The property is within the perimeters of St George Hospital so was relatively easy to find from the underground station of Tooting Broadway. Facilities are basic for a hotel i.e. no breakfast provision although they did have vending machines and a small 'bar area' situated offset from the reception. We stayed in the ground floor 'suite' room which consisted of a lounge/kitchenette and separate double bedroom with an outside patio area which was ok - no outside table or chairs provided! Room itself was adequate - without the addition of the lounge area it would have seemed exceptionally small. Toilet/shower area was tiny. I feel the room would benefit from a decorative make over - it was very tired with soiled and stained carpet and chipped furniture giving it a very unloved feel. The hotel is in a convenient position in Tooting for the shops and dining venues which are a short walk away. We were able to walk to Wimbledon Lawn Tennis club in under an hour therefore it met our needs - would consider staying there again if rooms had an upgrade.

Lovely staff. The property was basic but clean. It was disappointing that the cafe had closed. The picture advertising it suggests a ranch style small property but it is actually a large high rise building. However there are lifts.

The location was excellent for our needs and the bed was comfortable and clean BUT I booked the studio with Kitchener to enable us to buy and prepare own own meals and therefore save a lot of money on eating out. The room did indeed have a fridge, hob and microwave/ combi oven but there was quite literally no equipment. No chopping board, knives, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery or drinking glasses. Also a sink but no washing liquid sponge cloth or t towels to enable you to clean up. Surely they don’t expect customers to bring their own plates and saucepans. If I had known that nothing was provided I would not have booked We stayed 2 nights and on the 2nd day our bed was made but nothing else, not even our coffee cups were cleaned or replaced. Really extraordinary Some plates were provided when I requested them but I maintain that we were misled that this was a self catering unit

The room and bathroom was really old and filthy. Even detected molds. The bedding was dirty. It is also across from a cemetery which is not mentioned anywhere. Personnel the first 2 days was terrible. Very uninterested and unfriendly. After these days a friendly lady took her place.

The staff was very nice but the picture I saw were very deceptive. There was stains on the wall near the trash can, mildew residue by the shower. The remote control was greasy and to to top it off the pillow smelled like sweat

The room was filled with dust, the carpet was dirty, old, and had an unpleasant odor, and the toilet was stained. The air conditioning unit had mold. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a cemetery was not disclosed in the advertisement or shown in the property photos. Some of the reception staff were unresponsive and indifferent when approached with questions.

Room was neglected, lamp shades battered, ripped and placed on a wonk. The bedding was dirty. Hot room, stank of food when we walked in. Aircon was wafting around weed smells, I assume this is from apartments, so maybe not entirely hotels fault. 1/2 of curtains wouldn’t pull open, so had limited natural light. It’s a shame as I needed a quiet base before a shift at the hospital. Reception staff were lovely though. Only other plus is that it was £80 so one of cheapest in area.

The room was a single accommodation but due to a double bed, was sold as a double room- just not enough space for 2 people. The aircon did not work (we reported this upon arrival and requested a fix, (or a minimum requirement of fans to cool the room). We returned to the room (4.5 hours later) and the aircon was still not working. The room was intolerable/uninhabitable due to heat- (temps for the 2 day stop were 30-34 c and the room reached 37 c). Nor effort was made to install fan(s) to cool the room. The ereceptioniisty had no record of our request and had not been left handover or a record made of the issue. After some debate with the receptionist, we were given an alternative room. I would not stay there again nor recommend the hotel. The room size is questionable. Staff unhelpful Issues ignored

Poor curtains. They were broken so couldnt close them. Also staff didn't stop noise from outside property so unable to sleep first night of 2 night stay. I asked for quiet room but were given room above entrance!

Cosy (small) room, lovely and clean. Check in quick and friendly. Bed slghtly uncomfortable and only one small pillow each, no extra pillows in the room. Nice and warm, easy check out.

