Charged me 2x for same stay For stuck in the elevator No hot water to shower I wouldn’t recommend I was supposed to get a call and adjustment due to these situations, and no one followed up nor did i receive any compensation.

Friendly staff, clean room, Free EV chargers and walkable dining.

The carpet in our room smells and we found dry fries on the floor. There is no fan / air circulation in the bathroom. The breakfast set up is poor & crowded, only have 1 Toaster, out of apple juice, yogurts, cream cheese, etc, even at early morning (8:00 am) the swimming pool area is very dirty & smelly, lack of the air circulation, a lot of dirt at the bottom of the pool.

Everything is good. breakfast is yummy. pool is moldy.

Appreciated the proximity to the Ocean City boardwalk. My daughter liked the pool, but cut her foot and hand on the rough bottom.

Breakfast was good, and the staff was nice. The fitness center is small, does not have towels, and has no drinking water.

We booked this hotel because it advertised rollaway beds and I even confirmed with the front desk prior to arrival that one was noted on our reservation. When we checked in, I was told the hotel doesn’t have rollaways at all and was advised to “make a bed on the floor.” With four kids, this was impossible and unacceptable. We had to waste our first evening (and extra money) buying an air mattress from Walmart just to have enough sleeping space. The sofa pullout mattress was also in terrible condition—springs with no padding—and no bedding was provided until we requested it. The issues didn’t stop there. The indoor pool water was so cloudy and against my better judgement I let the kids give it a try - one got a rash from our first few minute dip and we never returned. The wall mounted toiletries in our room were empty, and only four towels were provided for a six-person booking. At breakfast, when I asked about ingredients due to my child’s food allergies, staff dismissively said they didn’t know and couldn’t provide any information. On top of that, multiple nights we found the side door propped open, which felt unsafe. This was one of the most stressful and disappointing hotel stays we’ve ever had. Between misinformation and poor amenities/information shared, I cannot recommend this property and will not return.

We got there Friday evening, where I found I had to go to the 3rd floor for ice and only one of the two elevators works. Had to wait for it to go up and then have to wait for it to come back down. The carpet in the room has a corner coming up that may trip someone.

The room had stains on the carpet and the couch. There was garbage in the sofa when I pulled it out to make a bed. The garbage included pill packages. The bathroom had mold an mildew all through it. In the dining area the chairs were worn and falling apart. The pool area smelled like mildew. I was very disappointed in this hotel.

Very friendly staff, good location, the cleaning staff did a wonderful job but the rooms smelled like they had some mold and could use a remodel. The breakfast was much more than I was expecting, it was a full breakfast spread. For the value it was worth it for a short stay.

The facilities at this property were sub-par -- particularly the air conditioning/dehumidification system. Our rug was damp, it was so wet in our room, which smelled of mold. The air conditioning in the dining room in the morning was BLASTING. The room was freezing and simultaneously wet. The breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful, getting me a dehumidifier for my moldy room. The pullout couch bed was an absolute joke --filled with springs. Nobody could sleep on that. I did not get my money's worth at this property.

Shower doors were dirty and there was mold and pinkish scum in the shower.

The bathroom tank lid was crack, hair was inside the shower, refrigerator needed to be defrosted therefore the door would not close and I not sure if the room was vacuumed, my white socks had hair and dirt.

Food options were good and we appreciated the 24/7 coffee station. It’s within driving distance to the Ocean City attractions. Our room had a very strong musty smell and hotel management didn’t change our room. They came to spray some air freshener instead. Window was missing one blackout curtain so we had to concoct a way to cover it. At the bottom of the one curtain there was gunk. Basic cleaning standards were subpar for this type of hotel. Probably wouldn’t come back again.

Badly in need of cleaning. Rooms were dirty linen not changed dirty linen with hair all over the bed, the dirty bathroom was not cleaned at all, the carpet was full of dirt, and food crumbs table had stains and breakfast was basic with old bread. I complained to reception on checking in and the receptionist tried her best to find us a clean room but all were dirty. it was a horrible experience.

The hallway carpets are disgustingly filthy

When I first got there it took about 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to help me. Then got to my room and it was filthy. Trash still on the floor from the last people who stayed there, looked like the room wasn't swept at all, stains on mattress, stains on all furniture. The only room that was clean was the bathroom. I went down to the front desk and asked for a new room or for the room to be cleaned. They did give a new room, but it was maybe one star better than the last. It at least was vacuumed. Definitely not staying here again.

The smell inside the room was that of old urine. The carpet needs to be changed. I would not stay at this property again unless a remodel has been done.

Internet ( Wifi)is very substandard

Very clean, spacious room. Free breakfast has something for everyone. Grat location too - only a 15-20 minute drive to Assateague Island, and convenient to Ocean City. Super friendly stafd, I'm looking forward to a return visit later this year.

Staff was wonderful, room was clean enough, breakfast was fine, great for our purpose of crashing in during Oceans Calling. Walls were very thin so there was noise but that doesn’t really bother us.

The bed was comfortable, the room seemed clean. The bathroom was a little shabby. The fridge rattled all night and the air conditioner was noisy. The people, very nice.

