The room was quaint, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were stellar! The continental breakfast was delicious! The outside bar was not opened. The garden area and the porch were relaxing! Bikes are available to rent from the front desk! There is parking on the property! Just a hall block to Duval street. Duval Inn was perfect for our anniversary get-a-way!

The location is amazing, right off of Duval street. The grounds were quaint. The pool was very small and the rooms were even smaller. When the guest service person was a lunch, there is no one to help you check-in. But when I messaged them through the Expedia app. they responded immediately. Once you check in, you have to park a block away, even though there is a lot right next door. When you open the door to the room, you almost hit the bathroom sink with the door. You have to follow it all the way open to get into the room. Very little space to move around, and two pieces of luggage do not fit comfortably. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were even worse. The sidewalk is literally right next to the wall of the building, so we could hear people talking through the window. The staff were very friendly and responsive, but i really didn't have to interact with them much. The A/C was not very cold, and the fan made a steady humming noise the entire time. The grab and go breakfast was decent, but then you had to leave your plates in a small sink for someone to come by and wash them. This seemed a little unsanitary to me. It was a nice stay, but for what I paid, I could have stayed at a larger hotel with more amenities and more comfort. I am not sure that I would return.

Great off street property that was well maintained. Loved the Garden Pool courtyard. Our room was clean and remodeled bathroom. Tight for bed space but having a bench at the end of the bed helped. Besides, we weren’t there to hang out in the bedroom! One block away from Duvall and 10-15 minute walk to tourist destinations! We stayed in the Leaf room! Quite the Key Lime color!

Steps away from the main drag (Duval Street) but was relatively quiet during the night. Continental breakfast was ok, nothing special. Pool bar was closed for some reason during the stay but didn’t see anyone hanging out by the pool anyway. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Very comfortable room, small but cozy, and very well cleaned and maintained. Quiet area to sit right outside your room. Nice shady pool to get out of the full blown sun and water was warm. Duval street just a block away if you get bored. Hope to stay there again one day!

While the room looked lovely we were infested with some kind of bug. Once we turned lights off at night we were attacked by flying insects. The night emergency number worked well and we were moved readily. It was difficult getting to sleep anticipating more bugs Also, I had to sign an authorization and give my cc number by internet when I was supposed to pay at hotel which I did not appreciate

The attendant Sarah was very nice. The room had a strange smell. We ended up having to get a new room. The A/C would not adjust. I would likely not return due to the size of the room and the smell.

Room was never cleaned during our stay. Air conditioner was extremely loud! Floor was coming up. Had to sit sideways on the toilet because the bathroom was so small. They had a bar but it was not in service. Will not stay here again

I liked the cozy feel of the property. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed however was worn so it felt likevwe were falling off and the room wasn't swept. Other than that we loved the stay and would recommend it to others.

Just off Duval Street, so well placed for everything. Noisy air-con fan so had to sleep with just the ceiling fan, not a problem in February, but housekeeping should have picked it it. Breakfast only starts at 8.30am, so made it tight for a 9am walking tour - but breakfast was basic but good. Better blackout in the room would have been good as the streetlights made it quite bright in the middle of the night.

We stayed for two nights, in a luxury queen room outside of the pool area. The room was very small, but they were sold out of anything larger. The linens were clean, bathroom was nice. There was a lack of mirrors, aside from sink vanity mirror. So I popped out the door to use full length mirror in the hallway daily. The a/c window unit was somewhat quiet, but the room was very humid. Not in a way you could physically feel. But when we checked out, all of the clothes in our open suitcase and snacks were damp. The pool was clean and nice, I did not go in the pool, just layed out. It was a nice area. The tiki bar is not open. There were a decent amount of breakfast pastries, coffee and mimosas in front office. There is parking included with your stay a few blocks over, so that's super helpful. The location was fantastic, that is what mostly would bring me back to stay in the largest room available.

Quaint Key West feel, room was small. Bathroom was tight. It was well maintained and clean, so the beat it could be. Location was far enough off of Duval for early night but there is a bar across the street and the patrons were happy late into the night. Ear plugs and eye masks advised.

Right off Duval St., so not exactly quiet at night but when the establishments close down it’s peaceful, tranquil and feels like an oasis all throughout the day and early evening. Pool is enough for escaping the heat and continental breakfast is some quick nosh to quell the grumbles. The only knock would be the mattress in “Leaf” needs to be swapped out as it’s a banana…. Would definitely stay here again as it’s centrally located and a perfect oasis!

Amazing time. Natalia and fellow team members were very accommodating. Great location if you want to be in the heart of everything, but still have the ability to tuck away into the resort and relax by the pool. Can’t wait to go back!

