Boutique hotel with easy access to the popular night market. The hotel room is extremely spacious and there is a small patio within the room. There's also a roof top patio with complimentary tea, coffee, milk tea and local sodas. The roof top patio provides a nice view of Taichung. Great place to end the evening.

位置鄰近逢甲夜市（兩個公車站牌的距離），樓下就有站牌，步行約15分鐘可抵達。 地下停車場位子不多，依訂房先後順序安排。 室內設施算陽春，但該有的也都有。枕頭很扁，但可和櫃台要求換工學枕、乳膠枕或薰衣草枕。 頂樓有露台，室內有兩台健身設備、冰球桌、桌上足球、奶茶/咖啡機、飲水機、冰水機、微波爐和冷飲櫃（有黑松汽水和FIN）。

The peoperty located in a very good location, nearby the night market. The staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive to your request. Even though, they may not be fluent in English but they are willing to help you with your request. Hotel has common space on the rooftop with complimentary soft drink, tea, coffee. They also have sink and bottle sterilize if you traveling with baby.

We stayed in a 4-person room and were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room; there was a bathtub and two basins in the bathroom. We made good use of the Floor 9 common room that housed a worn but still entertaining air hokey and hand football table. There were hot water, coffee machine , microwave oven, and free can drinks. Hotel staff we encountered were polite and helpful.

I called the hotel 15 minutes before I reached and was told the car park at the basement was already full. As a result, I had to pull over in front of the hotel to unload my luggage first. To my pleasant surprise, the hotel staff actually came all the way out to the roadside to assist me. The lady confirmed my identity first and brought my luggage into the lobby while I drove to the carpark nearby. Fortunately, the outdoor carpark was only about 3-min walk away. There was a lounge for guests to rest before the room was ready. Free drinks are provided in the lounge. The room was neat and clean, but sound-proof quality could be improved as I could hear movements on the corridor. I didn't have too much problem at night though. There's a stench in the shower room, coming from the drainage hole. It was okay after I closed the door of the shower room and turned on the ventilation fan. However, I found a small pool of water on the floor outside the shower room after taking a shower. The hotel locates at the brim of Fengchia Nightmarket. There're more than plenty of choices in terms of food. It's convenient if you are driving there like me, but please call the hotel as early as possible to secure a basement parking lot (if you prefer indoor parking). By the way, there's a book shelf in the room with only one book. It still intrigues me that the book in my room was published in the year I was born. What a beautiful coincident.

這次入住206號房，在二樓有個好處，這個樓層有陽台，也有一個花園可以去透透氣，地下停車場可以先預約，車位空間算大，但位子目前大概25個左右，假日期間應該會很搶手，我是連續入住四晚，早餐種類雖然不多，但每天都會有變化，9樓有公共交誼廳和簡易運動器材，也有飲料免費喝，晚上可以上去看夜景，房間就有點差強人意，看得出歷史的軌跡，隔音是真的不太好，冷氣及水流聲在入睡時會非常的明顯，潛眠的人應該會受到影響，馬桶離洗手台太近，使用時容易敲到額頭，床偏硬，有多種枕頭可以選，有一點要建議一下，我有借用熨斗及燙衣板，但貴飯店的熨斗屬於舊式，若平放的時候水會流出來，我桌上有放NB,水流出來有碰到NB,好險沒發生什麼事，這個需要請貴飯店留意一下

地點離逢甲夜市很近，有室內停車場（需先電話預約），服務人員親切熱情，小缺點是雙人床偏小。

我第一次來住，選的是樓中樓的房型，我很喜歡住樓中樓，這間飯店的樓中樓房間滿大的，樓下客廳舒適，樓上房間舒服，我很喜歡。 廁所衛浴空間算大，可是乾淨度可以再更好。 房間的明亮度，有點暗。 大廳的櫃台人員態度都很好。 有停車位，只是數量有限。 早餐雖然品項不多，不過好吃。 離逢甲夜市很近，走路約10分鐘。 因為有樓中樓，我還會想再來。

Room is large, but with dated furnishing and fixtures. Towels and beddings have turned yellowish. A complete makeover is badly needed.

