Pænt og nydelig hotel. Tæt på den gl del af Lübeck. Tæt på banegården. Smart at der var kode til dørene som også var ens værelse kode dvs ikke nødvendigt at skulle passe på en værelsenøgle. Koden passede også til parkeringskælder. God tysk morgenmad og god kaffe. Blev fyldt op løbende.

The machines did not find our booking references, so we had to call a number and deal with a less than fluent English-speaker, who eventually checked us in. The lobby and hallway were very cold, but I didn't expect the room to be about fridge-temperature when we entered. Everything was slightly damp from the cold. The heat-pump did warm the room up eventually, but too cold to my kids' liking. I've stayed before without issues, but this time was sub-par to say the least.

Et virkelig lækkert ophold med alt det der skulle være på værelset, og der var meget lydløst fra de andre værelser. Hotellet er meget nyt, så der er ikke ret meget slid at se, samt god ventilation på badeværelset.

Bietet alles, was wir für eine Unterkunft brauchen: sauber, schnörkellos, unaufgeregt, praktisch, stadtnah. Da direkt an der Bahn gelegen, wurden wir bei offenem Fenster vom ersten Zug geweckt. Die wirklich guten Schallschutzfenster ließen uns aber weiterschlafen.

Nettes Hotel für ein paar Nächte. Zimmer ist etwas klein, wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten vor allem für Kleidung. Lage ist gut, neben Hauptbahnhof und nur ein paar Minuten zum Holstentor. Lässt man die Fenster geschlossen ist es sehr ruhig, ansonsten hört man 24 Stunden Autolärm (sehr befahrerne Straße nebenan) und Zugverkehr. Personal war sehr nett.

Moderately priced hotel just outside of the old town. One can walk to the entrance of the old town in less than one kilometer. Parking in the basement is possible, but due to construction equipment spaces were quite limited. (Construction is to be completed by the end of May 2023, per the desk clerk). Rooms are quite small, but designed to function well. Pleasantly decorated. We did not partake of the breakfast available for 10 euros each.

Everything was great except for the check-in process. The check-in system DIF not work and we had not been informed about that the payment should be made before arrival. Since we arrived in the middle of the night it was complicated to check-in and one of our two rooms had not been paid for and therefor we only received a code for one room. When calling the ”emergency” number it was hard to explain our problem. After an hour it was solved but too complicated. Other than that everything was great!

At the breakfast there was an almost hostile atmosphere with the landlord running around hissing at the customers and we had to persuade her that we were allowed to buy breakfast at all despite advertising everywhere in the hotel for the same . Really not pleasant at all! Wouldn’t come back

Location is fine and parking was easy (we parked on street in the front of the hotel. The amenities are minimal with no kettle in room if you need to have a cup of tea.

Within walking distance of the Hauptbahnhof and to the old city. Very clean, friendly and wonderful breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very convenient if you plan to just spend a day in Lubeck.
