Hotel COZZI Ximen Tainan

While the staff were very friendly, some of the facilities definitely need improvement. For example, the sofas showed signs of wear, and the towels were thin and frayed from use. The elevator wait time was too long. I understand the room amenities are mandated by policy, but the lack of even a comb was really inconvenient. The staff in the children's play area and the restaurant staff were excellent, but because of the staggered entry, the food on the counter was quickly devoured by the large group of guests. Many dishes, like salad lettuce and fried eggs, took a long time to be replenished.
