Garret was amazing and helpful. There is no elevator but the room had an amazing sea view and falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing was amazing. The King Sitric has an amazing breakfast and make sure you get a reservation for the Seafood Bar. The food was so fresh and delicious and leave room for the Crème Brûlée! I will definitely be back!

Stayed here for one night before catching our Ferry from Dublin the next day. Also, a useful base for the Airport. A lovely spacious room, plenty of storage, tea and coffee making facilities, plenty of plug sockets and a fan, safe and TV. The fan was much needed as there is only one small window that can be opened (overlooking the bay) and it was a hot summers night. Howth is a very busy little town, more so when we arrived as it had been a hot summers Sunday and everywhere was busy. Luckily when we arrived around tea time, we were able to find a parking space outside the accommodation. The following morning all was quiet around the town and harbour. We ate in the restaurant which is mainly sea food, but offers other meals too, including vegetarian. Breakfast the following morning set us up for the day with a choice of cereals, fruit, yoghurt and hot food.

Tucked in at the east end of the promonade in Howth( pronounced Hoat), is a quaint little hotel with only 10 rooms and a fantastic seafood restaurant. Our rooms over looked the bay with the Eye of Ireland right in our view. The King Sitric Hotel is a great stay and our host Garrett was perfect. The hotel is named after a Viking King of Dublin in the 11th century. Howth was our last stay in a 3 week tour of Ireland. By far one of the best places we stayed.

There was no parking ng so we had to wait until the day trippers left. No elevator so had to carry heavy suitcases up. Doors are locked at 6 and the one guy is gone. The bed was so hard with a rock like mattress. Had a meal there - the calamari was so overcooked couldn’t eat it

Had a great stay and dinner at their adjoining restaurant. The area of Howth is so beautiful. Staff was really friendly and rooms were nicely remodeled and furnished well. We stayed literally across the street from the water. It was really a lovely stay and a great way to end our trip on Ireland.

Thoroughly enjoyed a one night stay. Howth appears to be a popular day trip and the town was busy in the afternoon. Nice to experience Howth after the crowds left. Room on the ground floor was spacious clean and comfortable. Bathroom and amenities were excellent. Bed and soft goods added to the comfort factor. With the windows open there was some street and road noise earlier in the evening but it was quiet overnight resulting in good sleep quality. Front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. Arranged for box take away breakfast because we had an early departure. Didn’t eat at the restaurant but the menu looked good and so did the food.

Hotel is located in a very welcoming fishing town. Staff was very friendly and check in was easy. Great breakfast, wishwe had time to get dinner there too. Beautiful view of the water and a nice walk to the lighthouse. Room was comfortable and clean.

Rooms were lovely, spotless, and stylishly decorated. Dinner at the seafood bar was fantastic, and so was the complimentary breakfast. Howth is a wonderful area as well. Comparing King Sitric to Portmarnock & Jameson resort, I would definitely choose King Sitric as the winner. The rooms were nicer, and just much more character to the place. Stay here - you won’t regret it!

The property was beautiful. Rooms were clean with beautiful views and newly renovated bathrooms. The people who work at the hotel were the nicest people you will find anywhere. The restaurant food was unbelievable. We ordered several entrees and the were all amazing!

My husband and I had a perfect stay at King Sitric while visiting Howth. The room was extremely clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with nice amenities. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and helpful - from storing our bags before/after, arranging for airport transportation and local information. Both dinner and breakfast there were among the best meals we had on our vacation! From the fresh local seafood, to local and homemade items on the menus. Thank you to all for making our stay memorable! Hope to come back again soon!

Hotel vicino al porticciolo che s raggiunge con una breve e piacevole passeggiata. Stanza un po' piccola ma pulita e accogliente. Doccia bella grande. Colazione eccellente: prodotti freschi e di qualità. Si può scegliere tra la classica full irish a vari tipi di pesce cucinato al momento, uova in varie maniere, marmellate fatte in casa.. Da provare anche il loro ristorante, the Seafood bar, anche qui ottima qualità del pesce.

We will come back to Ireland just to stay at King Sitric! Our room was incredible, with views straight out to the ocean. We had every single amenity in the room including a towel warmer, robes and slippers, hot chocolate, tea, coffee, 2 lovely sitting areas and the most comfortable bed with luxurious linens and pillows. I could have just stayed in the room drinking tea, reading a book, and gazing at the incredible views! Breakfast was included and had just about anything you could think of. We had a fabulous experience!

Absolutely loved the King Setric, service was great, location brilliant, food lovely and the staff were outstanding! Only downside, the beds were a bit uncomfortable, but won’t stop us from staying there again.

What a wonderful stay at King Sitric. The room is comfortable, the bathroom and shower are large and well stocked with amenities. The hot, custom order breakfast was incredible. The seaside location was lovely for a first night in Ireland. Walking distance to the train station.

