The breakfast chef was very friendly and helpful, the beds were comfy but everything else was well below expectations even for a lower priced hotel. Despite pre booking and multiple phone calls and emails on the day our prebooked shuttle never arrived requiring an expensive taxi. The room, bathroom and elevator was dirty (even the room coffee mug), bathroom had half of the shower screen missing, the advertised restaurant and room service were not available.

The rooms on Expedia were looking good and spacious but in reality, room was so small. Hotel did not offer free drop off initially and advised that they will charge, breakfast was finished early and we were not communicated about breakfast timing. They advised that they will refund our breakfast and transport charges but we have not received any confirmation of refund so far. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience booking for this hotel via Expedia.

Near KLIA for morning flight. Room AC did not work correctly. Getting a car by Grab is cheaper than the hotel’s shuttle to airport. There are probably better choices in the area.

Rien ne va dans cet hotel. Les photos sont loin de refleter la realité, il a du se passer quelques années de laisser aller dans la gestion des lieux. La chambre est defraichie, la tapisserie s enleve de partout, plusieurs lumieres ne marchent pas, la clim fonctionne mais reste bloquée sur un seul mode (les volets internes sont cassés) et elle est tres bruyante.la salle de gym ne ressemble a rien: 2 machines dont une cassée. Les couloirs sont sales, jonchés de detritus, on dirais que quelqu un a tout laissé en plan avant de partir. Et je m intrroge sur le menage des chambres: un "chouchou" etait accroché sur la poignée de paroi de douche, et le savon (solide),de l'ancien occupant certainement, etait toujours posé sur le flacon de gel douche (vide evidement). Le quartier est delabré. Pour le petit dej, nous avons du negocier et prouver qu il etait bien dans notre réservation car il voulait nous le facturer en plus (heureusement, c est le seul point "moins" negatif, il etait simple mais bon, avec des plats chaud salé, mais juste du pain de mie, encore dans le sachet en guise de sucré...pour un petit dej buffet, ca reste limite) Bref heuresement que nous avions reservé la chambre premium pour seulement deux euros d ecart, car je n'ose imaginer les chambres standards. La nuit n'est pas cher, mais cela ne justifie pas l etat de cet hotel. En tant que plataforme je vous suggere de vous renseigner sur cet hotel que vous prososer sur votre site, car il n'est pas du tout au niveau

⛔️ Avoid at all cost ⛔️ How the heck is this hotel still open for business, and how are people rating this hotel with 5 stars? We came to this hotel for our transit to have a rest in between flight, but we stayed for a maximum of 5 minutes before fleeing this s-hole. I am shocked to how nasty this hotel is, in every corner. From lobby to elevator to room to showers. The smell is horrible and I can say without a doubt that the rooms haven’t been cleaned for ages. We were urged to book another hotel and move in the middle of the night with our children.

The hotel is half an hour from the airport but there is a lot of traffic to get there. There is practically nothing around the hotel and it is difficult to walk to decent restaurants. The reception staff is friendly but the same cannot be said for the restaurant and bar staff where there is a rude woman. The breakfast is terrible with cold food and little choice. The rooms have an unpleasant smell and when I entered the bathroom there was still a dirty toilet without having flushed.

The room was not clean. We may have had clean bedding. But the bathroom was gross the hairdryer had debris on it. There was no shampoo. Beds were not comfortable. Did not look at all like the photos.

I found lots of "tiny black long grain shape" - animal feces along the windowsill. I reported the issue to the hotel staffs. As for the sound proof - not working as expected. I had been awakened multiples times from the street noises in the middle of the night and the early morning. When I first walked up to the hotel room after checked in, I smelled second hand smoke along the hall way too. I would rate it as 2 stars instead of 3 stars hotel. I am really quite disappointed as the price is not cheap in Ringgit Malaysia.

Two separate rooms were booked for our employees travelling to Malaysia. They checked out within the hour and we had to find alternate accommodation due to: - Rooms having bodily hair from previous guest in the beds - Rooms were locked but had someone enter them, breaking the lock - highly unsafe - Hotel advertised restaurant but employees were told there wasn't a restaurant upon arrival We have emailed a complaint and asked for a refund but haven't received any response. Absolutely terrible hotel.

