Hilton Garden Inn Akron

The staff and facilities were amazing!

Cleanliness of our room and the facility was excellent.

My only complaint is that the bartender and waitress seemed to be quite distracted by their own personal conversations. It was very noticeable. Attentiveness to diners was horrible. I sat at the bar 5 minutes while the bartender conversed with friends and co workers, prior to even being acknowledged. At one point I thought she was inebriated. They were talking well enough to be heard. I was shocked. The breakfast and check in staff were attentive, helpful and excellent overall.

Check in/out was easy and the location was perfect for us as we were within walking distance of the Goodyear Theater.

Room was very clean. The front desk lady was absolutely, the best.
