**Cancellation policy during new year period 23 Dec till 1st Jan Should be non-refundable.**
1. We do not accept cash payments. Payment can be done by Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI and Bank Transfer.
- The property requires a duly signed Credit Card Authorization Form from the guest prior to accepting any credit card payments. If the guest refuses to sign or provide the authorization form, the property reserves the unequivocal right to cancel the booking and deny check-in.
2. Our check out time is 11 AM and in case of any delays without prior intimation additional night charges will be applicable
3. 24-hour check-in permitted but the earliest check-in time is 1:00 PM
4. The minimum age for check-in is 18 year and maximum age is 35 year. Guests with local IDs will not be permitted to stay. E.g., residents of Jaipur will not be allowed to stay at property
5. If you are arriving very early, it is recommended you book the previous night. You are welcome to wait in our cafeÌ area if you would like, but for 3-4 am arrivals, we recommend booking an extra night.
6. Entire amount of your accommodation payment must be made in ADVANCE at the time of check-in unless already paid
7. Guests will be asked to pay advance min 15% - 100% of the booking amount to confirm bookings by reservations team at any point after they make booking
8. You understand & agree that your booking is non-cancellable after check in, NO REFUNDS whatsoever shall be provided in case if you wish to cancel the booking or check out earlier
9. International Credit cards will be accepted with 3% additional bank charges
10. The prices are exclusive of GST applied by Government & will be charged extra as per rates defined by the Government
11. We need a valid passport & visa for foreign nationals & valid passport for Indian nationals. Aadhar, Driver License, Student IDs & PAN Cards are not valid Id proof
12. Non Residents / Visitors are strictly not allowed on the premises
13. Pets are not allowed at Moustache Jaipur
14. Please check at the front desk between 9AM – 9PM to extend your rooms. It is solely on availability & on current prices. Payment has to be made in advance for extension
15. To cancel your reservation, Intimation has to be sent by email to property email id before expiry of free cancellation period. Otherwise the booking amount will be forfeited
16. If you have booked a room through the use of a travel agency or an OTA (such as Booking.com, Expedia, etc), you must cancel / modify your booking through the same agency
17. All our rooms are Non-Smoking. In case of any instance of smoking in the room we will charge INR 5000 per instance.
18. We offer room service in Private Rooms only and room service is not available in Dorms, however in case you spoil linen or room there will be a levy of replacement cost of procuring those items, transportation to our location plus an admin fee of INR 3000
19. In case of any other damages to our property, rooms etc. the cost of the same will be equivalent to replace it to the original state plus admin charges of INR 5000.
20. Loss of key card will be charged at INR 500
21. If you don't adhere to the policies management reserves the right to admissions. No refunds shall be provided if you are asked to vacate the premises in such conditions
22. We are much better over email than phones. So email us with your questions before calling us.
23. Chewing of tobacco or any other such substances is not allowed on the property. The management reserves the right of admission in such cases.
