Otherwander Soho Pod Hotel

No nos gustó para nada el concepto. En la cápsula tienes que meter todas tus pertenencias, incluida la maleta, ropa, artículos de aseo y la toalla mojada después de una ducha. La cápsula en sí no estaba mal para dormir, pero se necesita una taquilla o algo de almacenamiento al lado de la cápsula para dejar por lo menos la maleta y colgar algo de ropa, o dejar que se seque la toalla. Lo peor fue el estado de los servicios, sin ser muy gráfica diré que el día que entramos el baño estaba sucísimo y al día siguiente todavía habían chorretones por fuera, horrible (hice fotos). Con decir que reservamos 4 noches y nos quedamos solo 1, lo digo todo. Preferimos pagar una habitación de hotel que quedarnos allí.

This hotel was very interesting. I didn’t realize I was staying in a cabin, or a “nest” as they call it, until I actually saw it. My double bed room was small enough for one person, so I can’t imagine what a single room looks like. However, for the price I paid in London during high season, it was definitely worth it. Everything is digital. After making your reservation, you receive several emails with steps to get a QR code, which you’ll need to access pretty much everything. If your phone dies, you might be in a bit of trouble, although there always seemed to be an employee on duty. I hadn’t seen the emails while flying, so my check in took about 30 minutes until I completed all the steps. The room feels like a small ship cabin, but I had a very comfortable night of sleep. I didn’t hear any noise from my neighbors and slept very well. The bathrooms are shared, similar to a nice gym. Everything was very clean, you barely bump into other people, and it still feels private. There isn’t much space for luggage, but they offer lockers, so you can just bring what you need into your room. The location is a huge plus, right in the heart of Soho. For young or adventurous travelers, this can be a great option!

Very fresh hotel. Helpful and nice staff. Really quick and easy to simply get in, get to your pod and get some rest. Towel and shower rooms are provided. Pod was really clean and quiet

Excellent location. Spotlessly clean. Perfect for a quick stay.

Did exactly what it said on the tin. Great location, clean pod and facilities. The only issue I had was that when I went for my morning shower I couldn't get back in my pod as the system had checked me out at 9am. Had to go down the the entrance to sort but all resolved quickly.
