Hôtel très agréable avec un personnel hyper dévoué. Malheureusement, la piscine était souvent fermée et la salle de sport ne mérite même pas ce nom. Sinon, tout le reste était parfait

Management needs to be more transparent with guests. I reached the hotel in the middle of the night (1:30 am) only to be surprised by a water outage. No heads-up was given. The dining experience was equally poor—the menu wasn't ready and there were no vegetarian dishes available. Even with limited occupancy, the service felt disorganized. If you can't provide basic water and a standard menu, you shouldn't be taking bookings.
