Booked under assumption of riad, it’s not a riad On arrival room was not ready at check in time, bathroom rail broken and facilities not working. Toilet not flushing properly and hotel staff tried to convince us that the flush was functional. Room service phone not working and not connected and we had to go downstairs for room service Room also unclean and the balcony door was unlocked when we came back into the room after the day hence security risk of break in Due to Expedia phone not connecting and due to last minute hotel prices unable to change hotel and had to stay in this hellhole. Bathroom wall plaster also broken and bathroom kept flooding. Bed sheets had to be changed as not changed and previous customers had nailpolish on. Sheets had holes in it and not sure if had bedbugs City tax taken in cash and not card Asked for more shampoo, soap, towels as not enough for our stay and not provided. A nice place to stay a little out from the centre. I booked it as it was good value and I needed somewhere to park a rented motorcycle overnight. Friendly and helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast. They got me a nice tagine when I arrived and there are other places to eat nearby. Comfortable beds. It is just a little faded grandure but it suited me fine. A quit location, busy road nearby.

Cet hôtel devait être beau et plutôt bien placé. Malheureusement il est en piteux état. Il manque cruellement d’entretien. Le premier jour les évacuations de notre chambre étaient bouchées. Nous avons changé de chambre. C’était guère mieux. Les salle d’eau sont moisis, les draps rapiécés, les boutons de dressing décollés. Les cousins des 3 malheureuses chaises longues font peine à voir, la piscine est verte et j’en passe Les petits déjeuners légers, pas un fruit et les derniers jours plus de chocolat en poudre….c’est très dommage. Cependant le personnel est aimable et semble faire ce qu’il peut pour nous satisfaire mais il n’y a plus comme ils disent…

I was slightly apprehensive before I arrived, because I had read several bad reviews of the hotel. But either the hotel has improved A LOT in the last year or so, or those bad reviews are EXTREMELY unfair. The hotel staff were both lovely and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. it is a 3-star hotel, so it does not have some of the luxuries people who stay in more expensive hotels might be used to, but it was very good for what it was. The pool is not very big (and you have to be a little careful because there are some sharp tile edges on the bottom), but it is clean and big enough to swim in. The breakfast is OK, but nothing special, which doesn't really matter, because there is a very nice bakery just a few doors up the road. It's a convenient bus ride (No 1) from the Medina. I stayed for a week with 2 teenaged children (17 and 15). The neighbourhood is not exactly picturesque, but it's quiet and easy, because it is not in a touristy part of Marrakech. We were perfectly happy with the hotel and would recommend it to anyone who does not want to stay right in the centre, but is close enough to it to go in and out.

We had an air con system that leaked water all over our clothes. We swapped rooms. 2nd room much nicer. But shower broke. Had to be fixed. Lift broke for 2 days. Breakfast was mediocre. Only fruit on 2 days out of 6. We recommend the Beldi Fusion Kitchen on the corner of the road for really good breakfast!

Happy for the price. Pool was closed despite 31 degrees but it was November. The hotel is in line with the standard to expect and if you are a first timer you may feel it is lacking in ways. Go without expectations and you will be pleasantly surprised. The staff at the hotel were great and helpful. It was quire at night and taxi to the main square is 5 euros. I would recommend this hotel on price and location. Parking is easy although I don’t advise renting a car as driving in Marrakech is challenging.

Das Hotel wird mit Bildern und Beschreibung beworben, welche nicht mit der Realität übereinstimmen. Es gab kein Restaurant, keine Bar, das Schwimmbecken war leer und die Zimmer entsprachen nicht den Bildern. Diese sind wahrscheinlich nach der Eröffnung, vor zig Jahren gemacht worden. Das sogenannte kontinentale Frühstück war nichts. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr kalt. Das ganze Hotel wirkte eher wie ein Kühlschrank. Selbst der geringe Preis für die Übernachtung ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Wir empfehlen das Hotel nicht weiter.

This is place is so run down. The toilet seat doesn’t even cover the whole toilet. Part of the headboard was missing. The chairs at breakfast were filthy, in the lobby washroom there was cat poop in the sink. Just a gross place. We left early and they would give us our money back for the one day early that we left. We left for a better hotel because this place was not good.

It was more of a 1 star place definitely not 3 star, the pillow cases & sheets where not changed from the previous people and they had a bad smell, the bed was rock hard, the room was dark and stank, tge whole place was aweful, the elevator got stuck, mosquitoes everywhere, the location was not so good, we booked 2 nights but checked out after the first night and forfeited the 2nd nights cost!

