This was an okay hotel. The common areas definitely need updating (pool, lounge chairs, barstools, pool gates). Things just seem a little run down. The restaurant is really just a small, indoor bar area with a few small tables. The bartender is also the waiter/room service person, which makes it feel a little understaffed when you need one of those amenities. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. It had a mid-size kitchen with a full-size fridge, microwave, toaster and keurig (which I noticed the water reservoir was not clean so I didn’t use it). We were downstairs and you are able to hear the squeaking floor if you have someone staying upstairs. It wasn’t awful, and they were not night owls, thankfully, but I did ask for an upstairs room for this reason and was assured it was not an issue. My daughters used the sofa bed and although the mattress was 3 inches thick, they said they slept okay. The bed in the bedroom seemed newer, however I did not find it comfortable. It was very bouncy and you could hear metal squeaking when moving around. The pools were very basic. We spent one day at the quieter pool, the water temperature was perfect, plenty of open loungers. There was iced water and towels available. The pool by the bar was busier, but we didn’t spend time there. The location was not bad. I had hoped we could walk to downtown but it wasn’t close enough to do that comfortably in the heat or later at night. We ubered easily enough for about $10 each way. Great staff!

This hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade and remodel. The jacuzzi wasn't working and was a really weird green color (this also was not disclosed when booking, so the staff did comp out the pet fee). The room itself was for handicapped people, which is fine, except for the fact that every time we showered, water got all over the floor and completely soaked anything in the vicinity. Whoever did the floor did not slope it correctly. Instead of things being fixed (scrapes, holes, etc.) they were sloppily patched. I would expect this at a 2-3 star hotel, not an Autogtaph hotel, which is supposed to be more upscale. The pool was not heated. The only option for parking is valet, which will cost $27 a day plus a tip each time they bring your car. There are no self-park options, even though on the website, it says that there are, so that was an unexpected cost. The food left a lot to be desired, as did the drinks. Overall, the staff was very nice and helpful, but because the facilities are not very clean (and jacuzzi not working), as well as a subpar room, I would not stay here again.

Rooms looked great in pictures, but not so good in person. The hot tub was closed entire trip which was very disappointing. The staff was friendly and location was great but for the price we expected more.

I’ve stayed here two times. Both have been wonderful. This is a romantic, boutique style hotel with great service. The valet and front desk were great. Rooms are new and clean. The pools and ambience are great. You can really take the desert in and relax among the palm trees and beautiful architecture. The pools provide great views of the mountains and you can hear very pleasant music playing in the background. 10/10 for me. I’ll be back again soon. Thank you for a romantic getaway!

I was blown away by the hospitality, all the employees were very friendly and professional. This way that we had was spacious bright, and very clean. The location of the property was perfect. My family and I really enjoyed staying in this gorgeous property. The only thing that I would suggest is to repair a few areas at the pool ,there were a few cracks and perhaps add some sort of overhang at the pool area so there’s a shaded area. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay, and we are definitely coming. Thank you

The staff are the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. We were always greeted with a friendly hello or welcome back when we arrived at the property. Our room was large with all the necessary amenities. Our only complaint was with the bathroom. The door would not close without a substantial push. The top portion of the door sticks. The shower head needs to be replaced. Water flow was not up to standard for a hotel of this level.

The property is lovely and I understand it is an older, remodeled property so its not perfect. Our room was lovely. The vibe is great, the service is great. We were fortunate to have double doors to a patio. The door frame was broken and didn't quite close all the way. It locked but the door jamb was barely on the door. The area felt safe and I loved the patio. The kitchen is great but has extremely limited dishware/cookware so be prepared if you are planning on serious cooking. Huge fridge and the plan is to eat outside, no indoor table, not even a small side table. The shower. Again, I understand the uniqueness of the property but if you really like your showers.. then this isn't your place. It took approx. 10 minutes of running the shower to get hot water? And the water needs to be turned on while you are in the shower so, its either really messy or really cold. Keep in mind that rooms are likely not all the same. Some may have great showers? The property was very quiet and peaceful. The bedding is great, except for the pillows that need replacing badly. I drove to Target to get a new pillow. With all that said, it really is a lovely space. You don't need to valet, you can park down the block easily.

The pools and ambience are great. You can really take the desert in and relax among the palm trees and beautiful architecture. The pools provide great views of the mountains and you can hear very pleasant music playing in the background. 10/10 for me. I’ll be back again soon. Thank you for a romantic getaway!

