La habitación que nos toco muy bonita y la cama muy cómoda. La atención del personal excelente sobre todo Valentina que habla español y nos ayudo mucho super amable. El desayuno muy rico y muy variado excelente tambien. El estacionamiento esta a la estrada del area amurallada muy facil acceso y no muy retirado hermoso el lugar. Todo de 10

A really special place . Ludovico and Francesca were wonderfully welcoming and helpful . The suite was palatial . The location fantastic . Breakfast was delicious and customer service excellent. Thank you for a beautiful stay and I would highly recommend this place . We stayed for 3 nights as part of a motorbike tour of Italy and Ludovico was especially helpful with parking and communication. Loved it !

An absolute gem in every way imaginable! TLDR: If you are looking for authentic, yet elegant accommodations in a prime location with a staff that makes you feel like family, this is the place. We visited Montepulciano to visit my son (traveling for a semester abroad). The staff was attentive and helpful before we even arrived, ensuring we could get our baggage to the hotel and our rental car parked close by (the hotel, along with most of the city, is in the ZTL). When we finally arrived, we were treated with kindness and patience (my son surprised us & bolted in the door, and they were incredibly gracious while we had our little reunion). Our suite was on the top floor, so it was a bit of a hike up multiple flights of stairs. But we were prepared for that (especially given the historical nature of the building), and we quickly grew accustomed to it. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous, and the view from the windows-- breathtaking. Many visitors ventured to the overlook beneath our windows to take pictures (even a couple taking wedding photos-- it's that picturesque). But our very favorite part of our stay was the daily breakfast. The staff was incredible. The food was incredible-- simple, but top-quality and always perfectly executed. It was unexpected, but a comfort we came to treasure and look forward to each day. The hotel was also very well-kept, overall. Clean, elegant, and charming. We will definitely stay again. Fantastic experience to spend the night in such a beautiful preserved “ palazzo “. Great location, nice and helpful staff and fantastic food for the breakfast and the recommended restaurant. Highly recommend. We will be back. The only problem was the parking. It was very difficult to find a spot and had to park 2 km away and walk up a hill.

This bed and breakfast is located at the heart of Montepulciano. The breakfast was really good, the staff very friendly. It has a great bathroom with a very hot shower, and clean sheets and towels. The place is an old construction that keeps the decoration from the 1800s. It gives you the feeling of going back to the XVIII century, right in the middle of a medieval city. If you are looking for a modern stay, this is not your place, but if you like a rustic feeling, this place would be a gift. An experience to getting fully immersed into the ancient culture of Montepulciano. The only downside for us was the fact that, even being a no smoking premise, the old wallpaper kept the smell of cigarettes from probably years of exposure.

A wonderful experience all around! We loved our stay from the moment we arrived. Valentina welcomed us warmly and made us a reservation at an incredible local restaurant. Our room (suite) felt like stepping back in time, furnished with antiques and full of charm. Very clean and comfortable. We were served a delicious breakfast with all kinds of yummy choices and heavenly coffee.

Very nice staff. Even though she could not find our reservation at first, she welcomed us warmly and was very welcoming to recommendations in the area. Room was absolutely immaculate. We had the blue room which was super cute and spacious.

The bigger pricier rooms are lovely. However, the small room across from reception is dreadful. You have to go up a flight of 7 brick stairs to get to the bath, which is a woefully inadequate shower. The hair dryer is affixed to the wall where there’s no mirror. The staff is lovely, but part of the time no one seems to be about.

We were in “The Blue Room”. There is only air conditioning in the bedroom. For warmer days this makes using the other rooms (sitting area, bathroom, shower) unbearable. The shower didn’t have a spot to set your soap, shampoo, etc. Other than that, it was perfect. We loved the historic building and the staff who assisted us, Valentina and Yvonna (sp?) were incredibly nice and helpful. Great location for visiting all the fun things to do and see in Montepulciano.