Duval Inn is quite the gem. Half block off Duval Street, I was able to walk from one end of old town to the other - Mallory Square to MM0 - no problem. The staff was friendly and helpful; the pool is small but perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Location was right in the middle of downtown Key West so you were never that far from many of the area's attractions. Parking options were nice also. Staff for check in process needs to do better at making guests feel welcomed and appreciated.
Location was right in the middle of downtown Key West so you were never that far from many of the area's attractions. Parking options were nice also. Staff for check in process needs to do better at making guests feel welcomed and appreciated.

My wife and I visited Key West for an Old Dominion concert on March 23rd 2024 and stayed at the Duval Inn for 2 nights. We have both been to Key West many times. We arrived at 6:30 pm and this was considered a "late check-in" as the office closes at 6pm. This late check-in was cumbersome to say the least. We needed to call a number on the office door then walk 2 blocks in the rain to another property (Pegasus Int Hotel) to get our key, walk back in the rain and put our luggage in the room. The parking was also offsite about 2 blocks away from the property. When I took the car over the lot was full and I was instructed by the women that checked us in (had to call her for the second time that night) to just "park against the green" fence in the lot. It just did not seem like a safe place to leave my vehicle as I thought my vehicle could be hit if one of the cars in the lot would try to back out. After driving all day this whole check in and parking experience was less than optimal for a $600 a night property. With that said the things we did like: right off Duval St and close to all the bars and restaurants that we like, a short walk to Coffee Butler Amphitheater for our concert, a very nice pool and courtyard, a good continental breakfast. Also the day staff were very friendly and helpful. Other things we didn't like: the room was tiny- it barley could fit a the queen sized bed, only one night stand. Limited electrical outlets for charging devices.

Great location in a nice old-fashioned inn. Located just a half block away from the center of Duval St. Convenient access to anywhere. This inn offers dedicated parking about 2 blocks away and a small continental breakfast. If you want more local fare, walk over to the Cuban Coffee Queen in a nearby alley for some great coffee. Highly recommended place to stay!

Duval Inn was cute, clean and the staff was super helpful and friendly! The location was perfect! Right in the heart of everything. We could walk everywhere and they also had bike rentals which made it so convenient! My husband and I will definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable room, small but cozy, and very well cleaned and maintained. Quiet area to sit right outside your room. Nice shady pool to get out of the full blown sun and water was warm. Duval street just a block away if you get bored. Hope to stay there again one day!

Just off Duval Street, so well placed for everything. Noisy air-con fan so had to sleep with just the ceiling fan, not a problem in February, but housekeeping should have picked it it. Breakfast only starts at 8.30am, so made it tight for a 9am walking tour - but breakfast was basic but good. Better blackout in the room would have been good as the streetlights made it quite bright in the middle of the night.

The room was quaint, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were stellar! The continental breakfast was delicious! The outside bar was not opened. The garden area and the porch were relaxing! Bikes are available to rent from the front desk! There is parking on the property! Just a hall block to Duval street. Duval Inn was perfect for our anniversary get-a-way!

The Duvall Inn was so good, I don’t want to share! Small, enchanting, only 1/2 block off Duvall, beautiful quaint pool & garden area, clean, accommodating, walkable from one end of Duvall to Mallory Square, close to shopping, dining & entertainment, private free parking off-site, & a wonderful continental breakfast with free unlimited Mimosas every morning!! After checking in & parking, we did not need our car until we left. We had such a great time, we’ll be back again!😁

A Very small room. No place like a table to put even a small meal . Staff was nice The Breakfast was fine that they served The little Bar was not open at all. Not a big deal only a hundred to choose from in Key West. Have fun parrot heads!

Steps away from the main drag (Duval Street) but was relatively quiet during the night. Continental breakfast was ok, nothing special. Pool bar was closed for some reason during the stay but didn’t see anyone hanging out by the pool anyway. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

It was so clean comfortable, great toiletries. We think we got a different room than we booked but we think it was even better. The breakfast was ok the pastries a no go too dry. Overall rating 9 out of 10.

Completely super small rooms. AC completely loud and old leaking, lots of super old pieces. I understand the historical part but seriously for the money we payed just does not add up. There’s cameras all over the place which you can’t smoke in the entire property. They watch every step you make which made us uncomfortable period. Check out they accused us of hair all over Like are you serious it’s not like it was a 5 star hotel. Overall just negative reviews.

Great place, only a half block off Duval, but quiet! Lovely room and pool patio area. Great free breakfast, even some hot foods. Our room was in the main house this time and it has a great French porch sitting area for two. Secure parking lot is about a block and a half away.