Shower head was broken and taped with scotch tape… the water was uncontrollably going all over the floor of the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken. There was no hand soap at all nor anything in the shower. We had no hand towels at all. One shower towel only for 2 people and it was dirty. The bed sheets were ripped and the bed frame was Spiderman… there was only the thin sheets on the bed and there was mole on the bathroom

First, they don’t provide shuttle rides to the airport as stated in their listing. Second: I asked to change room because of an horrible bathroom (sewage) odor. Then, we got “upgraded” to another room who at first semt fine. The sewage smell arrived later. There was no fan, and plenty of mold in the bathroom. Lastly: I asked twice for towels for 2 people and the evening receptionist came later with a mini towel (hand) and a huge one. The overall cleanness was very distinguish. There were stains on the bed sheet and very poor sound insolation. I travelled a lot and I must say this was a pretty deceiving and off putting experience.

Terrible place! Was run down and dirty. Bedsheets had some kind of crust caked on them, toilet did not work, shower was dirty, as well as the towels. When we walked into the hotel we were met with the chambermaid throwing out the dirty mop water out on the front door step. We immediately called Expedia to help us with getting our money back, because there was no way we were staying. Eventually we were reimbursed, as the hotel manager knows that it is not worth it to even try to stay here. Do not be like us, and avoid this place at all costs!

I stayed here at the beginning and end of my trip to Marrakech and the Atlas Mountains. It's a good base a little out from the centre so quite quiet. Clean and comfortable beds. Nice buffet breakfast. Good value.

We had an air con system that leaked water all over our clothes. We swapped rooms. 2nd room much nicer. But shower broke. Had to be fixed. Lift broke for 2 days. Breakfast was mediocre. Only fruit on 2 days out of 6. We recommend the Beldi Fusion Kitchen on the corner of the road for really good breakfast!

The room and the hotel is extremely cold. I had to leave the heating on for 5 hours untill i can sleep in the room. The breakfast was limited in varieties mainly cakes. And the tea was cold. No hot milk. The breakfast room was freezing. I needed to wear my outdoor coat. The sink water was cold and weak. You need to leave it to run for an hour till it warms up.

A terrible hotel that is in serious need of renovation. There’s no running hot water and the pressure is very weak. If you shower the bathroom floods so there’s lack of drainage. The room size is good. There are wires and pipes coming out of the walls which is a health and safety hazard. The fridge and tv did not work. Room door was hard to lock and open. Breakfast was terrible and the coffee was cold. Also there was construction taking place behind the hotel - this wasn’t mentioned on the website. So there was constant noise during the day. Also paint and cement was coming of the walls. Avoid this hotel at all costs! You can get a lot better for the same price.

The staff were great, location is great for (bus stop is nearby and plenty of restaurants in walking distance). The bathroom was quite dark, towels were quite old and used. The beds were very noisy and uncomfortable. A/C was in great working condition.

La chambre était propre mais la télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Les serviettes très vieilles et décolorées. Nous avions fait la réservation d’un taxi via l’hôtel pour l’aéroport qui n’est jamais venu.

Le personnel vraiment très sympathique accueillant et attentionné de jour comme de nuit. Toujours disponible pour donner d’excellents conseils. Grande chambre avec grande terrasse qui donne sur la piscine. Petit bémol le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré . Sinon très content de notre séjour dans ce riad

First the staff was excellent. They were accommodating. They wanted me to be happy with my stay. There was a small hiccup but when I mentioned it to the front desk it was addressed immediately. A speedy response. Great personnel. My stay was short, only three days, and memorable. They assisted in some snafus that occurred while booking trips and tours and excursions. Wonderful and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I stayed here at the beginning and end of my trip to Marrakech and the Atlas Mountains. It's a good base a little out from the centre so quite quiet. Clean and comfortable beds. Nice buffet breakfast. Good value.

Extremely affordable hotel, good value for money! Rooms are clean and cosy! Staff and service are excellent, they help and accommodate you as much as they can! Location is also nice, slightly outside the hustle and bustle of the inner city, so quiet and peaceful! Located next to some incredible restaurants! Would highly recommend if you’re on a budget!