Our window opened to a rolling-valley view straight out of a postcard, but the true charm lives with the people: Valentina and Natasha. From the moment we arrived, Valentina and Natasha cared for us like two favorite aunts abroad—always nearby to answer questions, share local tips, and send us out each morning with a delicious home-cooked breakfast. We visited five cities on this trip, and our brief time in Montepulciano stood out because we didn’t feel like tourists here—we felt like welcome guests in a beautiful home.

A Hotel that charges 350 Euros per day and has no AC it is a scam, we had to leave the hotel after the first night, the temperature inside our room was unbearable to sleep, they do not have structure for breakfast as well. Stay away from this trap.

We had a great experience at Palazzo Nobile di San Donato. The location is great, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is lovely! Our room was very comfortable, with original decor exactly as in the picture! I recommend it.

This room was absolutely incredible - it really felt like a step into the past and was beautifully presented! Only mild complaint was the lack of air conditioning, but naturally the age of the room will mean this is not an easy ask. They kindly provided two fans to help with the heat! This room was absolutely incredible - it really felt like a step into the past and was beautifully presented! Only mild complaint was the lack of air conditioning, but naturally the age of the room will mean this is not an easy ask. They kindly provided two fans to help with the heat! We loved our stay here and would definitely return!

We were in “The Blue Room”. There is only air conditioning in the bedroom. For warmer days this makes using the other rooms (sitting area, bathroom, shower) unbearable. The shower didn’t have a spot to set your soap, shampoo, etc. Other than that, it was perfect. We loved the historic building and the staff who assisted us, Valentina and Yvonna (sp?) were incredibly nice and helpful. Great location for visiting all the fun things to do and see in Montepulciano.

A wonderful experience all around! We loved our stay from the moment we arrived. Valentina welcomed us warmly and made us a reservation at an incredible local restaurant. A really special place . Ludovico and Francesca were wonderfully welcoming and helpful . The suite was palatial . The location fantastic . Breakfast was delicious and customer service excellent. Thank you for a beautiful stay and I would highly recommend this place . We stayed for 3 nights as part of a motorbike tour of Italy and Ludovico was especially helpful with parking and communication. Loved it !

An absolute gem in every way imaginable! TLDR: If you are looking for authentic, yet elegant accommodations in a prime location with a staff that makes you feel like family, this is the place. We visited Montepulciano to visit my son (traveling for a semester abroad). The staff was attentive and helpful before we even arrived, ensuring we could get our baggage to the hotel and our rental car parked close by (the hotel, along with most of the city, is in the ZTL). When we finally arrived, we were treated with kindness and patience (my son surprised us & bolted in the door, and they were incredibly gracious while we had our little reunion). Our suite was on the top floor, so it was a bit of a hike up multiple flights of stairs. But we were prepared for that (especially given the historical nature of the building), and we quickly grew accustomed to it. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous, and the view from the windows-- breathtaking. Many visitors ventured to the overlook beneath our windows to take pictures (even a couple taking wedding photos-- it's that picturesque). But our very favorite part of our stay was the daily breakfast. The staff was incredible. The food was incredible-- simple, but top-quality and always perfectly executed. It was unexpected, but a comfort we came to treasure and look forward to each day. The hotel was also very well-kept, overall. Clean, elegant, and charming. We will definitely stay again. The bigger pricier rooms are lovely. However, the small room across from reception is dreadful. You have to go up a flight of 7 brick stairs to get to the bath, which is a woefully inadequate shower. The hair dryer is affixed to the wall where there’s no mirror. The staff is lovely, but part of the time no one seems to be about.

La habitación que nos toco muy bonita y la cama muy cómoda. La atención del personal excelente sobre todo Valentina que habla español y nos ayudo mucho super amable. A Hotel that charges 350 Euros per day and has no AC it is a scam, we had to leave the hotel after the first night, the temperature inside our room was unbearable to sleep, they do not have structure for breakfast as well. Stay away from this trap.

Located at top of Montepulciano. For guests that want to experience the town, this inn offers excellent proximity. Guests need to know that parking is limited. If nearby lot is filled up, their car may need to be parked farther away from town that are downhill form the property.
