Staff was very nice! The property needed a little TLC. It’s not horrible but I’m not sure I would choose that hotel again with all the other options surrounding this area. The back door which was near our room wouldn’t latch. So anyone could come in the hotel at night. I didn’t like that as I saw a young man leave through that door as I pulled up at 9pm and he went through the bushes to leave the property. Also my suite had 4 beds that were so low to the floor it was difficult to get out of them! Thought that was strange!

The air conditioning fan was located in the bedroom. Unfortunately, it was so loud that I could not even sleep with my head covered. It was like being on a jet all night. I don't know if all the rooms are like that, but I do not plan on sleeping here again.

The room was spacious and had tons of storage and seating options. We really appreciated the table and kitchen. The bed was supportive and just the right amount of firm. The inclusion of a tv with a mount that rotated so you could turn the tv to face whichever part of the room you were using was awesome and something I haven’t seen in any other hotel yet.

I thought I had stayed in this Residence Inn before but apparently not because I was blown away by the room! Very spacious and with all needed amenities for a long term stay. Staff was very accommodating and breakfast was good. And you are adjacent to the Gulf Coast center and can go out to eat or get a quick delivery from PF Chang’s and others.

I got a 2 Suite bedroom at ground floor. But it was for disabilities, so the bathroom got “flooded” sometimes. The beds were not good - too soft and looked like they need to change the mattress. The WiFi signal and speed was terrible - do not recommend if you need to work.

First time staying here and I must say…I will be back. Convenient to freeway access, airport and very walkable to good restaurants and services. There is a Starbucks inside and the people there were all very nice. Rooms are super comfortable and clean.

The only thing I would suggest they upgrade are their mattresses. Other than that this hotel would have received five stars all the way. I will definitely stay here again when coming to Fort Myers.

When we arrived in our room, the tv wasn’t working, not their fault just technology. They worked to try and fix it, the GM stayed late, when they couldn’t fix it they moved us rooms and gave us a discount. Absolutely above and beyond what they are required to do.

First time staying here and I must say…I will be back. Convenient to freeway access, airport and very walkable to good restaurants and services. There is a Starbucks inside and the people there were all very nice. Rooms are super comfortable and clean.

Large, well-designed room that was spotlessly clean and kept up very nicely. We like the extremely convenient location but by far the best thing about the stay was the staff, especially Cris, the manager, and Ana, who worked at the front desk. They were extremely helpful and always friendly and made a good experience great.

The staff and hotel was absolutely top notch. It made our visit the best we could of ever imagined. The staff was very friendly. The food was definitely delicious. We will definitely come back and tell our friends.

I thought I had stayed in this Residence Inn before but apparently not because I was blown away by the room! Very spacious and with all needed amenities for a long term stay. Staff was very accommodating and breakfast was good. And you are adjacent to the Gulf Coast center and can go out to eat or get a quick delivery from PF Chang’s and others.

Nice place, clean and staff are professional. The room is clean spacious, the kitchen was a plus. The only down side is that there’s NO light above the kitchen. I originally plan to cook our meals but you’ll need a head light or some kind of light to be able to see your cooking.