I can't fault the room. Very clean, comfortable bed, cold air conditioning and good bath/shower. Nearest train station around 10-15 mins walk but plenty of buses stop within 100 metres.

After staying in the triple room with family a few months ago and having a wonderful experience, I booked a solo trip and stayed in the double room. Unfortunately, my experience this time around wasn't as great. The double bed was exceedingly soft (it felt like it was long overdue for renewal) and the pillows were flat as pancakes, I had a very uncomfortable sleep. The last time, we were situated on the 3rd floor with a front facing room and it was so peaceful and quiet. This time, I was on the first floor with a side facing room and could hear absolutely everything. Doors constantly slamming, talking, noise from above, trolleys and bins pulled on the asphalt outside, and street noise. However, the room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and it was very affordable. I think if I visit again, I'll be sure to only book a triple room on a higher floor.

It's conveniently located right next to the hospital but a bit further away (roughly 15-20 mins) walk from the main high street for food and groceries. Otherwise it's a small, neat room. The bathroom has been modernised and I love that you can open the windows (which some hotels don't give you the option to do). It's on a nice, relatively quiet street and you can park on the street in the evenings so long as you move the car by 8.30am - the only improvement I would make is that I wish the reception staff were a bit more friendly

Generally all ok for an overnight solo stay. Only 2 pillows that were quite flat so not the most comfortable of sleeps but was ok. The rooms are certainly not ‘soundproof’ as I could hear a lot of people talking through the door in the rooms next to me. On the whole decent enough though.

Found this hotel last minute as my partner was admitted to St George’s Hospital and we live far away. Booked for one night but ended up extending by another night next morning. My partner’s mother also wanted to stay after seeing him and I phoned up the hotel to see if she could stay in my double room which they happily accomodated for. The hotel and room itself was great for the price that is was, amazing value for money for sure. The receptionist Danielle was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly and helpful. I could cry writing about how she felt like an angel in the middle of quite a hectic few days in hospital. She helped book me in the second night, and when I said I had a meeting online that would finish at 11(check out time) she reassured me and popped a note on my booking that I would check out by 11:30. She genuinly lifted away all my stresses and anxieties when I needed it the most and I will be forever grateful for her.

Quite subtle signage which was difficult to see when arriving in the dark. Small univiting reception area. Only one member of staff working reception dealing with an incredibly rude guest. They remained professional and courteous throughout and dealt with us smoothly and efficiently when it was our turn. Great room but a few things let it down. The armchair was absolutely awful, it had the most horrible offensive stains. The window externally was so dirty you could barely see out of it. The kettle needed a good clean. Positive, excellent price, great room, great bed, so comfortable. Decent sized shower with toiletries and did provide tea and coffee.
Quite subtle signage which was difficult to see when arriving in the dark. Small univiting reception area. Only one member of staff working reception dealing with an incredibly rude guest. They remained professional and courteous throughout and dealt with us smoothly and efficiently when it was our turn. Great room but a few things let it down. The armchair was absolutely awful, it had the most horrible offensive stains. The window externally was so dirty you could barely see out of it. The kettle needed a good clean. Positive, excellent price, great room, great bed, so comfortable. Decent sized shower with toiletries and did provide tea and coffee.

Check in was a bit slow. They gave my boyfriend a key without checking that he was who he said he was. He was very drunk. They sent him to the wrong room. I hadnt given them his name either.

We had a problem with the sink in the bathroom which was blocked and the personnel reacted quickly and proposed us to change room and in the new room all worked as expected. So, thank you for your reactivity.

Really pleased with our overnight stay in one of the suites. The room was clean and tidy and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed for a visit to Wimbledon which was only about 15 minutes away via taxi and if we go again, will definitely look to stay here first.

Hotel was great as we just wanted a room for one night and wasn’t intending to eat there or use any facilities which were limited as expected. Parking is road side so whilst not a problem for us, could be a concern for some.

