Lovely property very close to harbor but far enough away to be quiet. The room was comfortable and we had the ocean view version with a great view. Staff very nice and helpful.

Great location far enough away from Mirissa. Peaceful and welcoming staff. Difficult to find a spot to swim in the ocean but possible to take a dip. Hotel pool wasn’t cleaned early enough for us to swim one morning (not open until after 8). Sri Lankan brekkie available as well as eggs and Gandon’s style, serving sizes were very generous.

Flott, rolig og rent hotell med blide og serviceinstilte ansatte. Vi hadde 6 flotte og avslappende døgn her. Tuktuk utenfor hotellet var alltid klar for å kjøre oss dit vi ville.

Absolutely one of the best beach Villa locations we’ve ever stayed at. The hotel is beautiful, clean, in the perfect location and has wonderful staff. They cater to your every need. Breakfast on the beach side is wonderful. The beach itself is so secluded, but yet you can walk along to the left and right to see the stunning views. The rooms are large and extremely comfortable with wonderful bedding. We stayed in the ocean signature suite, which has a large balcony overlooking the ocean and the pool. So convenient to get to Marissa Beach or to Matara or in fact anywhere in a Tuk Tuk. We even took one to Galle Fort which was a fabulous experience. One of the hotel staff hooked us up with a Tuk Tuk Driver to figure out his daily rate. My only issue was that the hotel tried to change the cost of the taxi ride back to the airport which we had already arranged in advance. We also asked for a return taxi to a wedding 3 miles away and were quoted $50 which was obviously ridiculous. Just a little disappointing. Overall would highly recommend.