我是訂3人房二間，都是分開位置，一間有浴缸，一間沒有浴缸的房間燈光暗同有蟑螂，走廊的燈太暗不舒適，空調空制難調整合適溫度，令人失望

The hotel itself is good. The room is big and clean. The neighborhood is kinda old though.

The location is excellent and easy to find. If you have a car, they offer parking. The breakfast was the best; they provided various food and a comfortable environment. However, the cleanliness could have been improved. We saw a few hairs on our bed and dust on the elevator and passageway.

Plus points: * Kind staffs, good services, comfortable structures of room. * Free laundry service is very useful and it's the main reason why my all colleagues moved to this hotel. * Good location to reach to the market Not good points: * Breakfast is not delicious, so I just wanted to eat scrambled egg and salad at least but these are not served everyday. * wifi speed is very slow especially in the timing when people use a lot. sometimes even google map seaching is impossible.

位置和服務真的沒有話說，逢甲夜市走路可到的距離，價格上也是剛好不會太貴，最基礎的房型空間就很大，不用糾結行李箱打不開的問題，真的很讚，推薦！

Room is small but comfortable. Breakfast choice is limited and the taste is not really good.

其實以整體來說真的不錯了，但是淺眠的人實在不太適合，有點吵，水聲跟吵鬧聲其實挺大的

I booked 2 beds room, the beds too tightness, my legs extended out the bed. I didn’t sleep well.

場所は少し落ち着いたところにあるので、良い。夜市までは歩ける距離。 スタッフは、カウンターの横を通っても気づかないふりをしている。自分たちからおはようとは言わない感じ。せっかく設備がいいホテルなのに残念。

館內的人員都相當親切，且主動服務很親切。

The hotel staffs were fantastic and accommodative towards our needs and my wife is pregnant and they’re very attentive towards that and gave us extra amenities and pillows for extra comfort . Kudos to Hotel 7!

Hotel located a short distance to the night market; this is the only distinct of this hotel. Room is tiny and pricey. Throughout the night till early morning, the noise generated by the neighbouring room was loud and disturbing. Staff did not do anything to stop and keep the peace of this. Staff were extremely unfriendly when approached.

職員10分熱心，有不懂去的地方亦會幫手找尋最佳路線，進出的時候都會熱情打招呼，給人的第一印象10分好。

先說好的，因為房間的床型太小，不適合一家三口，又在滿房下要求配合退後續沒住的房，這點還是不錯的。差的部分就是當天下午3點到櫃檯通知房間未收拾好，要到3:50才會好，這個打亂了我住宿的行程規劃。沒聽說哪間飯店3點房間還不能入住的。這點很不好。

房間被免費升等至3人房。房間雖大但太空了，應該可以放一組兩人坐椅跟小桌子，然後浴室出入口被床擋到一點，有點卡卡的，最後是冷氣不夠冷，但員工很積極的處理，送來電風扇加減有幫助！有專屬車位外出回來也不怕沒位子

The place is quiet and peaceful There is a bus stop (1min away) next to the hotel that you can travel around. Fengjia Night Market is within walking distance.

飯店的位置很好，算是在逢甲商圈當中鬧中取靜的地方，走路到逢甲夜市也在10分鐘以內。

Nice clean room. Pleasant and courteous staff. Good walking distance to Fengxia night market.

There would be benefit if you need somewhere close to airport. but far distance from city area. However, the overall experiences are great.

過年也許人員比較吃緊，整體服務品質並不是很好，早餐的食物品質真的很糟糕，要不是廚師採買汙錢，就是老闆太摳！過年一晚要價4千多已經很賺了！還不讓房客享受一下……..

Nice and modern Rooms. Good Breakfast. Good Atmosphere and very friendly and helpfull employees. New towels only on request. maybe ask guest in front how to handle.