Once we found this hotel, we enjoyed our stay (Google sent us down the street and we had to ask a nice resident for help). It's a tall building across from the cemetery (west of the hospital, not east). Staff was friendly and helpful. It was about a fifteen minute walk to the Tooting Broadway underground station. That worked well for getting into the city center of London (we also took a bus one day, but that took longer).

I had a great experience staying at this hotel! It was cozy and very clean, making it ideal for a short stay. It's conveniently located right next to the hospital but a bit further away (roughly 15-20 mins) walk from the main high street for food and groceries. Otherwise it's a small, neat room. The bathroom has been modernised and I love that you can open the windows (which some hotels don't give you the option to do). It's on a nice, relatively quiet street and you can park on the street in the evenings so long as you move the car by 8.30am - the only improvement I would make is that I wish the reception staff were a bit more friendly

Comfortable bed, good nights sleep. No restaurant and bar shuts at 7pm. 3 floors of guest rooms and a lot of flats. Very close to good little cafe for breakfast.h’s cafe.

The rooms are extremely clean, quite small but ideal for what we needed. No restaurant but a very cheap cafe 5 minutes down the road which I totally recommend, H's on the same road. The staff are really friendly and you can get a drink at their small bar. A+.

The property is within the perimeters of St George Hospital so was relatively easy to find from the underground station of Tooting Broadway. Facilities are basic for a hotel i.e. no breakfast provision although they did have vending machines and a small 'bar area' situated offset from the reception. We stayed in the ground floor 'suite' room which consisted of a lounge/kitchenette and separate double bedroom with an outside patio area which was ok - no outside table or chairs provided! Room itself was adequate - without the addition of the lounge area it would have seemed exceptionally small. Toilet/shower area was tiny. I feel the room would benefit from a decorative make over - it was very tired with soiled and stained carpet and chipped furniture giving it a very unloved feel. The hotel is in a convenient position in Tooting for the shops and dining venues which are a short walk away. We were able to walk to Wimbledon Lawn Tennis club in under an hour therefore it met our needs - would consider staying there again if rooms had an upgrade.

Excellent find. Used for Wimbledon. Uber £8 to the tennis. Small foyer area though you can buy beer/wine/coffee. Room compact with tea/coffee and a great shower. The only complaint - only one flat pillow each. Too tired to ask for another as I’m sure they would have provided. Staff very nice and helpful. Close to Tooting with bars/cafes etc..Will be back next year!

Lovely staff. The property was basic but clean. It was disappointing that the cafe had closed. The picture advertising it suggests a ranch style small property but it is actually a large high rise building. However there are lifts.

This is an ok hotel but there no car parking and it is not an easy find as it’s next to an NHS hospital. THIS IS NOT EXPLAINED IN THE ADVERTISING. the room is clean and nice and the staff are ok

After a quick late polite arrival we went straight to eat. When we returned to the room we had No Hand Towels, No Milk and only 1 tea bag. Went to reception who.provided us with 4 Milk and 2 more Tea bags. Apologised for not being able to get access to Hand Towels. Toilet seat was Dirty as was the Shower base, luckily we had Antibiotic wipes. When I tried to lower the Air Con it just kept defaulting ba k to 22 degrees. The room was stifling and slept just on sheet. Very uncomfortable 2 nights spent here. It should not be allowed to state that the room has Air Conditioning if the Hotel sets a default. Sadly, because of Hospital appointments this is the closest Hotel and in the grounds of St Georges Hospital. Hope the owners take note and actually act on these comments. A Hospital Hotel should be extra clean and I don't expect to have to clean a Toilet seat of excrement and black stains on a Shower base. The reception staff were efficient and helpful. The twin room was really lovely room, spacious and comfortable, but the air con didn't work and it was very hot. We arrived very late so did not bother the staff. There was no lift, so waiting was an issue as the other one was out of order. Location for Wimbledon tennis was perfect. I would definitely stay there again despite the little niggles. .
