Het appartement was uitstekend. Een minpunt, we hadden een appartement op de derde verdieping, de laatste 3 dagen werkte de lift niet. Gereclameerd, maar was niet snel te repareren. Omdat ik hartpatiënt ben, was dit erg vervelend. Enige genoegdoening voor de kapotte lift, bv dinerbon zou ik erg op prijs stellen

Leuven is a wonderful town, full of young people, not far from Brussels. Location of apartment is great! Fully stocked with kitchen - microwave, dishes, refrigerator, all necessities! Clean, safe, even a few secured parking spaces. Really great for travelers! Reception hours are quite limited, but easy to reach by phone. Enjoy Leuven!!

De ontvangst was hartelijk en zeer behulpzaam bij het zoeken naar een betaalbare parkeergarage ipv de parkeergarage van Qpark'. De locatie bevindt zich in het centrum van Leuven. De kamer was schoon. De lift naar de verdiepingen is traag. Maar ach... je bent op vakantie.

De accommodatie was groot en alles wat je nodig had was aanwezig zoals kitchenette met benodigdheden. Bedden waren ok en douche was goed. Ligging was voortreffelijk, midden in het centrum. 2 minpuntjes: linker bedlamp was kapot en zat los en wastafel van de badkamer zit compleet verstopt en water loopt totaal niet door en moet nodig ontstopt worden (kamer 408).

De accommodatie was groot en alles wat je nodig had was aanwezig zoals kitchenette met benodigdheden. Bedden waren ok en douche was goed. Sejour mediocre aucune place de parking dispo a l hotel puis l interdiction de circulé en voiture dans la ville obliger de garer sa voiture a 15min de l hotel dans un parking couvert... Literie déplorables caname lit grince sans cesse et je vous parle meme pas du moteur de l ascenseur qui fait un vrai vacarne... Enfin deplorable se séjours

La limpieza no era el fuerte del apartamento pero podría ser considerada normal si no fuera por la peste a cañería del baño pero lo peor fue que de una estancia de 6 días 4 estuvimos sin ascensor y estabamos en la cuarta planta. Lo bueno es la ubicación, muy buena en una zona comercial pero tranquila y a 10min a pie de la estación de tren y casi al lado de la iglesia y el ayuntamiento.

En fijn verblijf gehad, kamer en bedden waren comfortabel. Het enige min puntje vonden we dat bij het afrekenen ineens extra kosten kwamen die we niet vermeld zagen toen we de boeking maakte, ook de parking vonden we erg duur en kosten ook meer dan op de website vermeld stond.

In the heart of Leuven, within steps of restaurants, shops, all the sights. We had a useable kitchen and dining area for a family of 5, all sleeping in the same room. Bathroom was small but functional. Feels like an apartment hotel, with key card access. We used the limited underground parking - but everything was walkable. Not many cars in the city centre so quiet.

Het hotel lag midden in het centrum van Leuven en we hadden een rustige kamer. De kitchenette was handig. Het bankbedrijf vonden we iets minder fijn maar al met al een zeer geslaagd verblijf bij getaway!

Great location of the property, in the middle of Leuven’s city centre. That was probably the only positive. The website for the apartment said there was lockers at select locations. This was not a location with lockers nor did they have anyone on reception before 3pm or after 8pm. The room was a lot smaller, in fact completely different than the images on Expedia with the sofa bed and twin beds next to each other instead of being in seperate areas like what was portrayed in the images. The room we were in was on the top floor. It was very hot, two fans were provided but they didn’t do anything. No air-conditioning and one of the windows was broken so couldn’t even open. It made being in the room completely unbearable. Additionally, there was mould all over the bathroom.

Thr location is great. It's close to alot of sights in Leuven. The room looked poor. Seats look worn off, broken handle, hair in the bathroom sink. I was really disappointed. Other than that the room was clean. The sofa bed is hard and makes alot of sound as you move around.

This property faces a very popular bar and it is NOISY. There is no AC - so you have to keep the windows open for air and it was miserable. There is also a 24 hour gym on the first floor so people hang out in from of the windows of the hotel at all hours of the night. Problems in the room as well: TV did not work, everything was very worn and shabby.

Prima budget accommodatie als de matrassen goed waren geweest. Twee een persoonsbedden met veel te zachte matrassen. Dat is uiteraard persoonlijk, maar ik denk dat de meeste dat zullen vinden. De tweepersoons slaapbank heeft een kuil in het midden en de matras is ook niet meer wat het geweest is. Verder prima accommodatie met kitchinette, die redelijk goed voorzien is. Geen koffie apparaat. De kamer was schoon en het beddengoed fris. Wel wat klein achterstallig onderhoud.

Der Empfang was sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sind sehr groß und hell. Die gesamte Unterkunft ist sauber. Das Bett ist für zwei Personen viel zu klein und die Schlafcouch ist mehr als unbequem. Für Menschen mit Rückenproblemen ist beides nicht geeignet. Das Hotel liegt zentral zwischen Bahnhof und Zentrem, man kann alles problemlos zu Fuß erreichen.

Der Empfang was sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sind sehr groß und hell. Die gesamte Unterkunft ist sauber. Das Bett ist für zwei Personen viel zu klein und die Schlafcouch ist mehr als unbequem. Für Menschen mit Rückenproblemen ist beides nicht geeignet. Das Hotel liegt zentral zwischen Bahnhof und Zentrem, man kann alles problemlos zu Fuß erreichen.

