Excellent location, helpful caring staff. Little rough around the edges but you can't beat the price. Definitely will return.

My room was politely upgraded. Fridge didn’t work and it felt like there was an attempt to double charge me that I caught which prompted the room upgrade. I could be wrong because I didn’t ask further questions about it though. Just remain vigilant as we all should while traveling around and you will be okay. Good location for food and close to the ocean. The balcony was nice, thank you for the upgrade.

Very Friendly and Cooperative, Speciallay at the Reception , lady Trang was very engaged , She do a nice Job for the Hotel and very helpfull for the Guests as well

No frills as quoted. Beds were really comfy. Nice balcony but no furniture on it. Bathroom needed work, loose tiles no shower curtain and had to hold shower hose. But good price nice staff and tasty omelette with fresh Bread roll , coffee and fruit for breakfast. Phi next door made lovely food and did laundry for 30k per k. Near to beach and short drive to port for Cham island or taxi to old quarter.