Old, Dirty and Falling apart. Room was boiling hot on arrival, aircon didn't work properly, noisy aircon and fridge. Tiny bar fridge was dirty and empty, no bottled water. Toilet didnt flush properly. Most staff were rude and unhelpfull, but not all. Our room was clearly including buffet breakfast, showed them my booking email but they said it was booked by Expedia, not Wotif and no breakfast was noted. Possibly in future i will book directly with expedia if thats what wotif do. DO NOT STAY HERE

It was only a quick 3-hour nap on a layover so I didn't really test everything, but for that it was good. Check in was easy, room was clean, good a/c, & comfy bed. Loved the cute airplane themes. No complaints (about the hotel—didn't have a bit of a fiasco with the taxi getting there but that's not the hotel's fault 😅)

Må indrømme at jeg blev fanget af de flotte billeder som præsenteres via bookningen. Og da vi valgte det billigste værelse får man også derefter. En 10m2 småt værelse uden vinduer i en stand som kunne ønske sig en spand maling, renovering af diverse defekter og gennemgående rengøring. Valgte hotellet da det var billigt og tæt på lufthavnen. Morgenmaden er intet værd for en dansker, så fravælg denne.

For the price, it was good value for money, the bed had clean sheets and was comfortable, the bathroom was in need of repair as the handle on the shower door was broken, that said the shower was good and hot. Could of done with windows, as there wasn't any in the room's and maybe outside seating in the smoking area. The breakfast was simple but nice and the staff lovely and helpful. We all agree that we would stay here again.

The rooms on Expedia were looking good and spacious but in reality, room was so small. Hotel did not offer free drop off initially and advised that they will charge, breakfast was finished early and we were not communicated about breakfast timing. They advised that they will refund our breakfast and transport charges but we have not received any confirmation of refund so far. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience booking for this hotel via Expedia.

The breakfast chef was very friendly and helpful, the beds were comfy but everything else was well below expectations even for a lower priced hotel. Despite pre booking and multiple phone calls and emails on the day our prebooked shuttle never arrived requiring an expensive taxi. The room, bathroom and elevator was dirty (even the room coffee mug), bathroom had half of the shower screen missing, the advertised restaurant and room service were not available.

Two separate rooms were booked for our employees travelling to Malaysia. They checked out within the hour and we had to find alternate accommodation due to: - Rooms having bodily hair from previous guest in the beds - Rooms were locked but had someone enter them, breaking the lock - highly unsafe - Hotel advertised restaurant but employees were told there wasn't a restaurant upon arrival We have emailed a complaint and asked for a refund but haven't received any response. Absolutely terrible hotel.

Old, Dirty and Falling apart. Room was boiling hot on arrival, aircon didn't work properly, noisy aircon and fridge. Tiny bar fridge was dirty and empty, no bottled water. Toilet didnt flush properly. Most staff were rude and unhelpfull, but not all. Our room was clearly including buffet breakfast, showed them my booking email but they said it was booked by Expedia, not Wotif and no breakfast was noted. Possibly in future i will book directly with expedia if thats what wotif do. DO NOT STAY HERE

The hotel is half an hour from the airport but there is a lot of traffic to get there. There is practically nothing around the hotel and it is difficult to walk to decent restaurants. The reception staff is friendly but the same cannot be said for the restaurant and bar staff where there is a rude woman. The breakfast is terrible with cold food and little choice. The rooms have an unpleasant smell and when I entered the bathroom there was still a dirty toilet without having flushed.

The hotel is half an hour from the airport but there is a lot of traffic to get there. There is practically nothing around the hotel and it is difficult to walk to decent restaurants. The reception staff is friendly but the same cannot be said for the restaurant and bar staff where there is a rude woman. The breakfast is terrible with cold food and little choice. The rooms have an unpleasant smell and when I entered the bathroom there was still a dirty toilet without having flushed.

The breakfast chef was very friendly and helpful, the beds were comfy but everything else was well below expectations even for a lower priced hotel. Despite pre booking and multiple phone calls and emails on the day our prebooked shuttle never arrived requiring an expensive taxi. The room, bathroom and elevator was dirty (even the room coffee mug), bathroom had half of the shower screen missing, the advertised restaurant and room service were not available.