This was an okay hotel. The common areas definitely need updating (pool, lounge chairs, barstools, pool gates). Things just seem a little run down. The restaurant is really just a small, indoor bar area with a few small tables. The bartender is also the waiter/room service person, which makes it feel a little understaffed when you need one of those amenities. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. It had a mid-size kitchen with a full-size fridge, microwave, toaster and keurig (which I noticed the water reservoir was not clean so I didn’t use it). We were downstairs and you are able to hear the squeaking floor if you have someone staying upstairs. It wasn’t awful, and they were not night owls, thankfully, but I did ask for an upstairs room for this reason and was assured it was not an issue. My daughters used the sofa bed and although the mattress was 3 inches thick, they said they slept okay. The bed in the bedroom seemed newer, however I did not find it comfortable. It was very bouncy and you could hear metal squeaking when moving around. The pools were very basic. We spent one day at the quieter pool, the water temperature was perfect, plenty of open loungers. There was iced water and towels available. The pool by the bar was busier, but we didn’t spend time there. The location was not bad. I had hoped we could walk to downtown but it wasn’t close enough to do that comfortably in the heat or later at night. We ubered easily enough for about $10 each way. Great staff!

Everyone from Danielle to Ricardo to the valet made our stay at Triada memorable. We only had one night there..much to our dismay! The room was large and it was so very convenient having a full kitchen available to us. We loved the balcony and the beds were super comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely Spanish style boutique hotel. Romantic and very close to heart of downtown Palm Springs. On site restaurant has great selection of food and drink offerings, that do taste great. This was our second stay at this hotel and the recent updates, especially with their AC, are still just as unique and comfortable for a relaxing stay.

Beautiful Spanish style hotel very comfortable and quiet. Staff and valet were fast and efficient. Loved having the coffee machine in room stocked with Kurig coffee and tea pods, air conditioning and ceiling fan worked great! Would go back again!

I was blown away by the hospitality, all the employees were very friendly and professional. This way that we had was spacious bright, and very clean. The location of the property was perfect. My family and I really enjoyed staying in this gorgeous property. The only thing that I would suggest is to repair a few areas at the pool ,there were a few cracks and perhaps add some sort of overhang at the pool area so there’s a shaded area. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay, and we are definitely coming. Thank you

I have stayed here many times before and all my stays have been pleasant until my last one. I understand that all guests are there to enjoy themselves but the guests on top of us were very noisy. It sounded like they had a toddler possibly and was running around for hours and hours at a time to the point where it got very annoying. We ended up leaving our room to get away from the pounding noise. We were there for 2 days and this happened both days. Called the front desk and was told that all guests are there to enjoy themselves and that a call to them was all that can be done. There was no follow up or resolution to the situation. I honestly do not know if we we’ll be returning which makes me sad because we really love this place.

Very beautiful property. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I’d suggest better communication between Expedia and the hotel to ensure the reservation details are communicated properly. The staff made up for the lack of communication by comping our meal which was very nice.

This hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade and remodel. The jacuzzi wasn't working and was a really weird green color (this also was not disclosed when booking, so the staff did comp out the pet fee). The room itself was for handicapped people, which is fine, except for the fact that every time we showered, water got all over the floor and completely soaked anything in the vicinity. Whoever did the floor did not slope it correctly. Instead of things being fixed (scrapes, holes, etc.) they were sloppily patched. I would expect this at a 2-3 star hotel, not an Autogtaph hotel, which is supposed to be more upscale. The pool was not heated. The only option for parking is valet, which will cost $27 a day plus a tip each time they bring your car. There are no self-park options, even though on the website, it says that there are, so that was an unexpected cost. The food left a lot to be desired, as did the drinks. My family and I booked 6-8 rooms at the Triada Palm Springs this past weekend to celebrate my mom's birthday. While the resort itself is cozy and the general staff was absolutely wonderful and kind, our entire trip was ruined by an employee, who was incredibly rude, condescending, and unprofessional. On our second day, came to the pool area and threatened to kick us out, shut the pool down, and call the police, claiming we were "taking over" the pool and leaving a mess. We had about 12 kids under 13 with us, so while there was normal pool noise, we constantly monitored them. Furthermore, we were incredibly mindful of our trash—the night before, a staff member actually stopped us to thank us because they were so surprised by how clean we left the area. When we asked to speak to a manager because of the aggressive tone she was using, she defensively claimed she was the "only manager" there. We later found out that the General Manager is someone else. To have an employee lie about her position, refuse to let us speak to management, and jump straight to threatening paying guests with the police is completely unacceptable. It made us feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome for the rest of our stay. Beware of booking here if you have a family; the frontline staff is great, but that employee's behavior was shocking.

The suite we got needed some upgrades. Have stayed here many times over the years and I love that is walking distance to downtown. Room had some ants too.
