I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The travel service is great and their communication is excellent. The gym was really nice too...My only compliant is there is a bit of a musty smell on the 4th floor but other than that it's great.

A very enjoyable stay. The room was comfortable and the hotel location was good only a few minutes by tuk tuk to the Palace. Food was excellent and good value although the drinks were a bit pricey and only had kingfisher in small bottles (need to offer 650ml).Nice pool area although sunbeds are limited usually managed to get one OK. Staff were excellent, couldn't do enough for you, although due to "cultural" differences there were sometimes misunderstandings.

Really amazing. Four days of comfort (great beds and rooms) , had business room with Mountain View and longe access. Worth paying extra. Great breakfast, amazing staff throughout, room, lounge, breakfast, gym, taxi service to Bandipur, sauna, travel desk etc. Don’t know how they can offer this service and quality at such a good price. Far exceeded expectations. Pool area lovely but only downside is hotel is surrounded by busy roads so headphones helped to relax! Highly recommend and I don’t say this often!

The hotel is a great go to place for my stay needs. It has pretty much everything I need. Location is great, the amenities are great. The view from some of the rooms are also great. Business class rooms have a separate lounge area for meals etc. The best part are some of the staff members. They make it very pleasant for you. This is the main reason I return time and time again. This time around I need t highlight a gentleman by the name of Melvin. He was taking care of us at the business class rooms on level 4.

The hotel is a great go to place for my stay needs. It has pretty much everything I need. Location is great, the amenities are great. The view from some of the rooms are also great. Business class rooms have a separate lounge area for meals etc. The best part are some of the staff members. They make it very pleasant for you. This is the main reason I return time and time again. This time around I need t highlight a gentleman by the name of Melvin. He was taking care of us at the business class rooms on level 4.

The Radisson Blu in Mysore is outstanding in many ways. The staff, the facilities, amenities and the service are all first class. I really enjoyed soaking in a little afternoon sunshine and then cooling off in the swimming pool. The workout room is well equipped. The 4th floor lounge offered great coffee and snacks in an inviting atmosphere with views of the Chamundi Hills. The Mysouth restaurant was truly outstanding with an array of delightful South Indian dishes set in an authentic South Indian ambience and delivered with great service.

The Radisson Blu in Mysore is outstanding in many ways. The staff, the facilities, amenities and the service are all first class. Been staying at this property for few years, however lately it’s showing signs of aging with no maintenance. Given the location and lack of any alternatives, this is still our preferred choice. Would have been great if hygiene - flies all over the dining area - is improved and property maintained.

Check-in staff not great. They don’t respect people waiting in the line. They just take the ones walking up to them directly. However Staff in food area was very nice. Also, outdoor breakfast area had crazy amount of flies and crows eating leftovers out of plates. That is really disgusting given the amount of money we pay for the rooms in the hotel.

The stay was very unpleasant and the room had not been dusted at all. Water was leaking from the tap as well as the shower drain area which made the bathroom wet. Entire staff was super busy but no attempt was made to address our concerns. Exorbitantly priced and completely no value for money. Would never recommend this property to anyone. Much better to book a home stay or small hotel which offers personalized service at much better cost. The booking made via Expedia showed different conditions to what the front desk office at the hotel said. It was very confusing. Would not stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights at the Radisson Blu in Mysore and our stay was excellent. Service was great and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Room was spacious and we had an excellent view of the city. Pity there was no balcony to get some fresh air. Attention to detail by cleaning staff could have been a little better. They missed placing face towels and refilling coffee / tea sachets on a couple of occasions and we had to call house service. I wish the hotel placed real milk in the bar fridge to help us make Tea / Coffee. The quality of Coffee and Creamer sachets was poor. Other than those two minor issues everything else was near perfect.

Spent one night here. Room was lovely, clean and spacious. Small word of warning - the AC is not strong enough to truly cool. In 5 hrs the temperature dropped 1c and never reached desired temperature. Would still recommend this hotel

Staff was polite and approachable. Enjoyed the stay. Would definitely recommend to others. But i think the management needs some minor improvements. For example as a guest i have the right of infirmation about extra charges that are clearly written or explained before checkin. A small piece of paper or information slip with all details clearly mentioned would be helpful. We got the extra cot only after i called the service at 11pm. I had however paid for the cot at the time of checkin. A little bit more customized service according to the guests need would be appreciated. We dont mind paying extra but there is a communication gap when explaining it to the guests.

