Rummet väldigt litet för tre personer. En fick alltid stå. Vi fick turas om att flytta oss för att komma till toaletten på den smala korridoren i rummet. Plastgolvet sönder när man snubblade när man gick. Storleken av badrummet och duschen var toppen. Där inget att klaga.Ventilationen bra och svalde ner rummet. Bastun saknade möjlighet att kasta vatten på stenarna och poolen otroligt varmt vatten. Skönt men onödigt varmt. Möjlighet att duscha efter bastun innan man skulle bada var krångligt för att man fick gå långt till klädbyterummet. Poolen och bastun annars fin. Kunde inte förstå hur man varnas om bastun på skylten utanför bastun. Aldrig sett sånt. Och de borde kolla om det verkligen stämmer. Fråga finländare.

Great staff, really helpful. We stayed in the townhouse and our room was beautiful but tiny. You could barely move round the bed and there was nowhere to store clothes (just 4 hangers on the wall and no drawers) or bags. It’s a good location for the city centre but incredibly noisy at night - you hear everything from the street. Make sure to get a room at the back of the building. Also, the bar there was not open so you always have to go to the main building. Gym is great, lots of equipment and very clean, but the pool is very hot!

Booked a room to come over from Wales to watch Olivia Dean I asked the hotel if it was possible for an early check in, they told me that they would let me know. We got to the hotel around 1ish they gave us a room but it was right next to the club which is next door. You might aswell be on the club grounds. We politely asked to change and if it was possible that we could check into another. We were told they would ring us when a room was ready, so we went for a walk. We were absolutely exhausted and needed a rest and to get ready, so we headed back to the hotel in the hope they would ring us when we were on our way. We arrived and we asked the girl behind the desk if the room was ready, she forgot to ring us as she was too busy chatting to her friends when we arrived. We were then told that the restaurant or breakfast room wasn't open for a few days as it was under refurbishment. We were not told this when booking even though we paid the full asking price. Breakfast was a couple of plates with mini Danish pastries and a bowl of fruit!! VERY DISAPPOINTING!! Especially for the price what we paid. We were not even asked if we had a nice stay otherwise I would have said all this at checkout We left disappointed and probably won't return
