Ich hatte ein tolles Zimmer es war sehr ruhig Die Ausstattung ist perfekt mit kaffeemaschine Wasserkocher und ein Kühlschrank. Auch das Schwimmbad und die Sauna war sehr gepflegt und ausreichend für die Zeit ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und das Personal war einfach klasse Rezeption genau wie Frühstücksbuffet Abendessen das Restaurant war toll und auch die Leute beim Schwimmbad ich war sehr zufrieden gut

Dejligt sted med super fin morgenmad og venligt personale. Tæt på Zag arena er et plus Lille pool og spa som var ok men hurtigt fyldt. Hyggelig pub men ærgerligt at den først åbner kl 17 da man kan have lyst til snack og en øl tidligere særligt i weekenden

We loved the H4 hotel in Hannover. It was clean and quiet, and had some amazing amenities. The pool and fitness facilities were amazing. My only complaint about the area is that the hot tub was lukewarm and not hot. The breakfast was incredible, some of the best we've ever had at a hotel. The hotel's price was very reasonable. Parking was easy, and for the first few days, without a car, it was about a 5-minute walk to the train station. The staff was also helpful and friendly. The only other minor complaint is that the shower would not get hot. I suggest turning it up a couple of degrees.

Solid 4 (very good). This hotel was new and 30-minutes by public transport out of the centre of Hanover. The tram/metro train is close by and runs every 10/15 minutes. The rooms are a good size with large comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet is great with lots of choice and gluten free options. The gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room make this a good choice for a relaxing break. We went into Hanover for dinner each day the choice local to the hotel is limited.

Im Badezimmer löste sich die Tapete und es roch nach Schimmel/Muffig. Das Zimmer sonst war gut und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr üppig. Das Personal im ganzen Hotel war sehr freundlich. Die Preise im Restaurant stehen aber in keinem Verhältnis. Es vermittelt den Eindruck von gehobener Gastronomie, wird dem aber nicht gerecht. Der H-Burger war gut, das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist in dem Fall in Ordnung. Der Service war freundlich aber überfordert. Der hintere Teil des Restaurant war voll. Vielleicht habe ich auch nur den falschen Tag erwischt. Ich würde dort wieder etwas essen (Burger). Der Spabereich ist klein, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gut.

Ordered twin bed room for myself and adult son, nearly 3 months in advance. Arrived to find no staff on reception - took 15 minutes to find someone. Told no twin bed rooms due to original offer having been ended but no one wrote to me to advise of this problem. Given a room where I was told I could separate two joined beds myself, but only one such room in hotel. This had not been organised. No smoking room had a very strong tobacco smell which only subsided after leaving the corridor door wide open for 2 hours. No apology for not having room I had booked and paid for. Disorganised managing of the hotel. Most disappointed.

Wir haben wegen einem Konzert in dem Hotel geschlafen, es sind viele Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Das Zimmer war sauber, groß und modern eingerichtet. Die Expo Plaza war fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Wenn wir nochmal ein Hannover suchen, nehmen wir auf jeden Fall dieses!

Wir haben wegen einem Konzert in dem Hotel geschlafen, es sind viele Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Das Zimmer war sauber, groß und modern eingerichtet. Die Expo Plaza war fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind Mega groß und sehr luxuriös eingerichtet das Bad ist einfach nur spitze. Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich und alles frisch. Der Wellness Bereich incl Sauna und Fitnessstudio ist einfach super. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für mich hat dieses Haus 5 Sterne verdient. Absolutes spitzenhotel ich komme immer wieder gerne.

Skænt hotel med serviceminded personale. Vi rejste med 3 børn og blev tilbudt en rejseseng til vores yngste med det samme, trods vi kun havde booket værelse til 4 personer. Værelset var pænt og komfortabelt, morgenmaden var suveræn og poolen pæn og sjov for børnene. Helt klart et hotel vi vil bruge igen

Virkelig dejligt hotel med utrolig flink og meget hjælpsom personale. Let at kører til og parkering lige ved hotellet. U-bann ligger ca 5 min der fra og køre ind til byen. Virkelig lækker morgenmad, hvor alt er frisk. Kan kun anbefale dette hotel.

Leider hatte meine Mitreisende ihr Portemonaie und ihren Schlüssel im Safe liegen gelassen. Sie hat angerufen, wurde auch aus dem Safe herausgenommen. Sollte ihr per Post zugeschickt werden. Wurde nicht gemacht. Am selbigen Abend nach der Abreise wurde von ihrem Konto 8x Geld abgebucht. Portemonaie hatte zu dem zeitpunkt das Hotel noch nicht verlassen. Als sie zum zweiten Mal anrief und fragte, ob das Paket abgeschickt worden ist, hieß es nur lapidar: sie hätten keinen Karton gefunden. Leider hat sie jetzt eine Masse Ärger am Hals um ihr geld wieder zu bekommen.

We loved the H4 hotel in Hannover. It was clean and quiet, and had some amazing amenities. The pool and fitness facilities were amazing. My only complaint about the area is that the hot tub was lukewarm and not hot. The breakfast was incredible, some of the best we've ever had at a hotel. The hotel's price was very reasonable. Parking was easy, and for the first few days, without a car, it was about a 5-minute walk to the train station. The staff was also helpful and friendly. The only other minor complaint is that the shower would not get hot. I suggest turning it up a couple of degrees.

Solid 4 (very good). This hotel was new and 30-minutes by public transport out of the centre of Hanover. The tram/metro train is close by and runs every 10/15 minutes. The rooms are a good size with large comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet is great with lots of choice and gluten free options. The gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room make this a good choice for a relaxing break. We went into Hanover for dinner each day the choice local to the hotel is limited.

Wir haben wegen einem Konzert in dem Hotel geschlafen, es sind viele Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Das Zimmer war sauber, groß und modern eingerichtet. Die Expo Plaza war fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Wenn wir nochmal ein Hannover suchen, nehmen wir auf jeden Fall dieses!

Vi overnatter altid her, når vi kører syd på. Vi er 2 voksne og 2 børn på 11 og 15. Pænt familie værelse med en ok sofaseng og en stor god dobbeltseng. Morgenmaden er fremragende. Aftensbuffet er “som hvor mor lavede den” og er lidt for traditionel tysk til vores smag. Burgeren fra spisekortet er udemærket. Ellers plejer vi at hente aftensmad fra takeaway i det nærliggende center. Stor pool.

Dejligt ophold, men tjeneren i restauranten var ikke så service minded. Vi fik at vide at man kun kunne købe pasta og at der ikke var dessert. Senere så vi at folk kunne få det i the irish bar, men det ville restauranten ikke fortælle os.

Skøn overnatning. Virkelig et godt sted. Ved ikke noget om placering ift by osv, da vi var på gennemrejse. Men vi fik god aftensmad, sengene var gode, værelset stort. Og morgenmadsbuffeten var i særklasse!