Got to the hotel pretty late at night, but there was still someone working the drint desk at the front desk. Didnt have to ring a bell or wait for someone to come out of the back. Hotel was very clean and smelled good. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean as well. My only wish is that the shower had a handheld shower head. Would definitely stay here again. The room had a microwave and small fridge, but wasnt listed on the room details. A very nice bonus.

All furnishings in room were very worn. Tub and toilet seat were in poor shape. Bed base and headboard were in rough shape. Dirt in all corners in bathroom. Carpet was badly in need of cleaning. Air conditioner was loud and made odd sounds. Other guests were very loud late into the night.

The hotel was fine, the internet wasn’t up to expectations. I had attempted a zoom meeting in the evening. I didn’t have a zoom meeting due to poor internet connectivity. More importantly, the hotel wasn’t busy at all. For a place to stay that’s centered around and near things, it’s nice. Just don’t expect a reliable internet connection.

The people that work here are very pleasant and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was definitely not the star of the show but that’s ok. Our only complaint is that the people on the floor above us sucked at life and were making a lot of noise till nearly midnight and we had to address this both nights they were there.

The noise issue occurred the night of our stay. The property was apparently hosting the families participating in a young ladies cheer competition. Unfortunately, the rooms above us sounded like they were jumping, landing, and falling through the floor, well past midnight. My wife attempted to discuss this with the front desk upon check out and was told “you should ask for rooms on the top floor” so it would not be an issue. I did not believe that front desk staff person made that comment to my wife with a straight face, however they did. There was no attempt to even fake a level of concern, only that we should apparently know the property occupancy and who would be in the building with to request the top floor. This is after we had contact with the front desk staff the night we stayed to only be told that after 10 PM was quiet time and yet well after midnight, the behavior went unchanged and apparently unaddressed.

The staff was was super friendly and very helpful with assisting me in extending my stay for the "Reach the Beach" Cheer Championships!

Well got to the hotel had to wait 10 minutes for front desk clerk to appear.. He was working without any help.. Got to the room and hotel phone did not work so had to run back and forth down stairs when needed assistance.

There was one person at the front desk that was extremely rude. Only 2 towels were in the room and we needed 3. I went to the front desk to ask for towels for the pool since there were none in the pool area. I was told I would have to go to my room and bring down towels to exchange them. This was after housekeeping didn’t come and bring new towels on Day 2. I witnessed her give the person before me 4 new towels and washcloths. I then mentioned that i needed an additional towel for the 3rd person in my party. I was told she had to see because they were running low. I will not be staying at a hotel that makes me feel like giving me towel for all the people I paid for is a burden. I even called customer service and the problem was not rectified. Very disappointed!

The guy in the front desk gave us the wrong room. So we settled in and went out but when we got back we couldn’t get in so we had to go back downstairs and get a new room and resign paperwork and I find numerous charges on my credit card. I’m not happy about this mistake which was avoidable if he would of looked at the id I gave him and spelled my name correctly

Staff was very helpful. Shelly at front desk always had answers. There was a gentlemen on duty at night that was also helpful. I was there with my adult daughter & grandson to visit my grand daughter who is a Ranger at Assetaegue. The hotel was very convenient to the Park.

Could be a lot cleaner. First room checked into refrig did not work but staff quickly accommodated room change. Sheets on bed were clean but overall room and hotel could use a deep clean. Breakfast was good.

Hotel is convenient to Ocean City board walk, room was very quiet. Staff was very friendly and free breakfast every morning. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

What I liked about my stay is that it was very simple and easy to get booked into my room. I also liked that the area was very accessible and walkable for nearby events with the Park n Ride just nearby.

Close enough for a 5 min drive to everything. Not in heavy traffic area.

Comfortable stay visiting Ocean City. The location is central with access to the beaches and local attractions.

The hotel is very conveniently located to the boardwalk. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet. so you don't have to deal with the crowds you normally would at other hotels on boardwalk. The only issue we had with the hotel was the room TV not working and the room key continued to not work. But both issues were quickly corrected by the staff. The breakfast is very simple, but sufficient. The only thing is there needs to be variety, instead of serving the same every morning.

We spent one night at this motel and found it to be clean and comfortable. Our only somewhat negative comment is that we went to their breakfast and most of the food was gone even though we were quite prompt in getting there.

This is a comfortable hotel, clean rooms, very comfy beds, a really good breakfast, friendly staff, convenient location.

We stayed there for a cheer competition and everything went smoothly. Nice rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff, quiet. Near all of the stores. Would recommend and come back!

We welcomed in the New Year in OCMD. Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in West Ocean City was wonderful. The staff was warm and welcoming from the time we arrived to all of our encounters during our stay - they even offered complimentary cookies when we checked in. The room was clean and well stocked. The free buffet breakfast was amazing - offering things like: eggs, sausage, country gravy, biscuits, cinnamon rolls, muffins, pancakes, cereal, fruit, yogurt, coffee and more. It was one of the best “free breakfasts” we’ve had at a hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and an abundance of places to eat and only a short drive to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. (Our only negative comment would be that it is a “smoke-free” building, yet guests around us were constantly vaping in their room and that’s all we could smell in the halls and the elevator.)
