Precioso hotel en medio de la naturaleza,personal amable y eficiente,excursiones muy bien organizadas,te dan la opción de contratar todo incluido por días sueltos,nosotros lo cogimos un único día y fue espectacular pues te incluía excursiones por la mañana.por la tarde y el atarceder. Habitaciones con vistas de ensueño.

hrlich gesagt waren unsere Erwartungen an das Resort ziemlich hoch. Das Zimmer war im Grossen und Ganzen sauber. Allerdings hatten die Türen nach draussen recht grosse Spalten, sodass leider auch das eine oder andere Tier ins Zimmer gelangen konnte. Die beiden Restaurants waren hingegen wirklich super: sehr abwechslungsreiches Essen, eine tolle Auswahl und insgesamt einfach richtig gut! Der Pool ist der Hammer. Was noch fehlt, wären ein oder zwei zusätzliche Sonnenschirme, damit es etwas mehr Schattenplätze gibt. Leider ist es – wie so oft in Malaysia – rund um die Anlage teilweise ziemlich ungepflegt. Dinge, die nicht mehr benötigt werden, bleiben einfach liegen und verrotten. Es wäre wirklich schön, wenn die Umgebung etwas aufgeräumter und sauberer gehalten würde. Das würde den Gesamteindruck nochmals deutlich verbessern. Trotz dieser Kritikpunkte können wir das Resort definitiv empfehlen!

The hotel was lovely, great facilities, fantastic staff, especially Priscilla. It was All inclusive and had some of the nicest food around, set in a more tranquil side of the island, but the hotel organised activities and boat trios went all over both islands

This resort is really not like what is shown in the photos and is certainly not what you’d expect from an all-inclusive resort. The bathroom had mold and the bathrobes and towels were stained. The room we had was in disrepair and the property was poorly maintained. The swimming pool had loose and missing tiles. The breakfast choices were very limited and more like what you would expect from a two-star hotel. The only good thing about the resort was the view and the nice staff who is trying their best to help. Otherwise, this resort is not worth half the price they charge. You’d be better off spending your money elsewhere.
