For starters, be prepared to pass it a couple of times since it's location is dangerously right after an underpass that also curves. So some people might not see that you are stopped and ready to turn into the hotel when they zoom around that corner. Be warned. No dining. No breakfast. Towels AND bed had stains on them as if they had not ever been washed. Iron your clothes before booking here if I didn't scare you yet for there is no ironing board. No lockbox to store valuables. The place seems to be a beacon for drunk people at night that no one does anything about. I did love that there were vending machines until I found out I was having stomach problems because half of the drink and food items were expired. By MONTHS. The wifi is absolutely awful slow and don't bother watching any TV because you have no channels. Wasted money on expensive TV's but they didn't install cable. Was going to drink a cup of water from the sink since none of the vending machines had any water. Do not drink from the faucet. Little white floaty things are in it and it will SHRED your stomach. I only drank it because your body naturally needs water and it was the only thing available. Never again. Air-conditioning and heater works like a charm. The hot water takes a second but when it kicks in it's awesome. The bed is surprisingly comfortable like a temperpedic bed you'll sink into it. I chose this place for my new years vacation and it was overpriced considering all of the things it was missing.

1st when you come in the manager is behind a plastic wall, back doors are open all the time, there isn’t even a hook to hang your clothes on in the room,they don’t clean the room every day. In a word Never!!!

Hotel is in disrepair. It was supposed to be newly renovated. It is not. Substandard linens and towels, thin and scratchy. Bathroom door was falling apart and had holes in it. Possible mold where tub met wall. King size platform bed wobbly and squeaked with the slightest movement. Ice machine out of order. Staff rude and discourteous to guests.

We paid $150 for this motel its not worth it at all maybe $50 a night it was dirty no elevator, hair in bath tub dirt on bathroom floor beds so uncomfortable and it was just not a very welcoming stay we left 2 hours after check-in we wouldnt have been able to slleep the longer you stay the more stuff you see that makes you want to leave.

This hotel would only be good for a one night stay to get some sleep. The rooms do not have a closet, so not good for families vacation, or long term. The entrance is dangerously off of the main road, so you have to make sure you're not coming upto it at a speed above 25mph, and you're mindful of vehicles around you. Checkin appeared to be strictly at 3pm, but a charge for early Checkin ... AND ... although Checkout is at 11am, the Cleaning was knocking at my door at 10:45am and then opened the door while I was washing up in the bathroom. There's plenty of parking on either side of the hotel, but personally, I kept checking on my car through my window, because some of the guest I saw around the hotel looked suspect. It looks like the owners tried to make the place look appealing, and the bathroom in my room had a pretty cool walkin shower, but nothing else impressed me. This is a one night, get a few hours of sleep type motel (not hotel).

The depending on where your coming from makes all the difference Turing into this hotel , I came from I-80 making a very dangerous right turn off the exit to make a difficult right into the parking lot from US-46 which you have to carefully and very suddenly make a right turn cutting into busy traffic with p honking everytime due to the very poor location of this hotel. I got to my room it only had 1 towel and literally 1 hand towel. Nothing for the floor when exiting the shower not even a wash clothes so I had to go down stairs to get one where the guy was nice but brought me 2 towel and literally one hand towel sink had to ask him for another after he had even see I wasn’t alone mind you smh. The bed was a king but it was honestly to big for the size of the room with a terrible metal bed frame that made noise. The room looked clean at 2st glance till I moved some furniture around and you can see where crumbs and things were present meaning they do a quick clean and don’t sweep behind any of the furniture notice in the pictures below.

Bedding was clean but the flimsy metal frame it day on was loosely assembled & made a banging noise every time you shifted weight. Provided internet was non functional as was the cable tv attached to the room's tv. Bath fixtures were loose & in poor shape. Bedding was good except for that bedded... no sign of bed critters. Room smelled as though cone insence was their room deodorizer when cleaning. Rest of the place smelled like weed & people. It appears to be a flop house for people receiving housing assistance.

Stayed here twice already. Amazing vending machines and concierge.

Place is on a busy highway and it’s difficult to pull into the facility without causing traffic. Whole place smells like strong detergent smell you would think it would be super clean but floors are not properly cleaned. Floors where dirty and bed cover has 3 cigarette bud burns.

Location is right off the highway which might sound great, but it's literally right off the highway which means going from 35-40mph to making a sharp turn into the parking lot. Check in was less than average where we were given one room key. There were a bunch of "no smoking" signs but I think it's more of a suggestion than an actual rule. The entire building smells like a mix of weed and cigarettes. The walls in the room were extremely dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, one bed only had one pillow, the bedsheets were not very clean looking and extremely old, the bathroom door had a hole which was covered by duck-tape, there was mold along the edges of the tub, the bathtub was filthy, the water pressure was very low to the point of water was trickling out of the head. The smell of smoke in the room was so strong that our clothes smelled like smoke even though we got to the hotel by 1130PM and checked out by 9 the next morning. Overall terrible experience

Found a roach in my bathroom, 2 out of 3 pillows were dirty, condition of the bathroom was also filthy

Rooms was dirty. Cigarette Burns in the sheets heater vents dirty toilet not boated all the way down mode around the showers. Room smelt like smoke. Worse hotel I ever stated I will never go back I really want my money back

There were pubic hairs left in the shower, red stains in the towels, and the floors were filthy.