I was slightly apprehensive before I arrived, because I had read several bad reviews of the hotel. But either the hotel has improved A LOT in the last year or so, or those bad reviews are EXTREMELY unfair. The hotel staff were both lovely and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. it is a 3-star hotel, so it does not have some of the luxuries people who stay in more expensive hotels might be used to, but it was very good for what it was. The pool is not very big (and you have to be a little careful because there are some sharp tile edges on the bottom), but it is clean and big enough to swim in. The breakfast is OK, but nothing special, which doesn't really matter, because there is a very nice bakery just a few doors up the road. It's a convenient bus ride (No 1) from the Medina. I stayed for a week with 2 teenaged children (17 and 15). The neighbourhood is not exactly picturesque, but it's quiet and easy, because it is not in a touristy part of Marrakech. We were perfectly happy with the hotel and would recommend it to anyone who does not want to stay right in the centre, but is close enough to it to go in and out.

Happy for the price. Pool was closed despite 31 degrees but it was November. The hotel is in line with the standard to expect and if you are a first timer you may feel it is lacking in ways. Go without expectations and you will be pleasantly surprised. The staff at the hotel were great and helpful. It was quire at night and taxi to the main square is 5 euros. I would recommend this hotel on price and location. Parking is easy although I don’t advise renting a car as driving in Marrakech is challenging.

C’est simple, je n’a pas fini mon séjour et je suis parti ! Il faut négocier pour avoir des serviettes de bain, petit dej réchauffé de la veille, lit en pierre et chambre froide ! Des travaux juste à côté qui m’ont réveillé à 7h du matin, impossible de se reposer et un horaire pour utiliser l’eau chaude car il n’y en a pas pour tout le monde. Je n’y remettrais pas les pied.

Les réceptionnistes étaient très sympathique et à l’écoute. En revanche, l’état de l’hôtel est tres ancien, les infrastructures ne permettent pas une bonne isolation donc les chambres très froide, pas très propre ainsi que les bruits venant de la rue nous entendions tout. Le petit déjeuner est à revoir, pas de choix, tout est froid.( même le thé svp était froid) Les chambres vétustes, prises murales arrachés, commodes cassés, douches pas nettoyer voir degueulasse, serviettes sales. Chauffage qui ne chauffe en aucun cas la chambre. Attendre 10min pour avoir de l’eau chaude. Literie pourrie obliger d’aller me faire masser tous les jours. Frigo qui ne marche pas. Lampe de chevet poussiéreux. A fuir !!!!!

Good and simple accomodation with very clean rooms and attentive staff at a very good price. Excellent city bus service to Majorelle garden, Gueliz, Jemaa el Fna and the Medina. I would definitely recommend this place. Make a reservation for home made couscous dinner on Friday evening dine-in, guaranteed heavenly food!

I would love to give this hotel a higher rating because we were warmly welcomed, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. The hotel’s leisure area is very pleasant, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The breakfast service is basic, but I personally liked it. The location is also excellent—just about a 3-minute walk to a bus stop that takes you quickly to the center of Marrakech for only 5dh. However, the downside, which is crucial for a good stay, was the bed. After a day of exploring, all we wanted was to sleep on a soft bed, but unfortunately, it was very hard and uncomfortable. I believe this is the only thing I would improve in this hotel, as it’s a very important aspect of any stay.

Das sogenannte kontinentale Frühstück war nichts. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr kalt. Das ganze Hotel wirkte eher wie ein Kühlschrank. Selbst der geringe Preis für die Übernachtung ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Wir empfehlen das Hotel nicht weiter.

Great stay The staff members were wonderful! The property was very convenient as there was food places and cafes as well as some shopping facilities. The night staff made it very safe for us to leave the property and come back made sure we were fine all the way until the end! Lovely experience at The Riad for the first time❤️

Le personnel adorable par contre très déçu de notre chambre. Ne vous fiez pas aux photos du site notre baie vitrée ne fermer pas, la salle de bain il n’y avait pas de pommeau de douche et les mures étaient moisi, nous n'avons pas eut de serviettes et produits de toilette pendant notre séjour. Par contre l'hôtel est bien situé.
Le personnel adorable par contre très déçu de notre chambre. The staff are warm, friendly and welcoming, clean rooms with shower, TV and air con. Good continental breakfast with unlimited tea and coffee. Free wifi. This is a budget hotel, so i cant understand other reviewers complaining about facilities as it was exactly as i expected it to be. The only downside was that rhe pool was unuseable as the water was green and hadn't been cleaned for a good while. Other than that, in a good location. Bus stops, banks and shops all one minute away. I would stay there again