Check in Person Koushik was clueless as to how to greet a guest after repeated requests he denied . If the start of the trip has a negative impact the rest also goes in similar aspect . Pls keep educated and knowledgeable staff at front desk open to understanding .

Check-in staff not great. They don’t respect people waiting in the line. They just take the ones walking up to them directly. However Staff in food area was very nice. Also, outdoor breakfast area had crazy amount of flies and crows eating leftovers out of plates. That is really disgusting given the amount of money we pay for the rooms in the hotel.

Really amazing. Four days of comfort (great beds and rooms) , had business room with Mountain View and longe access. Worth paying extra. Great breakfast, amazing staff throughout, room, lounge, breakfast, gym, taxi service to Bandipur, sauna, travel desk etc. Don’t know how they can offer this service and quality at such a good price. Far exceeded expectations. Pool area lovely but only downside is hotel is surrounded by busy roads so headphones helped to relax! Highly recommend and I don’t say this often!

Stayed for 3 nights at the property. Had an amazing experience from the moment I checked in to my checkout. Property was well maintained and the service provided was really good. Also the food at both restaurants were great. A big shout out to the breakfast buffet with the extensive options. Another plus point is the location of the hotel and how close it’s to all tourist destinations. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely visit again.

This was Dasara time and some dignitaries were staying in the hotel which meant lot of police around and a hassle for parking, pickup and drop at the hotel. Otherwise we always have great time at this hotel and are regulars.

We had a good time during our recent stay for a day trip to Mysore. The hotel staff is quite accommodating and the facilities are nice. Recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a quiet space in the middle of the city.

A very enjoyable stay. The room was comfortable and the hotel location was good only a few minutes by tuk tuk to the Palace. Food was excellent and good value although the drinks were a bit pricey and only had kingfisher in small bottles (need to offer 650ml).Nice pool area although sunbeds are limited usually managed to get one OK. Staff were excellent, couldn't do enough for you, although due to "cultural" differences there were sometimes misunderstandings.

My room had multiple issues such as bathroom faucets not working properly, telephone not working. Breakfast in the only hotel restaurant was cery disappointing. According to the hotel staff 250 people were crammed into a space that could only accommodate 150 people. Breakfast quality and variety was not good.

The Radisson Blu in Mysore is outstanding in many ways. The staff, the facilities, amenities and the service are all first class. I really enjoyed soaking in a little afternoon sunshine and then cooling off in the swimming pool. The workout room is well equipped. The 4th floor lounge offered great coffee and snacks in an inviting atmosphere with views of the Chamundi Hills. The Mysouth restaurant was truly outstanding with an array of delightful South Indian dishes set in an authentic South Indian ambience and delivered with great service.

The Radisson Blu in Mysore is outstanding in many ways. The staff, the facilities, amenities and the service are all first class. From reception and restaurant service to room service and amenities, our experience was mixed. In the restaurant, Mr. Manglem and Mr. Ravikiran provided brilliant customer service and genuinely tried their best to learn from team mistakes. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet 5-star standards. The in-room amenities were limited to toothbrushes and a shaving kit — there were no toiletry bags or vanity kits. The shower also flooded, causing water to spill outside the shower area. The bellboy and security team were excellent. Our room was upgraded due to a lack of communication within the team. However, when we tried to use the happy hour service, we were told it was not included and that the upgrade applied only to the room. This again showed poor communication and was quite an embarrassing experience for us. Compared to Radisson Blu hotels in other cities, the Mysore property needs to improve its performance, customer service, quality, attention to detail, and staff training to provide prompt service to guests. Even the reception restrooms lacked basic essentials such as toilet paper and hand towels. Overall, we are very disappointed with Radisson Blu Mysore. We wish the hotel all the best for the future. Thank you to the staff members who made us feel valued as guests. Special recognition should go to Mr. Manglem, Mr. Ravikiran, and the restaurant team from hotel management.