I don’t leave 1 star reviews but this place is a hazard to public safety, I have a duty to warn people 😂 Entire place absolutely reeks, bugs and hair in the bed, walls are genuinely just filthy with all manner of unidentified stains. Bathroom was even worse, literal piles of dirt and bugs in the corners, lots of stains in the tub. Everything is filthy, moist, and smells horrible. Very noisy. Was unable to stay even one night. Met some roaches and rats who were on their way out, warned me it was unfit to stay there 😂

The bed sheets had stains from the previous guests. House keeping did not bother to change the sheets. I had to call for clean sheets and change them myself. I will never stay i. that place again nor would I recommend anyone to stay there.

This property has potential to be real good. The bathroom had a funny smell, shower was pretty good. The bed was not comfortable at all and pillows were flat. Definitely needs an upgrade.

Metal Beds uncomfortable, matress was so thin I fry the metal in my back. I felt like I was in the hospital in 1980. Never again, don’t recommend.

the check in was great, room was clean, just the edges of the tub were dirty. but what bothered me the most was how noisy it was, I was in second floor by the loby and you could here people talking with the staff all night until like 2 or 3 am and early in the morning, none stop.

Too close to major highway, loud if staying toward front of hotel, pillows are so small and mushy you would have to put 10 together to make a decent pair of pillows, the bed creeked very loudly every time you move- NO USB PORTS to charge a cell phone or device. Asked for more pillows-never got them.

Refrigerator was very loud constantly. No carpet anywhere so noise carries from outside room. I was also told by police that this hotel is known criminal area (i was pulled over after leaving).

The shower didn’t have a door it was very uncomfortable the bed you couldn’t even breathe cause it would make a sound right away so tha was a 0 star for me!! I like the it had a smart tv and you can watch you tube and your Netflix.

The staff was nice and polite and it was an easy check in process. However the room was a different story. Not only was our room dirty and had previous customers trash there, it was clear all the cleaning staff did was change the sheets/all linen and did nothing else but maybe wipe with a Lysol wipe. The room had gunk and hair on the floors, the bathroom had no shower curtain and the water pressure was terrible. Because of no shower curtain the water just how everywhere and soaked the place. The bathroom has hair on the floor and rust on the pipes. The fridge had the previous customers WENDYS CUP INSIDE. No one even looked in the fridge to clean it. The walls of the bathroom had handprint and the walls in the bedroom was dirty and had stains. But my main things was the floor and shower. The floor was so bad I didn’t take off my shoes. Overall I don’t think it’s the owner fault. He was very nice and polite the whole time and where he was it was spotless and clean. However the cleaning people don’t seem to care at all. I suggest he really crack down and do room checks to be sure they are doing there job at all. It would be a great property with potential with the cleaning staff just did they JOB!

This was the WORST place to stay, I came into town for a wedding. Beds were broken and loud. The beds were very uncomfortable. The hotel is not remodeled. The front desk clerk said I had to wait until the next day to speak to a manager. I was switched the next day to another room and there was no power in the bathroom. The second room was no better. I was stuck there due to last minute reservations were too high and also very far from the wedding venue. The front desk staff as the gentleman stated he was not the manager said if I had an attitude I could just go somewhere else. Horrible experience Do not book this hotel.

None attentive staff, TV not working.

The light in the bathroom was broken. No light in the bathroom. They then changed my room but the blankets had holes in them, the A/C smelled like burning coils and then when I brought it up to them, they advised for me to leave and receive a full refund but wasnt willing to compensate for dealing with the problems for the past 2 hrs. Only one person on duty and it was above and beyond inconvenient. I travel for work and was tired so I didnt want to leave because it was already late.

It was quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The facility, upkeep, and cleanliness was fair to good. The main drawback is that it is difficult to arrive at the property as the entrance driveway can only be accessed from one roadway coming from one direction on a highway. The nearby roadways and traffic restrictions make it difficult to re-enter the property after going out (as the maze of off-ramps immediately in front of the property does not allow simple U-turns).

Sign on highway reads, Recently Renovated, but bathroom was in need of serious repair. Room floor had food crumbs, hair, debris. A used crack pipe wedged in cushion of chair. Hallways had heavy marijuana smell. No in room amenities, no coffee in lobby.

The fire alarm kept ringing. As people were smoking in their rooms and they say its a smoke free property. No towels or breakfast offered as shown on their website. False advertising

It’s a nice place but they need to mop the floors with soap and water other than that it’s okay. Also there is no coffee or breakfast of any kind
