It was the off season so things were not open. I hoped the food would have been better since its a Agrotourismo location. Staff were very nice!

Great resort with spa and nice swimming pool, perfect place to stay driving to Sicily and take a stop for 1-2 nights to recharge.

Pulling up to Tenuta Contessa was like a dream. It was a quiet time with very few guests when we stayed. The pool area was lovely but the showstopper was the food and the chef, Pietro. He was personable and made us family style meals according to what we wanted. Very accommodating. The views here are also spectacular surrounding the entire property.