This was the cutest hotel with the best views. Very small with only a handful of rooms above a restaurant, but the staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. The room itself was very cute and the views cannot be beat.

A jewel of a hotel in charming Howth with close proximity to Dublin airport. We loved this hotel and the very kind owner manager Garrett. Amazing breakfast included in rate and we loved walking the Howth cliff walk and having a pint at the famous Abbey Tavern. Rooms are small but charming - fan and no AC but view right on the water wonderful. Highly recommend

This is a wonderful place to stay in Howth! Excellent service, lovely staff, delicious food. We loved it and I’d definitely come back. Ocean was across the road and we were very close to the cliff side walk but also not far to walk to food and drink options. Great spot!

Fantastic welcome from the macmanus family. Made to feel so comfortable and perfect Irish hospitality. Able to check in early. We ate at the seafood bar on the first night of our 2- night stay. We’ll be back as soon as we can

My husband and I had a perfect stay at King Sitric while visiting Howth. The room was extremely clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with nice amenities. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and helpful - from storing our bags before/after, arranging for airport transportation and local information. Both dinner and breakfast there were among the best meals we had on our vacation! From the fresh local seafood, to local and homemade items on the menus. Thank you to all for making our stay memorable! Hope to come back again soon!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at King Sitric in late June. The staff was welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived to the late check out. We enjoyed great sea views from our room, and an incredible Irish breakfast in the morning. Highly recommended!

This is a wonderful place to stay in Howth! Excellent service, lovely staff, delicious food. We loved it and I’d definitely come back. Ocean was across the road and we were very close to the cliff side walk but also not far to walk to food and drink options. Great spot!

A gem! Stunning view of Ireland's Eye, excellent room and facilities, marvellous breakfast, great location. Run by a family and it shows - their enthusiasm, expertise and attention to detail means a warm welcome. The hotel is in Howth, a lovely base by the sea from which to visit Dublin, but it is about 30 minutes by train from Dublin city, so it is perfect if you want to see the city but not wake up in it. We will be back soon!

Hotel is opposite the marina, a lovely spot. The Sitric is handy for Dublin shows, a really lovely part of Ireland. Rooms are very comfortable and the food terrific.

Great place to stay. We had a room overlooking the water that provided for the perfect setting. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. All this and less than 30 minutes from the airport too. 5 stars!!!

What a wonderful stay at King Sitric. The room is comfortable, the bathroom and shower are large and well stocked with amenities. The hot, custom order breakfast was incredible. The seaside location was lovely for a first night in Ireland. Walking distance to the train station.

A jewel of a hotel in charming Howth with close proximity to Dublin airport. We loved this hotel and the very kind owner manager Garrett. Amazing breakfast included in rate and we loved walking the Howth cliff walk and having a pint at the famous Abbey Tavern. Rooms are small but charming - fan and no AC but view right on the water wonderful. Highly recommend

Garret was amazing and helpful. There is no elevator but the room had an amazing sea view and falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing was amazing. The King Sitric has an amazing breakfast and make sure you get a reservation for the Seafood Bar. The food was so fresh and delicious and leave room for the Crème Brûlée! I will definitely be back!

We will come back to Ireland just to stay at King Sitric! Our room was incredible, with views straight out to the ocean. We had every single amenity in the room including a towel warmer, robes and slippers, hot chocolate, tea, coffee, 2 lovely sitting areas and the most comfortable bed with luxurious linens and pillows. I could have just stayed in the room drinking tea, reading a book, and gazing at the incredible views! Breakfast was included and had just about anything you could think of. We had a fabulous experience!

The property was beautiful. Rooms were clean with beautiful views and newly renovated bathrooms. The people who work at the hotel were the nicest people you will find anywhere. The restaurant food was unbelievable. We ordered several entrees and the were all amazing!

There was no parking ng so we had to wait until the day trippers left. No elevator so had to carry heavy suitcases up. Doors are locked at 6 and the one guy is gone. The bed was so hard with a rock like mattress. Had a meal there - the calamari was so overcooked couldn’t eat it

This was an excellent stay! The room was clean and so comfortable. The shower was great and the Breakfast that is available is amazing. The view was gorgeous and the staff were very helpful. We wished we had booked a couple more nights here.

Simply the best! 5 stars all the way around! I was totally impressed with both the Hotel staff and the Wait staff at King Sitric restaurant. Their warm hospitality was very impressive. I felt they addressed my every need with such positive attitudes. The seafood restaurant was also top-notch. Everything fresh from the sea, I would highly recommend the prawns and the crab. Simply delicious and straight from the sea. When staying in Howth, don’t miss this experience. But book in advance, they only have 15 rooms.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Even the view from the bottom floor was lovely. The location could not have been better! The included breakfast was absolutely delicious and the staff was incredibly helpful. Huge wonderful bathrom and just the most delightful room. Stay here! It's also so close to a wonderful hike and little beach great for an Atlantic cold plunge!