Må indrømme at jeg blev fanget af de flotte billeder som præsenteres via bookningen. Og da vi valgte det billigste værelse får man også derefter. En 10m2 småt værelse uden vinduer i en stand som kunne ønske sig en spand maling, renovering af diverse defekter og gennemgående rengøring. Valgte hotellet da det var billigt og tæt på lufthavnen. Morgenmaden er intet værd for en dansker, så fravælg denne.

For the price, it was good value for money, the bed had clean sheets and was comfortable, the bathroom was in need of repair as the handle on the shower door was broken, that said the shower was good and hot. Could of done with windows, as there wasn't any in the room's and maybe outside seating in the smoking area. The breakfast was simple but nice and the staff lovely and helpful. We all agree that we would stay here again.

Two separate rooms were booked for our employees travelling to Malaysia. They checked out within the hour and we had to find alternate accommodation due to: - Rooms having bodily hair from previous guest in the beds - Rooms were locked but had someone enter them, breaking the lock - highly unsafe - Hotel advertised restaurant but employees were told there wasn't a restaurant upon arrival We have emailed a complaint and asked for a refund but haven't received any response. Absolutely terrible hotel.

The rooms on Expedia were looking good and spacious but in reality, room was so small. Hotel did not offer free drop off initially and advised that they will charge, breakfast was finished early and we were not communicated about breakfast timing. They advised that they will refund our breakfast and transport charges but we have not received any confirmation of refund so far. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience booking for this hotel via Expedia.

Old, Dirty and Falling apart. Room was boiling hot on arrival, aircon didn't work properly, noisy aircon and fridge. Tiny bar fridge was dirty and empty, no bottled water. Toilet didnt flush properly. Most staff were rude and unhelpfull, but not all. Our room was clearly including buffet breakfast, showed them my booking email but they said it was booked by Expedia, not Wotif and no breakfast was noted. Possibly in future i will book directly with expedia if thats what wotif do. DO NOT STAY HERE

Rien ne va dans cet hotel. Les photos sont loin de refleter la realité, il a du se passer quelques années de laisser aller dans la gestion des lieux. La chambre est defraichie, la tapisserie s enleve de partout, plusieurs lumieres ne marchent pas, la clim fonctionne mais reste bloquée sur un seul mode (les volets internes sont cassés) et elle est tres bruyante.la salle de gym ne ressemble a rien: 2 machines dont une cassée. Les couloirs sont sales, jonchés de detritus, on dirais que quelqu un a tout laissé en plan avant de partir. Et je m intrroge sur le menage des chambres: un "chouchou" etait accroché sur la poignée de paroi de douche, et le savon (solide),de l'ancien occupant certainement, etait toujours posé sur le flacon de gel douche (vide evidement). Le quartier est delabré. Pour le petit dej, nous avons du negocier et prouver qu il etait bien dans notre réservation car il voulait nous le facturer en plus (heureusement, c est le seul point "moins" negatif, il etait simple mais bon, avec des plats chaud salé, mais juste du pain de mie, encore dans le sachet en guise de sucré...pour un petit dej buffet, ca reste limite) Bref heuresement que nous avions reservé la chambre premium pour seulement deux euros d ecart, car je n'ose imaginer les chambres standards. La nuit n'est pas cher, mais cela ne justifie pas l etat de cet hotel. En tant que plataforme je vous suggere de vous renseigner sur cet hotel que vous prososer sur votre site, car il n'est pas du tout au niveau

Terrible In the middle of nowhere with a giant construction site next to it - no picture of that on their website. I arrived at 1.30pm and was told it was a 3pm checkin …and if I wanted to access the room early I should pay 50% of the room cost….despite there being almost no one in the hotel. Rude and unhelpful I checked into another hotel Don’t use them - if I could give them zero, I would.

The pictures displayed of the property were completely different than what the room actually looked like. The pictures displayed a modern looking hotel, however when we arrived there were cracks in the walls and the mirror had a huge brown stain on it. The shower head had plenty of scum on it. There was a huge piece of wood chipped off the shelf, hair in the sink and the walls were dirty.
