Zhangjiajie Country Garden Phoenix Suites Hotel

首先酒店地理位置在张家界西站和国家森林公园中间位置，身处别墅群，非常清净，山景很好！其次服务员很热情，态度很好，看我们一家四口给我们升级了家庭房，还赠送了一份早餐，这服务没的说，房间里面很宽敞整洁，装修也蛮高端！很好，非常值得推荐！

Friendly and helpful staff (especially Wendy), great view of the mountains and sunset.

The room was large, but needed to be updated. There was a lot of strong odors came from their bathroom.

Our butler, Andy, provided exceptional service and he went above and beyond with helping us plan our entire tour of the three scenic sites. He booked all our park/mountain tickets and told us about an incredible western restaurant, before the show he booked for us. The foot massage was fantastic as well at the Spa. Our room had a gorgeous view.

The stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing!!! My room and the hotel's condition was extremely clean. Staff and workers were exceptionally polite and helpful. Especially one of the staff members named Wendy, who also spoke great English. She helped me by suggesting great attractions in Zhangjiajie, arranging me with tickets to each attraction with the best class, and made sure the stay, not only in the hotel but also Zhangjiajie, was absolutely phenomenal. Planning on going back in the future.