The apartment was clean and tidy however our particular apartment was near the lift and whilst you expect some noise from the lift ping, people talking etc this was crazy. Every time the lift was in operation it make creaking and clunking noises whilst it was moving that kept me and my family awake all night. I informed the reception and eventually received a reply saying sorry but not how they would address the issue. Everything else was very good but the main thing with an apartment or hotel is to get a good nights sleep but this was impossible in apartment 506, if you stay here make sure you are not near the lift, I’m sure you will have a good stay if you are not next to the lift as everything else is very good.

This was a great property to stay at and convenient to everything. The lighting in the room could be brighter and my card would not work one day (I had a few issues getting ahold of someone to let me in) but the room was perfect with a little kitchen and lots of space to spread out. Very convenient to train and sites. Great spot that I would recommend.

Great location of the property, in the middle of Leuven’s city centre. That was probably the only positive. The website for the apartment said there was lockers at select locations. This was not a location with lockers nor did they have anyone on reception before 3pm or after 8pm. The room was a lot smaller, in fact completely different than the images on Expedia with the sofa bed and twin beds next to each other instead of being in seperate areas like what was portrayed in the images. The room we were in was on the top floor. It was very hot, two fans were provided but they didn’t do anything. No air-conditioning and one of the windows was broken so couldn’t even open. It made being in the room completely unbearable. Additionally, there was mould all over the bathroom.

This is a very well located hotel that is only a few minutes walk from some great food spots - however the hotel seems to have gone downhill since my stay in 2019. We were not given the room we booked, and when I questioned it the receptionist insisted it was correct (but I had booked a room with a double bed and we were given twin beds). The room was also very loud and as mentioned by other reviewers, you can hear music and shouting from a nearby venue. It's also very loud in terms of noise from the apartments above, and our room was also right next to the lift shaft so we had to listen to the constant squeaking of that at all hours. The decoration is also quite poor with some very odd images of topless men breaking eggs in the lift. The hallway to the apartments also smelled like rubbish throughout our stay though thankfully that did not spread to the apartment.

There was no communication back to me from the hotel for the access code in order to get into the hotel after 1100pm. I waited for over 4.5 hours and finally had no choice but to go get another hotel in the area otherwise I'd freeze to death outside. When I checked in to the other establishment, I finally received a new email from Getaway Studios after 1240 with the access code, but it was already too late!

Άνετο, εξοπλισμένο με πολύ καλή θέρμανση διαμέρισμα για οικογένεια. Ήσυχη γειτονιά αν και κεντρικά. Πολύ κοντά με τα πόδια στον Σταθμό τρένων, στην αγορά και στην κεντρική πλατεία. Ρεσεψιόν ευγενική και βοηθητική. Μειονέκτημα κατά την άποψη μας τα όχι τόσο ανετα μαξιλάρια. Θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά!

Sejour mediocre aucune place de parking dispo a l hotel puis l interdiction de circulé en voiture dans la ville obliger de garer sa voiture a 15min de l hotel dans un parking couvert... Literie déplorables caname lit grince sans cesse et je vous parle meme pas du moteur de l ascenseur qui fait un vrai vacarne... Enfin deplorable se séjours

Decir que es donde me alojó cuando voy a ver a mi hija a Lovaina, me habré alojado unas 8 veces, por lo tanto algo tendrá para no buscar otro sitio, me he alojado en otros 3 Airbnb y por situación y precio ahora elijo siempre getaway estudios, por comodidad y sobre todo situación, en pleno centro, y cerca de todo, a 200 metros del ayuntamiento y a 300 de la estación de tren

En fijn verblijf gehad, kamer en bedden waren comfortabel. Het enige min puntje vonden we dat bij het afrekenen ineens extra kosten kwamen die we niet vermeld zagen toen we de boeking maakte, ook de parking vonden we erg duur en kosten ook meer dan op de website vermeld stond.

The property did not feel clean and was only staffed a few hours a day. The shower drain was plugged. The area was very loud with dancing and partying in the bar across the street until the wee hours of the night. There were people yelling in the streets below. I would not return.

Personalet var gode og imødekommende. Jeg synes dog værelserne var mere slidt en forventet, og vægge ved køkkenet og gulvet kunne trænge til en ordentlig vask/skrub. Der var lidt tegn på mug/skimmelsvamp i loftet på badeværelset.

Really nice space and size. Really good location to the main attractions/bars/restaurants and Leuven is beautiful. Only criticism is that it was too hot in the room. Some air con or temp control needed. Fans provided but needed more.

The property was showing the age, but still good for your needs. The door was very small, hard to notice. I ended up spending an hour trying to get into the big neighboring gym of the same name. The elevator was out of order from the beginning to the end of my three nights stay and it seemed the repair would take longer to happen. The reception was nice to help me carrying the suitcase up and repeated that the repair was coming the next day. It would be nice if there a little shelf or a simple anything in the bathroom to hold the little bag of tooth brush and other cleaning necessities. I had to carry all of baggages from the 3d floor down when leaving in the morning when the reception was not available. The kitchen was good but lacked a kettle for those who had to drink hot or boiled water. Also, a toaster would be great.
