in many things..besides, the phone, lighting and elect sockets were not working..and they seemed OK with that. The room and bathroom were too tight. The water was not hot enough. Also, there was no bath tub or a closed cabinet...so whenever you take a shower it gets messy. Distance to Haram was not too far (15 min walk), yet the road was more like a ramp..exhausting to walk it and the public transportation to haram would not drop you close enough to the destination.

Hotel Review: Al Sahaba Makkah I stayed at Al Sahaba Makkah with my family for four nights during our holy trip to Makkah. The hotel is conveniently located near Masjid Al-Haram, within walking distance, or a short taxi ride costing 5-10 SAR. The rooms were clean and spacious, with basic amenities like towels, soap, shampoo, and an electric kettle with tea sachets. The staff was polite and helpful, adding to the overall pleasant experience. However, the hot water supply stopped after the first night, and the carpets in the room could benefit from a deep cleaning. Additionally, the road in front of the hotel is under construction until Ramadan, making luggage transport slightly inconvenient. Despite minor issues, the stay was enjoyable, with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants for added convenience. Staff was good however the room was not big enough for the three beds. Very tight space between the beds and beds and walls. Washroom was tight as well, toilet seat was getting wet whenever,any one get showered. Actually this was a double room in which three single beds were placed for three people. Location was good in the sense that it took only 10 minutes to get into the Haram/ Kaaba.

Staff was good however the room was not big enough for the three beds. Very tight space between the beds and beds and walls. Washroom was tight as well, toilet seat was getting wet whenever,any one get showered. Actually this was a double room in which three single beds were placed for three people. Location was good in the sense that it took only 10 minutes to get into the Haram/ Kaaba.

Hotel is close to the haram. 15 mins walk up a hill. It is outdated and could do with renovation. Otherwise for a solo traveller it was comfortable. No problems with cleanliness. Bathroom outdated but it was clean.

Hi, I never had this type bad experience ever in my life. I can not believe that Hotels.com promote this type hotel in online. It was absolute rubbish, from beginning to end. When I came to counter and asked for my key, the guy was so rude. I believe he was Pakistani. "I said can I have my key please ". He reply me I don't understand English, you need to speak Urdu. I am a British citizen, I need to learn Urdu to stay in a Hotel. Toilet was so dirty, I can not explain. Please kindly check the pictures. 3 days nobody came to change, or even asked about anything. No Toilet tissues in the toilet. I definitely need compensation for my booking.

It was great stay for a quick 15 mins walk to the haram, day time duty staff (I forgot his name) was a local Saudi guy who was extremely helpful and even called taxi from his phone. He was really friendly!!

For the price I paid I got everything I could get. It was great for a short stay. The window was broken, the staff were very friendly and changed our room. And when we changed rooms I forgot my Apple Watch in the room, when we told the staff in short while they were able to find it and they brought it back to our room.

Staying in Makkah is all about location: one straight line 900m from Haram, and free shuttle bus across the road from hotel to haram and from haram to the doorsteps of hotel with frequent service. Hotel was clean, check in was painless, and for the money you pay its the best choice.

Staffs secretly opened the door by using the spare key thinking that the guest was not inside but I was about to change my dress as soon as he had I contact he tried to run away and my husband caught him. Complained at the reception and the admin apologised and said by mistake he did it. By mistake using spare key how come someone opens the door as long as without asking to clean they don’t clean the room. It was on purpose. The admin even begged not to share this in my review. Ha ha ha

Room was clean. Towels and toiletries were available in room and whenever we needed more we asked reception who then got the workers to drop off to our room. Very nice staff on reception and the cleaners.

La chambre est propre et calme, le personnel est attentif, et surtout, l'établissement est situé à proximité du Haram, accessible à pied (10 mnt) si le bus public est en face et gratuit

Bilik dalam keadaan baik. Cumanya berdebu je sikit. Tandas pun okay. Jarak dengan masjidil haram lebih kurang 15 min jalan kaki. Tiada shuttle disediakan. Kalah org muda yang x kisah sgt recommended tapi utk org tua tidak sebab 2 kali naik bukit ya. 😊

Better than I expected, although it is around 15/20 min walk from Al haram it was really affordable and had all the things you needed nearby. Inshallah I’ll stay here again when Allah calls me.

Staying in Makkah is all about location: one straight line 900m from Haram, and free shuttle bus across the road from hotel to haram and from haram to the doorsteps of hotel with frequent service. Hotel was clean, check in was painless, and for the money you pay its the best choice.

Es war bisschen zu weit zu Harem , aber es gab Bus vor der Tür umsonst. Mann kann aber auch Taxi für fünf Rial nehmen. Nach dem Gebet bin Fast immer zu Fuß zum Hotel gekommen. Im großen und ganzen bin mit Preis- Leistung zufrieden.

Staff was good however the room was not big enough for the three beds. Very tight space between the beds and beds and walls. Washroom was tight as well, toilet seat was getting wet whenever,any one get showered. Actually this was a double room in which three single beds were placed for three people. Location was good in the sense that it took only 10 minutes to get into the Haram/ Kaaba.

À proximité du Haram 20 min pied à pied porte 89 par exemple , Avantages : tu peux prendre taxi à 5 ryal pour se rendre au haram en 2 mn chrono pour eviter la montée.. je recommande

Plenty of shops near by for food and shopping, room Was basic (you get what you pay for) there is abit of a hill to wak to get to masjid al haram, not ideal for elderly parents, took about 20-30 min with elderly parents and cutting through anjum hotel.

The first major inconvenience is the noise from the street, I couldn't sleep during the night!!. There was not ventilator in the bathroom and when my neighbor took a shower, it feels like he is sharing the same room with me, that is to say that rooms are poorly insonorisated. The carpet was dirty. The towels were totally amortized but still in use, not appropriate for a hotel. Rooms need renovation and good administration. The hotel is at 12min from the Haram, that's the only unique advantage. I changed the hotel one day before completing my reservation period. Sorry, I can't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The only issue for me was the fridge. The room electricity was controlled by the room card key. So any time we left the room the fridge would turn off. Very difficult to keep fruit in it
